In order to learn in a simple way, according to the steps of cultivation, people divide the two merits of life and life into six major realms. This is also the main merit of the Danding School. The "Twelve Realms of Life and Life" is:
Nature skills: refine oneself, embrace oneself, attain enlightenment, hear the Tao, be free and unrestrained, extraordinary.
Life skills: foundation building, elixir formation, Taoist fetus, Nascent Soul, Yang Shen, ascension.
This is what our Taoist sect says. There are other terms for the six realms of sexual merit, Confucianism and Buddhism, but they are actually the same thing. As for fate merit, because the fate merit of Confucianism and Buddhism is not obvious, there is no other set of names."

The first realm: refining oneself/discipline oneself/conclusion are the cultivation of mind and nature at the beginning stage. The monks can stop thinking and stop delusion, capture the mind and horses and lock the mind, and their thinking will be gone without being distracted and drowsy, break through demonic obstacles and open up supernatural powers, thus contacting a higher avenue.
The second realm: Hold one, set one, make a wish, make a vow. Laojun said, "The heaven is clear, the earth is calm, and the god is spiritual." "The saint holds one as the way of the world." Or make a wish, or make a great vow, it means finding the way you want to pursue, finding your one, and being determined to pursue it!
The third realm: attaining the Tao/establishing the fruit/establishing the fruit is the process of using your actions to realize the Tao, accumulating merits and virtues, and getting closer and closer to that Tao.
The fourth realm: hearing the Tao/not be confused/Prajna. It is precisely when you have achieved enlightenment and have completely awakened, just like the Buddha has practiced asceticism for many years and finally realized Prajna under the Bodhi tree. It is also what Confucius said that he is no longer confused.
The fifth realm: Freedom/know the destiny/liberation. At that time, you can freely and freely preach and save people. This way, you can understand the destiny of heaven is really a great liberation.
The sixth realm: extraordinary/extraordinary/extraordinary, haha, it’s a joyful congratulations. You have become the ancestor of one sect and one sect, and even the great saint who has left fragrance for generations. You do whatever you want without breaking the rules, and your spirit will always be between heaven and earth."
"I am fifteen years old, and I have not yet started to cultivate myself in the first realm. Confucius had already made up his mind when he was fifteen years old. It's so amazing." Xie Lingyun couldn't help but sigh, "Look at the virtuous and learn from each other!"
"A disciple, how many great sages are there from ancient times to the present?" Nanyangzi laughed, and he naturally couldn't compare. He was in his twenties when he entered the second realm and established his own wishes.
The old man continued, "Let's talk about life skills. The so-called "following one's order will lead to a human being; reversed one's order will lead to immortality." When people born from the womb, they will gradually become acquired body from the innate body, and will have birth, old age, sickness and death; when practicing the truth, they must go against the heavens and return to the innate body from the acquired.
The first realm: building the foundation means laying a good foundation for the body and laying the foundation needed for cultivating immortals, refining qi, opening the meridians, opening the orifices, cutting the three corpses in the front and three corpses, and opening the mystical orifices. When the meridians and acupuncture points of the body are full and full, the scene of the sun, moon and walls appears. The innate qi is born, and the elixir can be formed.
The second realm: Make a pill. After opening the pilgrimage of the body, the monk collects herbs and refines pills in his body. The green dragon on the left and the white tiger on the right, and refines the dragon mercury knot, the tiger lead is formed, the six senses are determined, and the hundred pulses are combined, and the golden elixir is formed.
The third realm: Taoist fetus, after the elixir is completed, it is a process of warming the body. The monks exercise the internal organs, skin, blood, muscles, and bones. While reborn, the innate qi also pushed from the dantian step by step into the Niwan Palace on the top of the head, as if a fetus in the abdomen was foetus.
The fourth realm: Nascent Soul, the baby is born, but this holy infant body is still very immature and needs to be raised. This is a period of raising up. Only when the three flowers gather and the five qi are facing the Yuan Dynasty will the Yuanying be considered mature.
The fifth realm: Yang Shen. After the Nascent Soul matures, the monk can come from an incarnation outside, that is, Yang Shen. This Yang Shen gathers and forms shape, and disperses, becomes qi. It is truly unpredictable.
However, in terms of sexual skills, at least one has to reach the third realm of enlightenment before the Yang God can be produced. The cultivation of the mind and nature will also affect the number of Yang Gods. In the records of Taoist books, high-powered people can cultivate two Yang Gods, three four... or even transform into tens of millions.
But the monks who can produce Yang Shen are all priest-level figures. As far as I know, no cultivator in the world has cultivated to the Yang Shen realm, and the heads of the ancestral courts are just in the late stage of the Nascent Soul. Of course, those old guys who see the head but not the tail are not clear about being masters.
The sixth realm: Ascension, all the yang gods return to the innate ancestral qi, and through the heavenly tribulation, the cultivator smashes the void, nature, life, and Tao into one, and becomes the real Daluo Golden Immortal! According to legend, sexual skills also need to reach the peak of the extraordinary realm before they can have the ability to ascend in the sun."
Xie Lingyun heard the longing on his face. Nanyangzi slowed down and said, "There is a saying that "a hundred days of foundation building, ten months of pregnancy, three years of breastfeeding, nine years of face-to-face walls". It corresponds to the first five realms of life skills. In theory, monks can cultivate the Yang God without fourteen years. Of course, this is an extremely high standard, just like Confucius said that he "set his ambitions at fifteen, establishes at thirty, and is not confused at forty...", and he cannot make a mistake.
You should know that let alone Yang Shen, most monks have practiced for a lifetime and cannot even achieve the Taoist fetus.”
