Chapter 40 Unforgettable Birthday

In the dark darkness, there seemed to be a tiny light shining ahead.

The light was bright but not dazzling, warm but not scorching, attracting him to move forward.

Just as he was about to touch the light, a creepy feeling suddenly rose in his heart. Brian felt a chill on his back and woke up from the bed.

It was late at night, and Gal's snoring was extremely loud. Brian's eyes shone in the glimmer of night.

"So...is that's the case?" he said softly in his heart.

"But, why..."

The next morning, the weather was still cold. They got up early and wanted to see what Crab was doing, but were stopped outside.

"Why not let us in?" Draco said aggressively.

"You'll get infected with the disease," said Mrs. Pomfrey patiently, "if you don't want to stay in the hospital for the next six months."

They left the school hospital in disappointment.

That morning, Crab's parents came over. Brian saw his parents for the first time. His father was exactly the same as Crab who had grown up, while his mother was thin and tall, looking fierce. They were quarrels in the school hospital for a long time, and finally they were settled by Dumbledore.

Mr. Lucius Malfoy also came over, and he said to Dumbledore with a deep sarcasm: "Oh no, Dumbledore. There have been attacks again and again in the school, and there are many accidents. This is a huge loss. Maybe you, the principal, are going to end..."

Dumbledore's blue eyes stared at him calmly and said, "If you can really find someone to solve these problems."

"Let's see, Dumbledore," said Mr. Malfoy lazily, leaving with the Crabs.

That afternoon, Brian wrote a letter:

"Dad, there have been some unexpected incidents in Hogwarts recently. The secret room left by Slytherin was opened and several people were attacked. But I am very safe and will not slip out alone in the evening."

"Dumbledore is trying to solve the problem. He is a smart and powerful wizard. It is always reassuring to have him in Hogwarts."

"Draco told me that his father tried to get the board to drive Dumbledore away. I hope you don't get involved, okay? He is obviously the best principal and not that easy to deal with. On the contrary, he seems to have seen through everything, and everything he shows is the net he woven."

"If possible, I hope you can persuade Mr. Malfoy. It's really irrational to go against Dumbledore."

"And, I like your Christmas gifts very much. Say hello to my mom."

He came to the owl shed with the letter, and Beca flew over and pecked his fingers affectionately, and flew away with the letter.

...

"Harry, you've been in a bad mood. Why don't we ask Hagrid?" Ron gritted his teeth.

"What can we say?" Harry said in a low voice.

"I think it would be a very pleasant visit." Ron shrugged, "Hello, Hagrid, tell us, have you released something savage and fierce in the castle recently?"

Harry sighed in frustration and said, "Forget it, don't tell him, unless someone is attacked."

"Don't Crab count?"

"He doesn't count, George secretly told me that he is a soul-lost." Harry said in a low voice.

"Oh, look at how colorful our campus life is." Ron said sarcastically, "The monster in the secret room wanders in the castle, and a person loses his soul..."

...

The Christmas holiday passed quickly, and the little wizards returned to Hogwarts one after another.

On the night of the holiday, at the return dinner, the deans of each college distributed gadgets like brass coins to each young wizard.

Professor McGonagall reminds everyone to bring it well and not to leave. Because an infectious disease has recently become popular in the school, this amulet can help them prevent infection.

Brian stroked the brass coin and felt a strange magic power. It was not powerful, but it seemed to have a special effect.

Draco looked at the coin with a critical look and put it in his pocket.

"Bryan, where has Crab been?" Daphne tied her coins to her wrist and said curiously.

"Ah, he's one of the infectious diseases," said Brian. "Wear it."

"It's so scary, there's so much going on in the school." Brees said arrogantly, "Dumbledore is really inaction."

But as the days pass by, all the shadows seem to be gone.

No one was attacked by his heirs, and no one suddenly fainted and could not wake up again. Except for the attacked people who were still lying in the school hospital, everything seemed to have returned to its original state.

Almost everyone thought that the heir, no matter who he was, had already washed his hands and stopped washing. Draco was still sad for a long time.

He swore that if he was the heir, he would not be easily scared away.

Harry's situation has improved a lot, at least the little wizards no longer have such fear when they see him.

Brian's practice of spells has been on track. At present, most of the spells he masters have reached the expert level, which is almost the level of most adults.

Of course, he is still far from adult wizards now. He has not mastered some relatively advanced spells such as phantom shifting. His transformation skills are not strong, and his number of spells he masters is not as good as that of adult wizards. The most important thing is that he has not mastered silent spell casting.

He put the two witness points into reaction, making it the highest master level, and the remaining witness points are reserved for backup.

"At this speed, it's very fast..." Bryan murmured to himself.

Time passed slowly, and Brian's birthday party was held in a lively manner in February, which was indeed so lively that it made Brian feel a little upset.

Brees got more than twenty suona with loud curses from somewhere. More than twenty little devils lined up in a row and blew loudly, and the sound almost overturned the entire Hogwarts. Bryan felt the dust on the ceiling falling down.

All the little wizards staying in the lounge ran out in panic. After the little devil finished playing a song, Brian felt his brain beating into a ball of paste, and his ears were buzzing all night.

Brees himself grinned and patted his ears, as if water was in it.

Draco and Theodore stared at Brees in horror, Daphne's cheeks were pale and her eyes seemed to be filled with tears.

Over was shaken to the ground and his belly was turned up.

Snape was drawn over, and the low pressure on his body almost condensed into ice. He coldly warned everyone, took away the instruments comparable to weapons, and deducted Slytherin twenty.

"Well, I think my birthday is to be announced to the whole world." After Snape left, Brees said seriously. He raised his hand and patted his ears hard.

"I think everyone would think Hogwarts exploded." Draco groaned.

"Bris, we understand what you want, but..." Daphne said tactfully, "You know, not everyone likes to be so arrogant. It is best to spend your birthday peacefully with friends..."

Brees nodded thoughtfully and said, "I understand."

Brian twitched the corner of his mouth, wondering what he knew.

They finished the cake with discomfort and spread out early and returned to the dormitory to rest.

The next day, the little wizards in the school were almost discussing the loud noises last night. Some people claimed that the monster in the secret room was caught by Dumbledore, and before his death, he made such a cry and cursed the entire castle.

Some people say that Muggles sent 10,000 bombers to patronize the castle, but Professor McGonagall turned into 10,000 rattled crows.

Some people also said that the castle is actually a living creature. It just woke up last night and stretched and yawned.

However, when everyone learned that it was music played to celebrate Brian's birthday, all the little wizards looked at Brian with strange eyes.

Brian finally felt the feeling of being famous. He felt that Harry Potter was not easy.

And these days, Brian always felt that his hearing had been affected and his mind was buzzing.
