Chapter 26 Trelawney's Prophecy
"You just know how to lie to me." The little blonde girl Alisa shook her sister's hand and ran along the manor wall to the direction of the gate.
"Alisa!" Martha followed the little girl with some concern.
"Look, this is the gate, and there are beautiful family badges on it!" Alisa pointed to the badge on the iron gate and said, "Well, is it... the Foley family?"
"I only know that our village is called Fly Village, but I have never heard of the Fly family." The boy muttered. He lowered his voice and said to Martha, "Martha, does your sister have any hysteria? Uh...you know..."
"Shut up, Devin!" Martha said dissatisfiedly.
"I have heard of the legend of this family..." said the tall girl on the side. "I heard that the Foley family was the lord of this territory a long time ago, and the people in the Foley village were servants of the lord's family, so the name of the village was Foley village."
"This is a legend passed down by word of mouth by word of mouth by the older generation, but in fact there is no evidence that the Foley family has existed, and even the remains of the manor have not been discovered..." The tall girl helped the glasses on the bridge of her nose.
"But doesn't it just write here?" the little girl Alisa said anxiously, "There are beautiful fountains and gardens inside the iron gate, and a gorgeous yellow castle!"
She pressed the iron gate with one hand, but found that the iron gate was motionless. She tried hard to look inside and saw Brian slowly walking towards her.
"Ah! Someone is here!" Alisa shouted.
"No, Alyssa, it's time for us to go back..." Martha took the little girl's hand and said, "You're not right..."
Alyssa didn't move, she looked at Brian with her brown eyes wide open.
Brian smiled at her, waved his wand to open the iron door, and walked out of the manor.
"Confusing the public." He murmured to himself. Several boys and girls bumped into each other like headless flies, except for the little girl in front of him.
"Are you a magician?" Alisa took a step back with a little yearning and fear, "What did you do to them?"
"I'm a wizard, so are you." Brian said with his head tilted, "I just put them in chaos for the time being, and it will be fine soon."
"I'm a wizard too?" Alisa said timidly.
"Yes, otherwise you wouldn't have found this place." Brian smiled, "You can think about whether there have been any special and incomprehensible things happening around you?"
Alyssa's eyes suddenly lit up, and the little chicken nodded like a rice pecking at the rice, "Yes, but I dare not tell my family..."
"So you have the ability to be a wizard," Brian said gently, "maybe soon, you will receive an admission letter from a magic school and go there to learn magic."
"Really?" the little girl said yearning for authenticity.
"Yes, but now you should go back." Brian frightened gloomyly, "Don't come here again, my parents don't like you... They might bury your bones in the woods as fertilizer!"
Alisa was startled and said reluctantly: "Okay, then my sister and the others..."
"They will go back with you," Brian said, "Don't worry, they won't remember anything."
Alisa nodded obediently, walked away slowly, and said, "My name is Alisa, what are your name?"
"Brian Foley."
The little girl nodded and said, "We have met several people wearing black robes on the hillside. They ran away after seeing us. Are they your family?"
Brian narrowed his eyes and whispered: "Maybe, stay away from them."
Brian looked at the group of people slowly walking down the hill under the guidance of the little girl. He scanned the jungle with the mirror and found no shadow of the man in the black robe.
"The man in black robe..." Brian frowned, always feeling inappropriate.
The peeping glass in the manor is always monitoring the surroundings of the manor and even the jungle. Once someone enters the jungle near the manor, it will prompt the owner of the manor and display the mirror images of visitors and intruders.
The men in black robes obviously used some method to circumvent the detection, perhaps because the muggles had probably touched the manor's peeping mirror, and then they hurriedly left after seeing the muggles.
After checking the various parts of the jungle, Brian, who found no trace, then put away the mirror. After pondering for a moment, he began to study again.
The Christmas holidays soon passed, and Brian returned to Hogwarts, and the second semester of the school year began.
Draco said to Brian and the others proudly: "My dad complained to Hagrid that the annoying eagle-headed, horse-body winged beast is about to be tried... Dad promised me that the monster will be executed."
"Draco, you are not targeting the eagle-headed horse-body winged beast, aren't you?" Daphne said unbearably.
"Yes, my dad wanted to get the big stupid guy out of school..." Draco said dissatisfied, "but Dumbledore tried his best to guarantee him that most of the people on the board were on his side. Dad was so angry that he wanted to collect some interest and make them feel uncomfortable for a while..."
The next day, the school resumed normal classes.
In the class on protecting magical animals, Hagrid created a large bonfire with salamanders inside. They needed to collect firewood leaves and make the fire prosperous. Students could also rely on the fire to roast the fire to resist the cold and humid climate.
Draco was arrogantly promoting the fact that Buckbeck was to be tried, and Harry was so angry that he pinched the branches in his hand and made a crackle.
Hermione's class was far away from Harry and Ron, and she packed up firewood with a few girls. Whenever she saw Ron and the others, she would turn her head arrogantly. Obviously, the trio was having a conflict.
After lunch, Brian and Daphne rushed to take a divination class together.
"I really don't like divination classes..." Daphne said, "You know, Professor Trelawney always..."
"Yes, she really can't make people like it." Brian smiled.
He turned to look at the field outside, but suddenly paused.
A huge black dog stood in the middle of the venue, staring straight at him, his eyes as bright as a searchlight.
"What's wrong?" Daphne looked at the venue.
When Brian shook his god and looked at the venue, the black dog was gone.
"Strange, how dare Black appear on the field so openly, aren't you afraid that Lupin will recognize it?" Brian frowned and shook his head slightly.
Daphne blinked her blue eyes and raised her hand to fix her golden hair.
They finally came to the divination class classroom. It was still so stuffy and depressing, even in such a cold climate, it was uncomfortable.
Trelawney asked the students to work together in two and taught them how to see palmistry.
Daphne blushed and handed her hand, her fair cheeks looked rosy.
Brian grabbed Daphne's hand, her palms were soft and her fingers were slender and beautiful. Brian looked at the palm of his hand carefully and compared the description in the textbook.
"The lifeline is long, no problem..." Brian interpreted patiently, then handed his palm over. Daphne's ears also turned red.
Trelawney kept telling Harry that his lifeline was the shortest she had ever seen.
Just as Daphne was interpreting Brian's palm, Trelawney wandered over. She stared at Brian's palm for a while, then looked at Brian's cheek, but suddenly her eyes were lost.
Her eyes suddenly began to turn, and she opened her mouth and said in a loud and harsh voice:
"You are found by ominousness, it is aiming at you, inviting you to return to the right place... You are going to be swallowed by ominousness... The star of the Qiming is about to light up, and death is approaching..."
All the little wizards suddenly became silent, and needles fell in the classroom could be heard. Everyone stared at Brian in horror.
Trelawney's head drooped to her chest and made a snoring sound. Then, she suddenly raised her head and her eyes returned to her usual appearance.
Brian looked at Trelawny expressionlessly, as if a mask suddenly appeared on his face.
"You're talking nonsense! You're intimidating!" Daphne became unexpectedly angry. She abandoned her usual grace and yelled at Trelawne, "I always predict that someone will die. I don't know why you do such a bad thing!"
"I'm sorry, dear child, did I say anything?" Trilawney said in a daze. She looked at Brian and said, "Oh, by the way, I'm about to say your palm! Your lifeline is not long, poor child. Of course, it's a little longer than Mr. Porter..."
At this time, the bell rang for the end of get out of class.
"Is it a new way to attract attention?" Hermione sneered coldly from the side.
Trelawney looked over in annoyed manner, but Hermione was already holding the book and going down the stairs.
"Brian, you don't have to believe the words of that old... old witch!" Daphne said angrily on the way back.
"Of course, you don't have to worry about me, Daphne." Brian woke up from his contemplation and smiled at her, "I said, you have to trust me more."
