Chapter 15 Reversing Time

[Witness Divination Class Event, Witness Point 0.5]

Brian walked along the ladder and left the divination classroom. Daphne walked silently beside him, still feeling a little depressed.

"You don't have to take Professor Trelawney's words to heart, Daphne." Brian comforted softly, "She predicts that a student will die every year, but that has never been achieved."

"Yeah, I'm just a little worried..." Daphne comforted herself, "Hope that's not true."

They walked down the long stairs layer by layer, and Brian looked at the time and said, "I'll take the arithmetic divination class first."

"What? We're going to take herbal class soon!" Daphne said in surprise.

"You go there first, I'll be there later." Brian waved his hand and hurried to the classroom of the arithmetic and divination class.

He found a remote classroom without anyone, and first took out a silver pocket watch from his pocket. The time on it showed at 10:45. Brian took out his quill and drew a mark on his wrist.

After packing up his stuff, Brian pulled out the slender gold chain from the collar of his robe, mused with the small hourglass for a moment, and flipped it three times.

Brian felt himself flying backward at a very fast speed, blurred colors and shapes flashed around him, his eardrums swollen, and he couldn't hear his own voice.

Soon, he felt his feet step on the solid ground again, and he was still standing in this empty classroom. There was no change around him, but the position of the sun outside was slightly slanted.

"So, it's three hours ago." Brian looked at his wrist, the mark was still on it, and checked his books and found that the notes he wrote in the divination class were still there.

"So, it's not that my time has gone back, but that I myself have gone back three hours ago." Brian pondered. He deliberately went back for a while to check the function of the time converter.

He took out the pocket watch, and the time was ten:46, and the second hand on it was still ticking.

"As long as it is my thing, I have returned to three hours ago, but the time of the item is still moving." Brian nodded, "That is, lifespan cannot be increased through this method. The total amount of time is certain, and now I am just prepping the future time."

"Hey, then counting it, I will become an adult in the future." Brian thought, "It is feasible to use this method to speed up your body's growth and make yourself stronger faster."

He put his pocket watch back into his pocket and looked carefully at the small hourglass of the time converter. The sand that had been stagnant in the hourglass was slowly flowing at this time.

Brian pursed his lips and turned the hourglass again, but he was not taken back an hour ago.

"That is, the time converter brought me three hours ago, and during this period I had no way to use it again. I can only wait until three hours later, that is, the time point when I just used the time converter, so I can use it again."

"So, if I have many time converters used alternately, can they bring me back to longer time and avoid the dangers of time backtracking?" Brian thought with a brainstorm, but then shook his head again.

"I'm afraid not. The safe range of backtracking time cannot exceed five hours. This should be the total time, not the backtracking time of a single time converter." Brian sighed and hid the small hourglass in the collar. If he could really avoid risks in that way, the time would have been ruined by the wizards long ago.

Brian walked out of the empty classroom, and the little wizards in the auditorium were having breakfast. Brian was waiting on the way to the North Tower, trying to verify whether history could be changed.

"In another hour or so, I will pass here..." He leaned against a corner and hugged his shoulders. "If I make a little noise, I will definitely discover the past keenly. And my memory is not that part."

Brian smiled, and this kind of research topic made him very interesting.

After reading it for a long time, Brian took out a book of transformations to enrich his knowledge reserves.

"Now I've overcome the difficulty of turning dead objects into creatures," Bryan looked at the textbook. "In the past, the transfiguration technique turned something into something similar to its quality, such as turning a teacup into a mouse. Then the next step is the quality change, such as turning a teacup into a feather or a table."

"So, where did the disappearing quality go? Where did the extra quality come from?" Brian looked at the description in the textbook, his brows became tighter and tighter. This is almost one of the basis of the disappearing curse.

Brian waved with his wand: "Maybe I shouldn't look at it from a scientific perspective, because magic is idealistic."

He practiced in accordance with the textbook, his mind was constantly strengthening his beliefs and his attention was extremely focused. Under the command of his magic wand, a stone in front of him slowly turned into a snow-white feather.

"Success!" Brian picked up the feather, it was fluttering. Brian let go of his hand, and the feather drifted away with the wind.

However, his level of transformation has not improved. I am afraid that he will have to master the disappearance curse before he can truly improve it to the mastery level.

Brian looked at the time and it was almost nine o'clock. He was too focused on practicing deformation and did not notice the passage of time at all.

"So I've walked over long ago..." Brian frowned, "Forget it, I can continue to verify it next."

He hurriedly ran towards the arithmetic divination classroom, rushed to the scene, and finally stepped into the classroom before the ringtone rang.

Professor Victor stood in front of the podium, her face tightly and her face was serious and stern, reminding Brian of the math teacher in her previous life.

Hermione sat in the first row and Brian could see her fluffy hair.

When the ringtone rang, Professor Victor clapped his hands and said, "In this class, I will not teach you how to identify blurred images in crystal balls, or find the mystical meaning from random figures. I will teach you to use meticulous calculations to discover the mystery in numbers, see through the meaning of the essence of magic, and predict the possibility of future."

"Of course, I think most of you may find it difficult to fall in love with the extraordinary charm and strange magic hidden in the numbers, but I will not lower your requirements for you..."

After Professor Victor finished the opening speech in a gentle tone, he asked everyone to open "Digital Learning and Grammar" and wrote various numbers and symbols on the blackboard.

This course is indeed boring, as if she was back in the mathematics class, but Hermione, who was sitting in the front row, was obviously very excited. She could see her hands raised high throughout the class, and Professor Victor was not stingy to give her extra points.

Brian was bored with what he was telling now. He finished the textbook boredly. With his current superb memory and understanding, he basically quickly understood the knowledge. Occasionally, he encountered some difficulties, and he calculated it for a moment on parchment paper, and after drawing a few charts, he quickly mastered it.

Overall, this lesson is more like the Eastern Zhou Yi fortune-telling, finding hidden mystery in complex numerical and graphical operations, while the divination part is more like probability science.

The bell rang at this time, and Professor Victor assigned a long paper as his after-class homework and hurriedly left the classroom.

"Oh my God, it's so hard, so boring." A little witch said in the voice.

"No, I think this is very interesting, much more interesting than divination classes," Hermione said to her friend. "Divines are simply nonsense!"

Brian left the classroom slowly, walked through the venue, and came to the greenhouse to take herbal lessons. Daphne had just arrived at this time.

"Bryan, why are you here? Didn't you say you want to take arithmetic divination class?" Daphne looked confused and confused, and her dazed look very cute.

Somehow, Brian suddenly wanted to squeeze her cheek. He shook his head, shook the strange thought away, and smiled and said, "I'm finished class."

Draco said slowly from the side: "Daphne, Brian must have learned the clone technique. Maybe if you hit him, he will dissipate like smoke!"
