Chapter forty-one

"Free and free... So that's it." Li Zisheng looked around, smiled meaningfully, and sat back.

"Haha, I am worthy of being a disciple of Master Zangji. It's true that Gao Lun is Gao Lun." Everyone present was a little confused, so they didn't know what kind of smart move they were fighting. As the master, the scene was not necessarily a mess, so they smiled and smoothed out.

"Let's go..." Seeing that his words were like a punch hitting cotton, empty and weak, Bian Ji was very upset and interrupted his master Hanahara Chun without regard for politeness.

He was able to have this "Bian Ji" because he was very verbal, and he was an ever-winning general and an unbeaten master in the debate court. When it comes to using a knife and a gun, he might be a little afraid of the young master Li in front of him. After all, Li Zisheng's record is there, and no one dares to underestimate him. But when it comes to talking, Bian Ji doesn't believe that he will lose to this person.

The novice monk from Bian Ji asked, "Didn't Mr. Li ask for free and easy?"

"Hehe...hehe...haha..." Mr. Li San just chuckled at first, but the laughter became louder and louder and louder, and in the end he laughed wildly. Even if everyone here is very familiar with him, he thought he was crazy about gaining and losing his heart.

As the laughter subsided, Li Zisheng rolled up his sleeves, picked up an ivory chopstick and knocked it on the wine glass a few times, as if he was trying the tone. Then, he sang with this simple instrument and said in a manic voice:

"The clouds hang over the sea, hiding the Flower God's Immortal House.

The quiet and secluded residence is really elegant. It is green and delicate.

The husband is good at using it. Don’t use it for five or six pieces.

If there is a pot of wine, it’s okay to be free and easy.”

After singing, he picked up the wine glass on the table, raised his neck and drank it all. Then he wiped his mouth with his sleeve and smiled slightly at the Bian Ji Noji.

This poem "Qing Pingle" is naturally not the original work of Li Zisheng. It is a great poet who copied it from another world. Of course, the poet's name is renamed in history. The Xining New Policy led by him. This change during the Northern Song Dynasty was based on the principle of "making money from the world by making the world's power, and getting money from the world to supply the world's expenses". Starting from financial management, the "Farmland Water Conservancy Law", the Equal Transfer Law, the Qingmiao Law, the Exemption Law (also known as the Recruitment Law), the Market Change Law, and the Square Field Tax Law. The Baojia Law and the General Military Arts to Strengthen the Army.

This poet was Wang Anshi. Of course, this change was ultimately defeated because it violated the interests of the scholar-official class who ruled the world in Tianshui, Zhao and Song dynasties during the Northern Song Dynasty.

In fact, not all of the poems Wang Jinggong are original. The "husband is good at using it" and "free and free" are borrowed from the famous monk Zhigong of the Southern and Northern Dynasties.

Zen Master Zhigong was Baozhi, a famous monk in the Southern and Northern Dynasties and Liang Dynasty, also known as "Baozhi", "Baozhi", "Baogong", "Zhigong". His secular surname was Zhu. Jincheng (now in Zheng, Nanzheng, Shaanxi or Jurong, Jiangsu). He became a monk at a young age and became enlightened. During the Taishi period of the Liu Song Dynasty, he often traveled to and from the city and lived in a place without a fixed place. Sometimes he sang in his mouth, which was quite similar to prophecies, and people were fighting for good and bad luck. What he said was correct and called "the monk".

Emperor Wu of Qi ordered arrest and imprisonment for his confusion. However, when he saw his master walking on the street every day; when he checked in prison, he was still meditating in the cell. Emperor Wu of Qi heard about this and asked his master to go to Hualin Garden to offer sacrifices and prohibit him from entering and leaving. However, the master was not bound by him and still often went to Longguang, Jingming, Xinghuang and other temples. When Emperor Wu of Liang founded the country, he was lifted and regarded as the national teacher. He often talked for a long time and asked to teach the Dharma. The master passed away in December of the 13th year of Liang Tianjian (514 AD). He was 96 years old and was buried in Dulongfu, Zhongshan, Jinling, and built Kaishan Temple next to the tomb, with the posthumous title of "Master Guangji".

"A husband uses his dignity and is free and free." This sentence is the first sentence of his verse called "Elimination".

Originally, the first half of the cemetery was "clouds drooping on the plains, hiding the bamboo fence and thatched huts. The quiet and secluded residence is really elegant. It is green and red." However, in order to fit this occasion, Li Zisheng made a little modification and turned the "flat" into the "sea" and turned the "bamboo fence and thatched huts" into the "Huagong Immortal House."

This naturally greatly weakens the artistic conception of the original sentence. However, Mr. Li San sang this poem to introduce the second half of the poem.

"A husband is good at using it. Don't use it for five or six pieces. If there is a piece of wine, it's okay to be free and free." This means that a real man does not have to be discouraged because things are not going well. As long as there is good wine in front of you, you might as well be free and free.

Among them, "five-cornered and six-zhang" is an idiom that is no longer common in our world. In ancient times, people said that on the fifth day of each month, or on the sixth day of each month, everything will not be done in these two days! Nothing will succeed. This situation will occur in about three or four days a year.

But coincidentally, there is a similar saying in Zhongzhou. It is not at all inconsistent to use this idiom in the lyrics sung by Li Zisheng.

And at this time, it was a banquet, with high halls, exotic flowers and plants, fine wine in cups, and delicious food. In this way, the scene depicted in this poem is in line with the scene in front of you.

Especially, "It's green and red." It just matches the dress of the twins Hua Xianxian and Hua Qiaoqiao, which adds another interesting thing.

However, the meaning of Li Zisheng's lyrics sings is also understood by the people here, which is what Bian Ji said about "free and free".

Such a "literary and artistic" satirical method immediately won the praise of the young literary and artistic women present. Well, it was Liu Wuxia and Master Cihang. Especially Master Cihang, this nun was probably a little confused about his identity. After hearing this poem, he was very unstable and called out.

Poor Yan Baoer was confused when she heard this, but in order to support her senior brother, she applauded vigorously. Under the guidance of the three girls, the other friends naturally gave their general secretary a face.

In short, everyone applauded, as if Mr. Li San was singing an amazing famous song. The handsome face of Monk Bian Ji twitched several times again.

But to be honest, Li Zisheng's poem does seem free and natural, and it is particularly convincing to directly transform the so-called "free and easy" into the scene in front of you.

Bian Ji took a deep breath, adjusted the expression on his face, and smiled and patted his hands gently to show his appreciation for the lyrics of Mr. Li San: "Tieshan Li San, it is indeed extraordinary."

However, he sighed softly, shook his head and said, "What a pity, Mr. Li misunderstood the true meaning of Xiaoyao and Jizai."

Li Zisheng raised his eyebrows and said, "Oh, I want to ask the little master to tell you the true meaning of "free and free".

Feng Shen's handsome admiration said in a simple and easy way: "My Buddhist freedom and freedom are only in this sentence, that is, jumping out of the three realms and not in the five elements. Well, these three realms are the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm. It is called the three realms. The five elements are the gold, wood, water, fire and earth mentioned by the Immortal Gate. If you do not enter the cycle of life and death, you are free, and if you are not restrained by material things, you are free."

In fact, Buddhism divides the entire world into the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, collectively known as the three realms.

The so-called desire realm is the realm where sentient beings who have not escaped from the secular seven emotions and six desires in the six realms. The sixth level of desire realm includes the four king heavens, the Trayastrimsa Heaven, the Firmish Heaven, the Tushita Heaven, the Happy Change Heaven, and the Other Transformation and Freedom Heaven.

The realm of form is located above the realm of desire. According to legend, the heavens born in this realm are far away from food and desire for color, but have not yet escaped from the body of hindrance. The so-called form means hindrance. Since sentient beings in this realm do not have the desire for food and color, there is no difference between men and women. All sentient beings born in this realm are born from transformation and are divided into four levels according to the power of their own practice of meditation, namely the first heaven, the second heaven, the third heaven, and the fourth heaven.

The "form" in the formless realm means material obstacles. Formatless means no matter material obstacles, which refers to the free state obtained by transcending the constraints of the material world. It is the heavenly reward obtained by practicing the four formless concentrations that absent from matter, or the four empty concentrations. The formless realm is also called the four formless heavens. The four formless places can be divided into four heavens, namely the empty and boundless heaven; the boundless consciousness of the boundless heaven; the non-thinking and non-thinking heaven.

After hearing this familiar argument, Li Zisheng felt that Buddhism was indeed cunning and cunning. While shamelessly borrowing simple materialist theory such as gold, wood, water, fire, earth and the five elements, he also divided the "three realms" and the five elements together, and the truth was as true.

"Take it slow." Li Zisheng waved his hand, and suddenly a flame appeared in his hand. Then the flame turned into a tuft of loess, the loess turned into an iron vertebra, the iron vertebra turned into a water flow, and the water flow turned into a sapling. This is not an illusion, but a solid aggregate of the five elements vital energy.

Although this is just a small technique, anyone present can see that he can easily transform among the five elements. It is quite difficult for a low-level cultivator like him in the acquired realm of the star realm. This shows that this Master Li San's control of the five elements of true qi has reached a certain level.

Li Zisheng held his hand away, and his palm became empty again. He asked calmly: "My little master, please see that this is the Five Elements. Then how can you prove your three realms?"

The world of high demons and martial arts with supernatural powers is beneficial and harmful to "materialists" like Li Zisheng.

The advantage is that as long as the gods are proven to exist, materialists can accept these "supernatural" existences without any obstacles, and to be precise, these gods are natural in this world.

If a materialist refuses to believe in a true and credible "miracle", then he is not a real "materialist". But how to explain "gods" and "miracle" is another matter.

For example, "gods" can be interpreted as high-dimensional creatures.

However, in the view of Mr. Li San, the "gods" and "demon gods" in the Great Jiu Continent world are not even high-dimensional creatures. At best, they are just intelligent creatures with great abilities. Whether it is ancient gods or demon gods, their behavior and motivation can be explained. It can be said that they are not "gods" at all. On the contrary, they seem quite secular.

Of course, there are disadvantages. That is, he wants to develop a set of "scientific" theories to explain the world, especially the theoretical basis for consciousness to determine matter.

And this work must be done well in the world.

Li Zisheng's current cultivation level is too shallow, and there is very little historical information in Zhongzhou, making it impossible for him to make "scientific" theories that conform to actual observations in the short term.

So we have to borrow the known "idealist" statements.

For example, Li Zisheng believes that the statement of the Five Elements is too rough and not suitable to explain all phenomena. However, as his two skills, "The Five Elements Warcraft" and "The Five Emperors' Elements Qi Map", became more and more profound, he found that these Five Elements still make some sense.

However, Bian Ji novice was not fighting alone. Buddhism had already prepared a statement to deal with this scene. He smiled calmly and said, "Mr. Li is a blind eye. Only when you abandon the obstacles of knowledge and views can you better understand the truth of this world. As long as you have the desire to seek true knowledge in your heart, you can better contact the great way between heaven and earth."

It is true that this statement is true. Li Zisheng is quite dissatisfied with this idealist thing, but unfortunately, he cannot promote the so-called "atheism" in this world for the time being, but he can try to fight against poison with poison.

Mr. Li looked at Bian Ji sideways, and then opened his mouth to the flower vase next to his fingers and replied: "When you haven't seen this flower, this flower and your heart are silent. When you look at this flower, the color of this flower will be understood for a moment. If you don't have Buddha in your heart, then there will be no such a dal in this world. Does this mean by the little master?"

"This... Mr. Li's words are wrong. The three realms and six paths that I mentioned in Buddhism exist regardless of whether you see them or not." Bian Ji frowned.

Li Zisheng sneered and said, "I only know that the clouds are in the blue sky and water are in the bottle, but I don't know what you are talking about the Three Realms and Six Paths. Since I don't know, doesn't it just exist?"

The two men argued one by one. The novice milf tried his best to promote the nobleness of Buddhism, but Li Zisheng tried hard to find the flaws in his words, almost reaching an unreasonable level.

In this way, Mr. Li San used this adapted lyrics to turn the banquet into a debate. As expected, he achieved his goal of "a crooked building". At least no one mentioned the issue of apprenticeship of the Hua sisters, and of course he also ignored the engagement.

In fact, it is not just that Li Zisheng is unwilling to mention this so-called "engagement". Mr. Huang Renshi, the eldest son of Huang, is also intimidated by this matter, because if Mr. Li really agrees, then they will naturally lose the opportunity to introduce the Hua sisters into Buddhism.

So they were also happy to pretend to be confused. Naturally, the high-ranking master from the Hanging Temple intends to "debate" with Master Li San, so they can just watch the fun next to them.

With Li Zisheng's interruption, the banquet ended in an unhappy way.

Just as Master Huang and his group said goodbye, Master Li San did not dare to neglect it. He ignored Master Hua and Miss Tie San's retention and insisted on leaving the Hua family's other business.

PS: I was so angry that I didn’t know that I wrote such an inexplicable plot for Mao, which made it almost impossible to stop.
