The so-called full-life is from production and manufacture until the overall life of the engine is over, and there is no need to be replaced during previous major repairs.
The first turnover life of the turboshaft e engine is set to 3000 hours, and the full engine life is 12000 hours. This is only the test run to 3000 hours. These parts perform so normally, it is completely understandable.

The turbine blades of the turboshaft e engine are all single crystal blades. The surface not only has a thermal barrier coating, but also has an ultra-cooled structural design. The blades are hollow and have dense cooling holes.
The so-called single crystal blade is a cast blade with only one grain. Such directional crystal blades eliminate lateral grain boundaries that are sensitive to cavity and cracks, making all grain boundaries parallel to the stress axis direction, thereby improving the performance of the alloy.
The ideal structure of single-crystal blade castings is the leaf root, leaf body and leaf crown, both composed of defect-free multiphase single crystals. The crystal orientation should be in the (100) direction, and the deviation from the main stress axis direction of the blade should not be greater than 10 degrees.
Single crystal blades can be divided into three generations: the first generation is represented by pal480, which has an advantage of 25% over the best directional solidification cast high-temperature alloy pal422; the second generation is represented by pal484, which is 25% higher than the first generation.
The single crystal blades developed by Tianfeng Technology belong to the third generation, also known as the third generation single crystal blade. Using the third generation single crystal blade, the engine's temperature can reach more than 2,000k before the turbine. It has a higher intensity than the second generation blade and can output stronger power.
After looking at it, Li Tianfeng said, "Mr. Qiu, the leaves are in good condition. Not only does there be no ablation, but these cooling holes are very smooth and there is no blockage at all."

If there is wear on the surface, you will see slight scratches or a few small highlights on the surface. If the wear is serious, pit spots will appear. If it is severe, peeling will occur, and the small pit spots will become tiny pits.
