Chapter 73 Straight to Hades
Gideon Malik began to shake a little bit.
Two weeks ago, after a long and unremitting efforts, the research team led by two of his best scientists finally found a plan that might welcome the great leader of Hydra to return from another world. Malik placed all their hopes of reviving the restoration of their organization. He bet on all his best team, led by the two scientists themselves, and went through the portal to find the whereabouts of their great leader.
Afterwards, even he was a little unbelievable that he actually did something that Hydra had never done for hundreds of generations. When he saw the leader parasitized on the elite agent Jonathan Burt, who was sent, crawling out of the portal, he could hardly help laughing.
The details are not mentioned in the family legend. Malik only roughly knows that the exiled Hydra leader is actually the first alien born by the Kerry people in genetic modification on Earth. However, it is only now that he realizes that this alien is essentially a collection of parasites that can parasitize on human hosts, control the host's body and obtain their memories.
Now two weeks later, Malik began to doubt whether his desperate bet was correct.
Since climbing out of that portal, the beehive - the "Hydra God" - has basically sat on the sofa in a special room every day. He neither had to take food or excrete, nor had he sleeping and resting. Twenty-four hours a day, he stayed on the sofa like a stupid wooden stake, keeping his roots under him, watching TV in the same posture.
At first Malik arranged a TV in front of him, but he was soon dissatisfied. Two days later he asked for four. Three days later, he watched eight TVs at the same time, and each screen was playing completely different content at a speed. His eyes kept switching between eight screens, like a sponge thrown into water, like a determination to make up for the knowledge he missed in the shortest time.
Then he started reading. He was also very fast, and in one day there was a pile of books piled up on the sofa. He was not picky and published in any language. He would refuse books in any professional field. Every day, Malik had to arrange people to load books with a trolley and a whole truck, and it felt like this guy wanted to learn a full-school master in a week.
What bothered Malik was that the other party didn't seem particularly willing to communicate with him. Malik asked him if he needed to change a better host, and the guy replied indifferently that no; Malik told him about Hydra's current dilemma, and the guy also acted uninterested, as if the organization was irrelevant to him.
Perhaps the most disturbing thing is Giera's transformation.
Giera is Gideon Malik's confidant, a powerful alien with the ability to move non-biological objects. Malik never doubted Giera's loyalty to himself and Hydra. He was like a devout believer, and even if Malik ordered him to rush into the sea of fire, he would never blink.
He saw with his own eyes a light yellow mist composed of countless tiny parasites projected from the fingertips of the beehive and penetrated into Giera's eyes and mouth and nose like gas. Afterwards, Giera seemed unaffected, but Malik noticed that his eyes when he looked at the beehive had changed significantly. If Giera had doubts about the ability of the beehive like Malik, after that, he acted like a brainwashed thread-pulling puppet, worshiping the god who returned from the alien from the bottom of his heart.
A day ago, the hive made another request to him.
"Bring me five people." This is his original words, and finally he emphasized, "I want to live."
So Malik arranged to find him five as healthy and strong as possible. The hive asked to be alone with them and let everyone wait outside the room. No one saw what was going on, but when they opened the door, they only saw the bright red blood filling the room like a river. The hive stood in the middle of the dripping blood, and five charred bones were undulating beside them. The dark red blood clotted on the surface of the bones, and every drop of blood was gnawed. The blood-red skull's eye sockets were deep, and its mouth was wide open, as if it was screaming silently.
Gideon Malik considered himself a man who was used to blood, but even he had to admit that he was shocked by the horror scene.
He began to suspect that what he had released from another world might not be a god at all.
Maybe he released a devil back.

When he received the invitation to the United States, Dum made up his mind to use their technology to build a machine that could open up the underworld and help him rescue his mother.
On the surface, Dum maintained a good cooperative relationship with the military, but in fact, he used their resources to get all kinds of necessary materials to build this machine to achieve his private purpose. As Dum seemed to Dum, the group of uninformed idiots in the military were really easy to fool. He just needed to constantly provide those guys with the minimum development results, and the people happily gave him the highest praise.
After years of accumulation, Dum seems to have finally reached the border to realize his dream. He built the machine, which is in the private laboratory that is equipped with his dormitory.
From the outside, this is basically a metal seat, followed by a bunch of complicated lines, with a Doum homemade generator installed behind it.
Thanks to Michael Paso's visit three days ago, his small proposal perfectly solved the biggest problem in the operation of Dum's machine. After three days of sleepless modification and debugging, Dum is now sure that the machine has been officially completed and can take on the responsibility of carrying his soul to break through the dimension and break open the gate of the underworld.
After completing the last debugging, Dumm started the power supply and sat on the seat himself. The generator was working well, and the power was charged into the chair through intricate lines, lit up a strange green light on each luminous body on the seat.
Everything was ready, Dum picked up a black helmet and prepared to put it on. But at this time, he suddenly paused, remembering the advice Michael gave him three days ago. Michael solved the biggest problem of the device operation for him, but warned him that he was still some distance away from success.
What does that guy mean? Did I mean I wasn't ready to face hell?
But this thought just passed by.
He is Victor von Doom, and he is fearless.
Dumm put on his helmet and activated the switch of the device. The machine started, and a huge amount of energy rolled through the line, and a red current burst out everywhere. In an instant, Dumm felt as if thousands of currents were pierced through the helmet and rushed into his cochlea, and then rushed into his brain. The snake-like current violently stirred his brain nerves, and the pain that exceeded the limit almost pierced him through.
He wanted to scream, but found that he couldn't open his mouth.
He felt like he was disappearing.
