52. The Wingless(2/2)

"We don't have a master!"

Angela snorted, and she said disdainfully:

"The angels have no master. Freedom is our most precious property and an innate trading product. No angel will hand over this precious chip to a so-called 'master'."

"No, it's not 'we', it's 'them'!"

Merlin shook his head and corrected:

"You are an Asgardian, the daughter of Odin and Friga, the sister of Hela, Thor and Loki. Whether you want to admit it or not, you are not one of those angels."

"And, those angels who claim to be free have deceived you, Angela."

"I guess they certainly didn't tell you the history of the Angel Kingdom before it fell into the void, nor did they tell you about their relationship with heaven."

The Raven Lord said softly:

"They have masters, and they are innate masters, and the unconditional obedience is engraved in their souls, and they simply call themselves 'freedom'."

"This is a scam, poor child, your whole life is just a scam. Let your angels with psychological distortion train you into weapons, and then hurt your biological father and mother severely at the right time."

"I often laugh at Odin's family education for being very failed. His children all want to kill him and get his throne. But you, your failure has nothing to do with Odin. You just have bad luck and fall into the hands of a group of lunatics."

Merlin shook his head and said:

"You have really hurt the heart of poor His Majesty Friga. Odin is tolerant enough to you. You almost murdered the king. He just imprisoned you here and tried his best to protect your life."

"I don't believe it!"

Angela didn't believe what Merlin said at all, she said stubbornly:

"That's all your family's words!"

"You can see with your own eyes, and if you are willing to accompany me to the Kingdom of Angels, I will prove it to you."

Merlin waved his finger casually and said:

"Anyway, Angela, the Wingless, I've proposed a deal that you can choose to accept or reject."

"But you better hurry up. Once Odin wakes up and I want to take you away, it will not be that easy."

After saying that, the Raven Maharaja left a burning orange light in the air, which turned into black fog and disappeared into the sea breeze of the Asgard Island.

It was like the smoke blown away by the wind, as silent as he came.

Angela sits on the edge of the lighthouse.

She held the five-stringed zither in her arms, looking at the orange light floating around her hand, her white eyes were full of hesitation.

After all this, how could she not doubt her life experience?

She can become the leader of the hunter with a high status in the angel kingdom. She does not rely on her agile skills and powerful strength. Although she often shows the same as a reckless woman, she also has her own wisdom.

How to choose?

Should I accept the "deal" of this dangerous Hell Lord, go back to explore your own life experience, and go back to pick up Sera

But what if they say it is true?

I am really the daughter of Odin, the king of nothingness, whom I hated since childhood?

If a nightmare comes true

How should Angela accept all this calmly?-

"I asked one last time, Odin really decided to let me take Angela away?"

Outside Asgard, on a deserted island in the Pacific Ocean, Merlin stood on the beach, and he raised his hand.

At his fingertips, the small raven Muning still looked cunning and active.

Facing Merlin's inquiry, Odin's bird tilted his head, jumped and screamed:

"Of course! That's what the boss said. Before he fell asleep, he found us and told us that if you come again, let us tell you all this."

"I probably understand what he means."

Merlin said:

"He felt that his and the queen's persuasion could not make Angela turn back, so he planned to take Angela back to the Kingdom of Angela and let her discover the truth with her eyes. When she saw the truth, Angela would naturally make a choice."

"But what I wondered is, how did he know that I was looking for the kingdom of angels, and, didn't he hate those angels very much? Why did he suddenly become so generous again?"

"Because Heimdal saw the changes in the underworld!"

Muning kept explaining:

"The wingless angels on the northern wing of the underworld suddenly disappeared. In addition to some of the agreements you and Hela secretly reached, the boss is not a fool, so he can naturally guess where those angels went."

"As for those who hate you, you see, this is actually a very simple truth."

"The boss hates the angel because the angel killed his daughter, but his daughter is still alive now."

Munning shrugged her shoulders in the form of a bird.

It says:

"The boss said that he still hated those shameless angels, but they also allowed Princess Audrev to survive and gave her the strength and freedom as the real Odin eldest daughter."

"So, if those angels are still alive, then let them continue to live."

"As long as they no longer step into the territory of the World Tree, the boss can think that he has never seen them."

"Okay, I get it."

Meilin reached out and bounced Muning's head, and he said:

"Go back and tell Odin that I will find a way to let Angela see the truth, but I don't promise that she will definitely choose to return to Asgard."

"After all, I'm not his children's nanny, and he didn't pay me a salary."

ps.1:

This song is a ballad written by Angela's girlfriend, the wingless angel Serra in the comic "Angela. Queen of the Underworld". It should be a kind of movement sung by the angels to describe Angela and Serra's adventures in the Angel Kingdom.

As for Serra, Angela's girlfriend, she is a former nun and witch, and her status in the Angel Kingdom should be quite low. She said she was born in a caste society.

Anyway, that was also an ambitious woman, and she was very suitable for Angela.
