"Now Your Majesty is in charge of the country and is ordered by heaven. Heaven has a heavy responsibility to surrender to Your Majesty! This is the clear destiny of the Han family! It is also the clear destiny of the scholars and people in the world!"

"In the past, Han and Chu competed against Hai, so the five stars came out of the east, and then the world was peaceful!"

"Now Your Majesty is in power and is under the great responsibility of heaven! The poem says: I am born with a strong citizen, and there are things and rules. The people's upholding Yi is a good virtue. The heavenly minister has Zhou, and Zhao is in the lower level. Isn't it that the heavenly minister has Han, and there is a false under the lower level?"

"Therefore, I am ignorant of death and report: Your Majesty was given the order of heaven, like Yu, Tang, and the heaven will surrender to the Liu family in the Han Dynasty. Disasters, strange things will occur frequently, like Yu's water, Tang's drought..."

"With your Majesty's wiseness, you will be able to respond, and Tang Yu's orders are the same. Therefore, Yu and Tang all have oaths, not only Yu, Tang, and the three generations of former kings, all have some feeling when they receive the orders, and then pray to heaven to make an oath!"

After Zhang Yue finished speaking, he bowed deeply and said, "The vow of the former king is to understand the world with the talisman of his order and build his great cause. Therefore, his virtue spreads to the world and brings benefits to the people!"
