4 Defence

The order of speeches of the same party is not limited. If one party has run out of time, the other party can continue to speak or signal to the chairman to give up speaking. Free debate advocates active confrontation, and one party who avoids confrontation more than twice will deduct points, and the questions that the other party has clearly answered are still entangled. Points are deducted appropriately.

6 Audience questions

The performance of the front and back sides of the audience during the questioning stage is counted as the results of the competition. The questions raised by the audience are determined to be valid by more than two judges, and the questioned party can only answer the questions raised by the two audiences. The pros and constituent parties will answer any debater except the fourth debate. The answer time for one question is 1 minute. If the time for one debater’s answer is not full, other debaters can add it.
