Chapter 88 Negotiation
When Salomon revealed one of Nick Fury's biggest trump cards, the pupils of the year-old agent couldn't help but tremble. For an intelligence agency, or an agent, secrets were equivalent to weapons, and Salomon revealed secrets was equivalent to disarming Nick Fury. But soon, Nick Fury regained his calmness, and his trump cards were more than that. Now, what he needs to consider is the losses of S.H.E.L.D.
Salomon's heels collided with the floor, and he circled around the room without finding anything that had nothing to do with work. He glanced at Nick Fury, feeling that the time he gave to think was enough, so he waved his palm again, everything in the room returned to normal, and Phoenix stopped flapping his wings and stopped at the desk in front of Salomon.
"Look, we can have a good conversation after calming down." Salomon sat back on the chair. The secret wizard treated Nick Fury as a poisonous snake. He could only talk to him after holding down the head covered with fine scales. He said, "You think you know a lot of secrets, but that's not the case."
"I know, magic." Nick Fury accepted it very quickly. As one of the few Earthlings who knew the existence of aliens, Nick Fury was far more open-minded than many ordinary people. Any incredible things in this world could happen, and magic was one of them. He rubbed his sore arms, then raised his pistol and pointed it at Salomon, "Only this is the right way to negotiate. Tell me, how did you know Carol Danvers?"
"Let's shoot." Salomon suddenly grabbed the pistol and pointed the gun at his head. "That's what those action team members did. As for why I wasn't injured, you can try shooting."
Nick Fury didn't move, but just looked straight at Salomon. This was a threat assessment. The secret mage grabbed the pistol impatiently and fired a shot into his temple. The bullet suddenly stopped when approaching Salomon, as if it had lost all its kinetic energy. Salomon took off the hot bullet and threw it to Nick Fury with the pistol.
"I have to declare one thing to you," said Salomon. "Kama Taj has stood in the world for thousands of years, knowing far more secrets than S.H.I.I know not only Carol Danvers, but more. Do you think a cosmic policeman who possesses power because of the universe's cube and only knows that he can escape the mirror dimension? Magic relies on intelligence, not brute force. If she has not repelled the Kree fleet, what do you think is waiting for those fleets? The Supreme Mage will not let a guy who may endanger human civilization, even if it is not a matter of the magic world."
"Magic World?" Nick Fury's tone was slightly relieved, and he glanced at Phoenix-he now knew that he was isolated and could only listen to Salomon, "There are many people like you?"
"Yes, but no matter which magician you are, even if you are not from Kamataj, as long as you live on earth, you must be under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Mage and hand over some of your magic as a certificate." Salomon said, "You can imagine the Supreme Mage as the king of the magic world, and I am a student of the Supreme Mage."
"Sounds like a dictator." Nick Fury tempted.
"Perhaps, people in democratic societies usually associate dictatorships with tyrants. You have received Western education since childhood, so it's not surprising to think so." Salomon raised his legs on his desk indifferently. He also untied the Emperor's shawl with the Eton School badge. It's indoors and doesn't need to wear this thing. He said, "The crisis in the magical world is more dangerous. Anyone can destroy the world. We don't have time to make a democratic vote. Do you remember the fact that all satellites were lost a year ago? That's because of a battle between a god and a demon, and even the aftermath of that battle can destroy human civilization. The Supreme Mage opened the planetary defense system and mirror dimensions to protect the earth's civilization."
"Since it is so dangerous, it should not be separated from the government's jurisdiction..."
Salomon sat upright and looked at Nick Fury with great seriousness.
"Who do you think you are, Nick Fury? Do you think humans have not been colonized by aliens so far, just because of good luck? Do you think the bastards of heaven and hell have not established their own kingdom on Earth and ruled humanity because of kindness? Who do you think the king of Earth is? Every outer dimension beyond your imagination has the footsteps of the supreme mage, and under each step is the corpse of the enemy lies. It is a throne cast by blood and bones. Do you think that the throne was obtained through hypocritical votes and weak political declarations? Do you think the law in the world has any meaning to the venerable? Will gods and demons care about who have more votes? In this universe, the only one who has legal dominance over the earth is Kama Taj."
"What do you say about Salem? Does such an organization still need to rob a member of the jewellery? And the town of Collins, aren't you the ones who have committed so many murders? Is the Supreme Mage going to point the butcher knife at his people?" Nick Fury said sarcastically.
"Salem was an incident to recycle a magical item, and I think you probably saw it." Salomon said, "As for the town of Corinth - vampires, werewolfs, and clichés of black magical creatures, there is a large nest of black magical creatures in Corinth, and I just cleared it up routinely."
"Aren't they humans?"
"I don't know that you are the sympathizer of the black magic creature, Nick Fury." Salomon showed an extremely disgusting expression. "Whether vampires or werewolfs are all plagues that exist in human society. They reproduce very quickly. As long as they have this intention, they can easily transform countless similar species. Moreover, after being transformed into black magic creatures, they are no longer humans, one is a dead person, and the other is a beast-like disease that can never be cured. And so on... Vampires and werewolfs not only exist in the town of Corinth. Did SHIELD know this long ago?"
This chapter is not over, please click on the next page to continue reading! "Yes." Nick Fury admitted happily, "I know werewolf and vampires, S.H.E.L.D. has also studied them. But I assure you that these are within controllable range and we have never increased their number."
"I believe you have no selfishness when you study these things. I know what kind of person you are. But don't let me catch them, Nick Fury, I won't care who the werewolf and vampire are. Their result is death." Salomon said, "But vampires and werewolf are just a trivial threat, and there are many more terrifying existences that are threatening the earth."
"You are the person who understands this feeling best. You should know that under the proposition of "survival", all human civilizations have no meaning. Whether it is democracy or autocracy, no matter what ideology it is, there is no meaning at the critical moment of life and death, and there is no difference between human race in the face of death. Only under this proposition can human beings be truly equal, and those creatures in the external dimension and aliens will not let him go because someone has a whiter skin.
Kama Taj is the last line of defense for mankind, a barrier between reality and external dimensions. The mythical creatures did not appear under your bed because of this. Do you still want to watch the angels come and the church restore tithes? Don’t let me hear your temptation again, Nick Fury, I have lost patience, I have always had a good impression of you, at least your S.H.E.L.D. is very good at solving the chaos caused by capitalist countries and S.H.E.L.D..”
"Then I won't see the Supreme Master coming to rule the world." Nick Fury spread his hands and said, "It sounds like this kind of rule is quite equal."
"The Venerable narrowed his kingdom to the magical world because magic is not the future of mankind." Salomon said, "Technology with universal applicability is the future of mankind."
After the above conversation, Nick Fury also roughly understood what Kamataj organization is. He said, "But you also know that the technological gap between us and aliens is almost impossible for us to catch up. If possible, I want to get help from magic, any way. I guess the number of magicians has not been much compared to humans, otherwise SHIELD would have discovered it long ago. I can send agents to your Kamataj to study and supplement your number. We are warriors who work together for humans. We should be friends, not enemies."
"The person who chooses who can become a secret mage is not me, nor is the supreme mage, but Emperor Weishan." Salomon stretched out his hand and asked Nick Fury to look at the ring on his hand. "It is impossible for ordinary people to use magic without signing a contract with Emperor Weishan to obtain magic. I understand your little thoughts, but do you think that even if your agent can sign a contract, but will he turn to leak the secrets afterwards. Will it be regarded as betrayal and will it be cleared?"
"Who is Weishandi?" Nick Fury asked.
"The Trinity Weishandi is the source of white magic, an omniscient existence, and the first supreme wizard. I cannot say his name." Salomon said, "But your little abacus is meaningless. As long as you are qualified to learn magic, Weishandi will guide him to Kamataj. If you don't have the qualifications to learn magic, you will not be able to learn. If you want to spy on magic, you have to bear the price."
"Well, then what's the point of coming to me?" Nick Fury said. "Don't tell me, just because the members of the Action Team stopped you from school? Does the wizard want to live a normal life?"
"You are right," said Salomon. "The Lord asked me to crush the arrogant Saxons with my intelligence and physical strength, and your action team members interrupted the plan. Although I was a little impatient with going to school, I would abide by the Supreme Master's decree."
Salomon is too young, and he leaked some information in his conversation with Nick Fury. For example, Salomon Damonet will abide by the orders of the Supreme Mage, such as Vishandi, and the existence of magical items. This is purely an empirical issue. You should know that Salomon is an academic wizard, not a thief, and he cannot be asked to keep him in his words.
Nick Fury, who knew these situations, was quite satisfied, but he did not show it on his face, but continued to pretend to be bitter and hatred. "But you kill them!" he said, "They are just executing orders!"
"It's time for me to execute orders in Corinth, but I have also endured the pain of the choice behind it," Salomon said. "Anyone has to bear the consequences of what he does, and I have to bear them, and they have to bear it. And, maybe in the near future, you will thank me."
"Okay." Nick Fury nodded. Ci was not in charge of the soldiers. He knew what the lives of those members of the action team had been exchanged for. He was arrogant. It was precisely because of the lives they had given that Salomon Damonet appeared in front of him, and the two sides had the opportunity to communicate.
"What do you want?" he asked.
"Don't disturb my life. All surveillance and tracking will be regarded as hostile targets by me. After all, you are not the only ones who snoop on magic. If you send someone to come, I will not show any mercy." Salomon said, then took out a piece of parchment and wrote it on it. "Also, you cannot disclose the existence of Kama Taj to anyone, you cannot record everything about Kama Taj, you cannot explain to them by means of writing and electronic storage, or suggest any information about Kama Taj."
He was so young, Nick Fury thought of it. He actually wanted to write it out to remind me.
"I will do it, why don't we talk about cooperation?" said Nick Fury. "I think I personally still need your help. SHIELD has collected many strange items all year round. Maybe I can invite you to identify them?"
"Yes." Salomon also wrote this on it. He wrote it out again, and finally took out the fire paint from the dimensional bag, melted it with the flame, and pressed the ring on the little finger of his left hand. He pushed the parchment in front of Nick Fury, "Sign it, I don't believe in the promise of an agent. Only this document can become an agreement."
"You mean, this is..." Nick Fury reacted. It was not a memorandum at all, but a contract.
