Chapter 604 Blind Attorney

In the long past, humans learned to train animals just like students who could use tools.

After the birth of self-cultivation and grazing, cattle, horses, sheep, dogs and other livestock have become an indispensable part of human production and life. They replace the flesh and blood obtained during hunting and provide humans with animal proteins and plant proteins, even tools and even war materials in a stable way. But the purpose of only one creature is not so clear, and it has not even been completely domesticated. It cannot provide sufficient protein for humans, and is also keen to rush around when humans rest. Its only function is to eliminate some small rodents, although their enthusiasm for this only work is not called active. But when this warm little thing snores on the corner of the human arms, anyone's anger will disappear.

The round Cheshire Cat turned over and his belly was facing up, trying to divert his master's attention in this posture.

Hey, look at me! Don't look at that thing! Puff!

Let me eat your hair!

"Sorry, my dear Dinah, can you please help clean the Cheshire Cat's litter box and what's outside the litter box?" Salomon asked the artificial human maid, and then looked helplessly at the fat gray shorthaired cat rolling in her arms. The room they are now in is next to the Witch's Apartment. Salomon bought it for Dinah to be a dormitory house. There are also several artificial humans responsible for security work who live with her, but they are all participating in training (actually attending evening prayers), so Salomon treats this place as a temporary living room to receive guests.

It’s more of an interview than a hospitality.

"I think we've met." Although Matthew Murdoch tried to remain calm, the scars on his face showed that the invitation for the interview was not so smooth. If the artificial man in power armor had not taken tough measures, the blind lawyer would never have accepted this inexplicable invitation, because he has made many enemies recently and many people want his life.

He gasped, his originally neat suit was cut a big hole, and his strong body was covered with scars. Some were about to heal, while others were injured recently. This made Salomon a little curious about what was supporting this person to go to work every day.

His enemies do not include the person in front of him.

Even if he couldn't see it, he could hear the man's tone was unmistakable.

"I'm sorry to invite you here in this way. It's S.H.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I.I

Matthew Murdoch thought for a while and finally remembered the boy he had seen in the alley in the past.

For him, everyone's heartbeat was completely different. He remembered some special sounds, such as the person sitting in front of him. His heartbeat was so powerful and so strong, just like the pulse of the reactor when he accidentally heard the Iron Man passing by, which forced Matthew Murdoch to wonder what was different about this person's body.

This happened a few years ago on Christmas Eve, when it was a high-profile period of crime.

He had just graduated and not long after, he wanted to open a law firm with his friends. Before that, he wandered aimlessly in the alley, trying to help some innocent people who fell into the hands of gangsters. This young man was one of the goals he encountered that day. He originally wanted to help, but what he didn't expect was that the young man actually solved the gun gangsters with bare hands and took away the big ones they carried.

"Ha! It's you!" said attorney Murdoch. "Do you need legal aid?"

“I think I need your ability more than legal aid.”

"Is my professionalism?" Matthew Murdock said with a smile. Maybe it was because Salomon did not kill the gangster that day gave him confidence in negotiations, or the smell of the pages of Salomon and the expensive perfume, or the gentle sound of the delicate suit rubbing. In any case, he looked a little relaxed. They were like bulls and bullfighters who were constantly spinning in the bullfighting ring, and they both wanted to seize the opportunity to stir up the red cloth, but he knew that the red cloth was not a sharp blade behind it.

Matthew Murdoch is ready to explode.

"Are you a Catholic, attorney Murdoch?" Salomon changed the subject.

"Call me Matt. Yes, I'm a Catholic."

"I was born in the parking lot of Catholic churches in New York. Maybe the church you often go to is my birthplace. However, this does not make me believe in Catholicism. My poor mother is an illegal immigrant, she believes in Judaism, and she gave birth to me in poverty and illness. It's a bit ridiculous. Some monks with a brain will think it's a sign of the birth of the Messiah, and more than once." Matthew Murdoch raised an eyebrow and waited for Salomon to continue. "Each of us has to bear responsibility, whether it is born or given after all. Do you agree with this?"

"Yes, I agree." The lawyer nodded, "I'm sorry to hear this."

"It's no big deal. I know where her cemetery is, and I will accompany her when I have time." Salomon took a deep breath, "Let's go back to the original question, Matt. Do you think you are responsible for the events that your ability can involve?"

The lawyer's body stiffened. He subconsciously wanted to get the blind stick that was placed aside, but he soon realized that it was a trap. "I am responsible for the poor people whom I have the ability to handle, and the Nelson Murdoch Law Firm will lend a hand to all those in need in the Clinton District." He said, "I will do my best to help them protect their legal rights."

This chapter is not over, please click on the next page to continue reading! "You are a qualified lawyer, but not a qualified private law sanctioner." Salomon said with a smile. He ignored the lawyer's tight muscles, and Dinah, who shoveled cat litter behind him, did not respond. "I have heard of the news in the Clinton district recently, namely Hell's Kitchen. The police killer, who killed the Russian gangster." He said, "I know that those things were not done by you, but this does not prevent public opinion from putting these things on your head."

Matthew Murdoch's hair exploded. He tried to reach for the blind stick, but the sudden feeling of paralysis made him unable to move.

Salomon waved, the refrigerator door opened automatically, and two bottles of monastery beer flew out on their own and fell in front of him and his lawyer. Due to the excellent alchemy body, it was difficult for artificial people to get drunk, so they had a special hobby for alcohol. To satisfy them, Salomon reached a long-term agreement with a supplier of craft beer with a means to buy a large number of Westvleteren 12 monastery beer.

"I know there is something hidden in the Hell's kitchen. It's a supernatural existence," he said. "It's something from the Shadow Domain. In professional terms, it's a Shadow Plane creature. In fact, it's right to stop your master from killing that boy. If that boy dies, the Shadow creature named Black Sky will shift its target again. That thing is quite difficult to kill, and Black Sky has been quiet for the past thousand years until recently."

"Who are you!" the lawyer asked gritted his teeth. He didn't know why Salomon knew what happened last night, nor did he know what Salomon called a "hacker". But the intelligence and special abilities shown by this person were enough to make Matthew Murdoch alert.
