Steve Rogers is a traffic rule man. He doesn't drive fast. The motorcycle that was supposed to be galloping like a roaring beast drove towards Brooklyn in a slow manner in the city. Sometimes he would stop and buy two ice creams on the roadside dining cart. He wanted chocolate flavor and Salomon wanted strawberry flavor.

He was a man of rules, Salomon could see. Steve Rogers, the great Captain America, would obey all the orders his country gave him. He was loyal to the country, to the national flag, to his team, but this loyalty that was seventy years behind was also the source of his pain.

Captain America is not well educated, at least not as good as Tony Stark and Bruce Banner in the Avengers who had a few PhDs, but he knew what was right and what was wrong. S.H.E.L.D. took over the soldier instead of asking the military to order him again, which allowed Steve Rogers to avoid being involved in the mess between European and American countries after World War II.
