Calmness is a kind of balance, a subtle balance in which the positive energy slowly grows and the evil energy gradually disappears. Then, they can face their mistakes and consider how to start a new life? How to be a new person? This is my original intention of teaching them to meditate."

Qiu Xuezhi turned to Shi Liang, "Do you remember that there was a Master Xianning when he attended the Two Sessions last year in the province?"
