29. Broken World, Broken Crown(2/2)

This is the crown of knowledge!

The final third of the Artifact of Argus.

He found it in the wreckage of Leura. Back then, Kil'jaeden hated the guardian naaru for helping Velen escape from Argus, so he sealed Leura in a place of despair to wait for death.

In order to show that he was done with his weak past, Kil'jaeden also threw the artifact in his hand here.

This is not to say that the great devil has lost his mind and thrown away such a precious thing.

This artifact was jointly created by three Archons using the crystals left by the ancient Naaru. They injected their own power into it. Only when united can the three powers of prophecy, wisdom and enlightenment create glory.

Once scattered, the power of these three fragments will be greatly weakened.

This is also the reason why Archimonde doesn't care about losing the Mark of Enlightenment. Compared with the great power given by the evil energy to the great devil, the broken artifact is simply not worth mentioning.

But this is cheap for Blake.

He finally collected these three things!

The pirate hummed a song and summoned Little Xingxing, who was peeping in the distance, and asked her to help recast the artifact here, but in fact there was no need to recast it.

At least a furnace is not required.

Blake placed the pink prophet's eye, the purple mark of enlightenment and the red laurel of knowledge together. The moment the little star injected magic into them, the three irregular crystal fragments began to vibrate and resonate, and then in a strange way

Active bonding in singing.

There are different radiances of power shining on it, like a stream of light sweeping across the cracks, reuniting the divided artifacts.

In just a few seconds, a three-color crystal Argus badge appeared in front of Blake and Little Star in a flash of light. It was suspended in the air, spinning its body like a Naaru.

A powerful aura gushed out from it, and it looked like a very powerful item.

But Little Star and Blake looked at each other.

Blue Dragon blurted out:

"That's it?

I thought it would have more cool light effects, but why is it the same as a big disc? It is completely inferior to the Luna armor on your body and the Blood Drinker's Ring on your finger.

Is this really the world artifact of Argus?

Isn’t this too shabby?”

"You also said it is a world artifact!"

Blake was not much disappointed. He stretched out his hand to take the crown of ruler in front of him, and said to the little star:

"World artifacts are things that are closely connected to the origin of the world. When the world is strong, it will be strong. When the world is weak, it will be weak. Look at Argus under your feet. Do you think this is a normal world?

To be honest, Argus has been shattered like this, but the Crown of Governors can still be reshaped, which shows that this thing is extraordinary.

You can't compare it to Elune's Arms and the Blooddrinker's Ring."

The pirate blinked, and the entry for the world artifact in front of him appeared on the character card:

Name:Ogurai's Union·Crown of Governors

Quality: Artifact [Power of the World·Argus]

Status: End of the world·loss of power·weakness

Special effects:

1. World Spokesperson:

Beings who bear the Crown of the Archon will be seen as spokesmen for the will of the world of Argus.

When the user is active in the world of Argus, the Crown of the Governor will give feedback of the power of the world, allowing the holder to perceive the will of the world and exert the [World Messenger] state.

All physical and energy attacks by the user will cause [Condemnation of the World's Will] to the enemy, which will greatly reduce the enemy's various attributes while increasing the user's power to the extreme that the body can withstand.

Current state of world heart: weak

Current world power increase: weak

Current World Heart Power Attribute: Fel Energy

2. Asylum of the Enlightened:

The Crown of the Governor is made from the remains of the ancient Naaru who once blessed life in the world of Argus, which gives the world artifact a peculiar ancient echo.

When the holder activates the world artifact, he can designate an area to apply [Shadow of the World·Augure Echo], causing all lives in the area to enter an [undetectable] hidden state.

While Echoes of Algurai lasts, any attack launched against the Echoing Lands barrier will reflect 100% of the mixed Arcane and Light damage.

The reverberating barrier state lasts until the user voluntarily cancels it, or the shielding barrier withstands the damage limit of the Crown of the Archon.

Currently, the number of echoing places that can be specified is [0/3]

3. Domain of rulers:

When originally designed, the Crown of the Governor not only symbolized the unity of the Eredar civilization, but was also used to protect Mac'Aree, the core of civilization in the world of Argus.

This artifact is a rare [strategic artifact].

When the user places the Crown of the Archon in any permanent facility, the [Domain] ability of the world artifact will be activated.

Buildings or vehicles carrying the Crown of the Ruler will be enhanced by artifacts, which will enhance them with additional attack and defense bonuses, and unlock new abilities based on the type of building or vehicle.

Notice:

The Governor's Crown is in a weak state due to the loss of world power. The number of areas that can be designated for strengthening is currently [0/1]

4. The commander’s prophecy:

Holding this artifact will have a chance to see fragments of the future in dreams, or make prophecies for a certain existence.

The appearance of prophetic dreams is only related to the user's mind and talent, and does not necessarily represent the future of reality. Its accuracy depends on the existence significance of the target life to the world.

The closer a life is to the world, the more difficult it is to predict its birth and the higher its accuracy.

5. The future of defeat:

The World Artifact is closely connected to the Heart of the World, and the world of Argus has entered an irreversible doomsday, which directly caused the Crown of the Governor to become irreparably damaged.

Item description:

It's a pity that you are late. The setting sun has already set on the glorious Argus, and the evening sun is right in front of you.

"Oh, it's so shabby."

Blake couldn't help but sigh after reading the entry on this thing.

He had already had a premonition that the artifact in the world of Argus would be ruined, but he didn't expect it to actually reach such an extent. No wonder Kil'jaeden and Archimonde despised it.

However, several of its special effects are very useful at this time.

Forget it, don’t be sad, it’s better than nothing.

Besides, this thing is not bad as a decoration.
