Hello everyone, this is Qingkong, Happy New Year~
I haven't come out to talk to you for a long time, and I have accumulated some questions recently and I want to say.
First of all, it is the plot of this latest volume.
Regarding this, I have to start a long time ago, that is, when I was in high school.
I came into contact with comics early, about 3-4 grades in elementary school. Later, after reading comic books from that small bookstore, I tried to read novels. Later, I was addicted to computer games for a while in junior high school, and only then did I really get involved in ACG in high school.
When I enter the house, I often leave a deep impression (because I don’t enter the house if I am usually not, 233), and at that time I watched "The Heart of Pandora". I have to say that this work mixed with fantasy, fairy tale, suspense, and British style brought me a huge shock. The songs in it are even often used to listen to in the intense high school study. You can think about it. After the day of study, it was already 11 o'clock in the evening. It was late at night, and in the dark bedroom, listening to the music transformed by the blood-stained black rabbit, how wild and ostentatious it was. The crazy love, dark fairy tale, kindness and deception, deception and fighting style, so I loved it when I was a teenager.
Since then, another work that left a profound influence on me was "The Twelve Kingdoms", so many years later, when I started to try to write novels, the first thought that came to my mind was naturally like that.
A world where fantasy, fairy tales, kindness and truth, human nature and deceit, complement each other, tells the colorful world where the protagonist experiences the changes in the world, the passing of old friends, the growth and changes of childhood partners, crazy love, ugly desires, and so on in a bumpy and broken life.
However, this idea has died.
If you are a reader who knows it, you will know that this book is not actually the first edition, and it has a predecessor, although it only has 80,000 words.
Because the book was not signed, it was a few months since it was lost, and then it decided to open a new book, so it was created... It also continued some of the previous background settings, but the story was naturally completely different, and the protagonist also became our cute little Lolan.
Time passed slowly. After writing the first few volumes, when I came to the stage of the Empire, I couldn't help but think of the lost idea in the past, so I once again ignited this idea to describe a story full of fantasy, fairy tales, madness, ugliness, love and truth, and deceit.
But to be honest, the actor of such a story is not suitable for our little Loren. Her personality and ability are not suitable for intervening in such a story.
Therefore, in the beginning of this volume, Lorraine will actually paddle a lot, while Elio, Rock, Jelanne, Evelyn, Lily, Charanello, these people are the promoters and experienced stories.
But then I thought that the protagonist Little Lolan is probably boring, and I don’t understand why they keep talking about supporting roles (it’s really inexplicable, we are looking at the cute Little Lolan =.=). So later I tried to get the protagonist to join in and wear various characters.
The result is naturally that Qingkong did not do these well, so it was inconsistent. The stories of each character were isolated from each other and had too little intersection. Constantly switching perspectives also brought about a decrease in the visual sense, which was sometimes burning and sometimes cold.
Then there is a painful adjustment period, trying to stitch and reduce unnecessary supporting roles, but the effect has been not good.
I have written a little confused recently, and occasionally feel repetitive. In fact, this is not a good phenomenon. I am quite afraid of suddenly breaking down.
I want to pray that everyone can read patiently, but this idea is too willful (it is very painful to write poorly and it is a very painful thing to read books)
But giving up is not my style. If Xiao Luolan uses his identity and power to simply unify the empire, such a story is good, but he always feels like he is mediocre. Will it make people feel that this guy Qingkong is really exhausted and will only repeat the same plot. The first time is moved, but the second time is probably just annoying.
Therefore, in order to restore the original plan, I will also show the efforts of various mortals in this world, their life experience, their obsessions and vows, as well as the stories and legends that have been intertwined, and in the plot after this volume, I will reduce the frequency of Xiao Luolan's appearance (or occasionally appearing cute) and temporarily give more stages to various characters.
I hope everyone can understand and turn their attention to those equally cute characters.
As for whether Xiao Luolan will become a background in the future, there is no need to worry about this. In the next volume, the protagonist will return to the East Continent, and there are more exciting stories waiting for her there.
Perhaps many readers have guessed that Su Qin, the witch of the dragon vein, has passed away, the Five Phoenixes have disappeared, and the Eastern Continent has reached a time to choose again. The magnificent struggle has begun again, and the conquest between sects will begin again, and the descendants of the Five Phoenix will compete again in the Central Plains, ascending to the mountains and ascending to the immortals in the Yellow Sea.
