Visualization is a method of practicing meditation. Fang Zhixing has now been able to enter into meditation, and his realm is already one level higher than visualization. If he studies it carefully, he may not have been able to create a visualization method that suits him. However, he practices martial arts more to practice qi and transform his spirit, condenses his will, and is not proficient in the observation laws. He does it rashly, but he is afraid that there is a greater possibility of problems.

"The method of observation is mainly about existence and thought. In "Qianjin Yaofang", the King of Medicine Sun Simiao mentioned a method of practice of qigong in the practice of Zen and observation, which is also based on existence and thought. He is a master of Miaozhen Taoism, also known as the incarnation of Medicine Buddha. Although this method is simple, it can be said to have both Buddhist and Buddhist Taoism. If I create my own method, I should use it as the basis so that I can better integrate with the Great Sun Seal and the Nine Yang Divine Powers, so that the two can promote each other." Fang Zhixing carefully recalled the Taoist sects and Buddhist methods he had seen, and thought in his heart. The Taoist sects pay more attention to practicing qi and transforming spirits, and the observation methods are not too many. Thinking of this, Fang Zhixing found Jueyuan again and asked him to find all the descriptions of observation in the Sutra Pavilion and read them carefully.

The Shaolin Sutra Library is famous all over the world, and various scriptures are vast. Although Fang Zhixing has been trying to collect books over the years, the gap is still huge compared to the accumulation of Shaolin Temple for hundreds of years, especially in terms of Buddhist scriptures. Jueyuan heard Fang Zhixing's request, and soon he brought a lot of them. Among them, there are not only the explanations of Zen masters on the Lotus Sutra and the Perfect Enlightenment Sutra. There are also the "Amitabha Sutra" of Pure Land Sect, the "Great Prajna Sutra" and the "Six Wonderful Dharma Gate" of Tiantai Sect that are closely related to the Dharma. As a Buddhist sect, Shaolin Temple has many scriptures related to the Dharma.

It is impossible to say that in Shaolin Temple, there are monks like Sakya Panzhida who do not practice martial arts but who practices spirit in detail. I cannot underestimate it."

Of course, although Fang Zhixing was more cautious in his heart, he was not afraid. The use of spirit sounded wonderful, but it was extremely difficult to reach the level of the ability to influence matter with the spirit like Sakya Panzhida. If you are not in that state, you should cooperate with sound wave skills such as sound wave skills when using it to attack. Fang Zhixing is extremely proficient in this, so naturally he will not be afraid of others. Moreover, Buddhist practices such as desire realm, form realm, and formless realm. The monks who can escape from the desire realm are all eminent monks of the generation. Even if Shaolin Temple exists, there will definitely be very few. It is even more difficult to reach the point where Sakya Panzhida is as close as or even to the formless realm. These people are also people who are known as sects and ancestors in the history of Buddhist sects, and are still in the Shaolin Temple where the mountains are closed. It can be said that all kinds of difficulties appear.

Looking at the scriptures in his hand, Fang Zhixing shook his head slightly. Although the annotations of these people have their own characteristics, there are many omissions, and even some contradictory points that cannot be explained by themselves. Fang Zhixing is very familiar with Buddhism, and his realm is only higher or lower than these people, so he can naturally distinguish it. Everyone has their own ideas, but they are not in a system and cannot walk out of their own path. They are much worse than the six Zen ancestors. The works in the Shaolin Sutra Pavilion that can inspire him are only a few people, including the six Zen ancestors. The rest of the people are at most different from him, but they cannot beat him.

"However, the Lotus Sutra reminded me that lotus flowers are common objects, and the lotus platform on the visualization picture is so clear that it may be able to visualize it alone." Thinking of the lotus platform on the visualization picture hidden in the "Interpretation of the Great Sun Sutra", Fang Zhixing couldn't help but think. He picked up the pages again and carefully looked at the statue of the Great Sun Tathagata above, hoping to gain something from it.

"The lotus in this picture has eight leaves, four Buddhas, four Bodhisattvas, and the Great Sun Tathagata on the lotus platform, should be the so-called "Eight Leaves and Nine Lords". It is said that there is an eight-leaf Lotus View in Buddhism, which is similar to this. If I don't visualize the Buddha and Bodhisattva on the lotus leaf, will it be effective?" Fang Zhixing thought in his heart. He did not want to turn to Buddhism, so he naturally would not visualize the Buddha above, but if he only visualizes the lotus, it is still acceptable. However, without the blessing of the Buddha, there is a large piece of the texture missing. I don't know if it will be effective.

While thinking, Fang Zhixing accidentally caught a halo behind the Great Sun Tathagata, and his heart moved again, thinking: "This Great Sun Tathagata is like the halo behind it. It should be a sun. If I want to take a part of this picture to visualize, it is better to visualize this sun directly. Although it is incomplete, it can be more in line with the Great Sun Seal. Moreover, although this picture is a bit incomplete, the texture is simple and easier to complete. If it goes well, it should be able to start.

To visualize part of the image of the Great Sun Tathagata. Moreover, it is part of the entire visualization image, so there should be no danger. It can be more safe than to create it directly by yourself." Fang Zhixing is best at summarizing and introducing it. He rarely creates any exercises himself. Although he has been able to introspectively look at the meridians in the body over the years, he dare not do it rashly when it comes to the spiritual realm.
