Seeing that he was far away, Fang Zhixing no longer cared about it and directly looked at the "Lankavatara Sutra" and watched the "Nine Yang True Sutra". This time he came to Shaolin, not only to shock Shaolin, but also to do it, so he would not be polite.
The Lankavata Sutra was first circulated in India. At that time, India did not know the technique of papermaking, and the scriptures were stabbed onto the wall leaves with a pointed needle. During the reign of Emperor Wu of Liang, the Patriarch Bodhidharma brought the Patriarch from Tianshi to the Middle Earth and introduced it to Shaolin Temple. The Patriarch was fragile and it was inconvenient to hide and read. Shaolin monks copied it on white paper and bound it into a book. These four volumes of the Patriarch Bodhidharma were based on the book of the Patriarch Bodhidharma when he traveled to the east. They were still recorded in the original text of the Patriarch, without changing a word, which was very precious. Although it was not as good as the Patriarch Buddhist scriptures in Shaolin Temple, it was also a treasure that has been passed down in the past. What Fang Zhixing reads now is this sutra.
When he opened the scriptures, Fang Zhixing saw several curved words written on the scriptures, which were the Sanskrit in the Tianzhu language, and the name of the Lankavatara Sutra. He continued to look back and saw that the lines of the scriptures were very wide, and he felt a little more certain in his heart. When he arrived at a certain page, he saw that between each line of the scriptures, he was full of square words in small regular script, which was the commonly used Chinese characters.
Fang Zhixing was happy, calmed down, and looked carefully from the beginning to the back. He saw that the text seemed to be the tricks of practicing Qi and qigong. After slowly reciting it, he felt quite mysterious. He knew that the opportunity was rare, so he no longer realized it. He read it roughly and read it in the second volume of the scriptures: "Wish the Nine Yangs and hold the Yi Hanyuan, this book can be called the "Nine Yangs Sutra". Finally, he confirmed that he had truly found the "Nine Yangs Sutra".
After confirming that the scriptures were "Nine Yang True Sutra", Fang Zhixing no longer had any doubts. He memorized them silently in his heart and memorized them first. He had always had excellent memory. After only three or four times, he remembered the scriptures clearly. After confirming them a few times, he truly felt relieved. He knew that his two major purposes of coming to Shaolin - shocking Shaolin and obtaining the "Nine Yang True Sutra", have now achieved all of them. As for whether he can gain something, he also gained extra. Thinking of this, he was naturally very happy and read the four volumes of the "Lankavatara Sutra" again.
Not long after, Fang Zhixing read the four volumes of scriptures from beginning to end, and opened the last page. He saw the author of the true scriptures telling the story of the photo scriptures. This person did not say that he was born in his name. He only said that he was a Confucian, Taoist and monk for his whole life, and was at a loss. One day, he defeated Wang Chongyang, the founder of the Quanzhen Sect, and was able to read the "Nine Yin True Sutra". Although he deeply admired the subtle and mysterious martial arts contained in the true scriptures. However, he only advocated the "Laozi's learning", and only focused on using softness to overcome hardness and yin to overcome yang, which was not as good as the mutual complement of yin and yang. Therefore, in the process of the four volumes of Sanskrit "Lankavatara Sutra", he wrote his own "Nine Yang True Sutra" in Chinese, and consciously compared with the pure yin "Nine Yin True Sutra", he had a way of harmonizing yin and yang and mutually replenishing hardness.
Fang Zhixing closed the volume and thought, thinking: "Since this person has written the scriptures in the four volumes of Sanskrit "Lankavatara Sutra". It is reasonable that the Sanskrit language that should be understood is, but he did not expect that he would not understand. Otherwise, the monk who drank wine would naturally see the general Sanskrit of the "Nine Yin Sutra" and would not think that it was all feminine. These two scriptures can ultimately achieve the effect of mutual cooperation between yin and yang in internal strength, which can be said to be the same destination. Although the "Nine Yang Sutra" does not record many martial arts, it also has the bone shrinkage effect.
, and other techniques such as the Wall-Walking Technique are of much less magical martial arts than the "Nine Yin Scriptures", but they contain many martial arts principles. They are quite unique. As long as you study them carefully, you will inevitably create many similar martial arts. In the following terms, it is really hard to distinguish between the two scriptures." Thinking of this, he remembered the innate skills he had practiced. Although the specific skills of innate skills can only reach this level, he still has guesses about the subsequent path. From this point of view, he should be better than the two.
However, even so, Fang Zhixing was a little helpless about the subsequent path. Now his second level of innate martial arts has been completed. His energy and spirit are united, and he has cultivated into a body without leakage. His body is extremely exhausted, and his life is still easy to live to a hundred years old. However, he has not found any clue about the third level of condensed energy and spirit into inner alchemy. After all, this third level is more of Wang Chongyang’s guess. He has not cultivated himself. What can Fang Zhixing do? According to Taoist practice, Fang Zhixing is now just practicing essence and qi and qi into spirit, and qi into spirit.
, Practice the spirit and return to emptiness, practice the realm of practicing Qi and transforming the spirit into the realm of the four major realms of emptiness and Taoism. Although I have touched a little bit of "emptiness", I have not been able to actively practice the spirit. When will it be formed and how to form elixirs, it is hard to imagine. If it weren't for this, he wouldn't look for practice techniques everywhere to make references. Now when to watch the "Nine Yang True Sutra", the most important thing is to use this technique to understand the Qi training methods in Tai Chi to see if you can gain something from it. As a great master of Zhang Sanfeng, the Tai Chi he created will definitely not be that simple.
Not to mention this for now, after Fang Zhixing understood the idea of the person who created the genius, he naturally had more thoughts about the "Nine Yang True Sutra" and began to carefully understand the central method and think about how to practice it. His martial arts level is now no less than that of the person who created the "Nine Yang True Sutra". Moreover, this time he was not re-cultivating, but only recovering his true energy. Naturally, he would not follow the steps, but practice according to his own ideas.
The "Nine Yang True Sutra" is different from other kung fu. At the beginning, it is to practice the transport method of the Great Zhoutian, so that a warm and dry true qi flows from the Dantian to the Yin Jiaku, Du, and the three meridians, breaks and walks towards the tailbone gate, and then divides two branches upwards, passes through the Wind Pass on both sides of the 14th vertebra of the waist and spine, and goes upwards through the back, shoulders, and neck to the Yuzing Pass. This is the so-called "reverse true qi flows through the three...". Then the true qi goes upwards over the Baihui point on the top of the head.
, divided into five ways to go downward, meet the Qi and meridians of the whole body at the Yunzhong point, and then divide them into the main and subordinate branches, and then combine them in the Dantian, entering the orifice and returning to the Yuan. After a cycle, the body will be like a filling of nectar, neither the most yang nor the most yin, but the mutual cooperation of yin and yang, and harmonize the Hunyuan. The true qi in the Dantian is like a cigarette smoke, wandering freely, which is the so-called "misty purple qi". Compared with the method of practicing Qi in the Great Zhoutian of the Zixia magic devil derived by Fang Zhixing, it is actually similar to the method of practicing Qi.
After realizing this, Fang Zhixing was quite surprised, and he was even more impressed by the Douji Monk who created this skill. Just from the Great Zhoutian transport method, the "Nine Yang True Sutra" was better than his deducing and improving Zixia magic skills, let alone the Zixia magic skills in the past. Finally, Zixia magic skills have the effect of healing and nourishing the body. In the past few years, he has derived a "Zixia body protection technique". Otherwise, if the two skills are put together, they really don't need to be compared.
Although Fang Zhixing's realm has not been broken through in recent years, since he reached the state of internal vision, he has opened up many meridians in his body, and the meridians are very wide. After seeing the Great Zhoutian transport method in the "Nine Yang True Sutra", Fang Zhixing tried it and knew that these meridians had been fully penetrated, so he directly began to practice true qi and restore his skills. (To be continued)
