Chapter 3 Children

Frank followed Fiona and the other two home. As soon as he opened the door, he saw a little girl pounced over and hugged Frank's thighs directly.

The little girl looks about eight or nine years old, with a fat baby face. Like Ian, she also has some small freckles on her face, and she is very cute.

"Welcome home, dad!" the little girl hugged Frank tightly.

"Whose little cutie is this? Let Dad guess, is your name Debbie?" Frank picked up the little girl and rubbed it on the little girl's face.

Fiona said that his children's names, Lip, Ian, Debbie, Carl, Liam, among which Lip and Ian had already met, two handsome young men.

The remaining Debbie, Carl, and Liam, only the name ‘Debbie’, which fits the girl’s name very well.

Frank hugged Debbie into the house and saw two children in the house, a six or seven-year-old boy, who looked a little dazed and was sitting on the sofa watching TV. Frank entered the house without even looking at it, and his attention was all on the TV.

Another child is still in the baby box, and is a baby, who looks only ten months old. More importantly, this baby is a little black child, a black baby!

"This is Carl." Fiona took off her coat and threw it onto the sofa. She rubbed the head of the little boy sitting on the sofa watching TV with her hands. The little boy knocked Fiona's hand off.

"This is Liam, do you miss me?" Fiona walked up to the black baby and bent down to report the black baby.

"Uh...your mom is...black?" Frank was stunned when he saw the black baby, turned his head and asked Fiona.

"What's wrong with Frank?" Hearing Frank's words, Debbie and Carl were stunned for a moment. Carl stopped watching TV and turned his head to look at Frank.

"The situation is a bit complicated. He has lost his memory now and no one remembers it." Fiona said.

"Amnesia? Cool!" Carl's eyes lit up.

"Fiona, Lip, Ian, Debbie, Carl, Liam..." Frank held Debbie and looked at the children in the room, trying hard to remember their names.

There were too many children. For a moment, Frank couldn't remember who was who, but he felt very familiar with these names and could call them out with his mouth.

After returning home, Fiona and others ignored Frank and went to do their own things.

Frank sat on the sofa and watched TV with Carl. Demi knew that Frank had lost his memory and had been with Frank. Carl stopped watching TV, asked questions and asked all kinds of strange questions.

After a while of tossing, it was getting late, and Fiona began to prepare supper.

"Do you want me to help?" Frank saw this and stood up and walked to the kitchen.

"!?" Fiona was stunned, and she didn't expect Frank to ask for help.

"Then... help me bring the eggs to the dining table." Fiona handed the plate to Frank.

Frank obediently helped Fiona and prepared everyone's supper.

"How long has your mother been gone?" Frank couldn't help asking, looking at Fiona's skillful look.

"It's been a long time." Fiona replied casually.

Obviously, the time for leaving is not one day, two days, or even one or two months. The time unit should be calculated in "years", otherwise Fiona would not be so skillful in doing things.

"You have always been taking care of these kids? I... didn't help?" Frank asked.

"Puff! Help? If you don't cause trouble, we'll burn the incense." Fiona was busy with what she was doing. When she heard Frank's words, she couldn't help laughing, as if she heard some funny jokes.

"Uh..." Frank didn't expect to get such an answer. He really didn't know what he looked like before.

"Fiona, is supper ready?" Lipp shouted.

"It's almost done, we're all coming down to have a meal." Fiona shouted loudly.

Immediately afterwards, I heard a rush of chaos and the footsteps on the second floor.

"Thank you so hard for the years, you are really amazing." Frank sighed sincerely.

Others say that single-parent families are like this. Parents pull their children together with shit and urine, but there are basically only one or two children in the family.

And how many children are there in this family, including boys, girls, teenagers, and babies. He seems to have not helped him before he lost his memory. It is all Fiona who pulls the children alone. Just think about it and knows how difficult it is.

"Nothing..." Fiona paused and turned around.

A group of children sat at the dining table and ate supper in big mouthfuls. Fiona did not eat with everyone, but took a bottle of beer from the refrigerator and opened the back door. The back door of the room led to the yard.

"Fiona?" Lipp shouted.

"You eat first, I'm not hungry." Fiona said as she opened the door to watch.

Fiona sat on the steps, took a sip of beer, looked at the street scene, couldn't help laughing, but she buried her head in her arms and cried silently.

"What happened?" Lipp asked when he asked after dinner with a bottle of beer.

"Nothing." Fiona turned her back to Lipp, wiped her tears, said nothing, and was very strong.

"Is it because of Frank?" Lipp asked.

"..." Fiona agreed.

"You said that a person has amnesia, will the changes really be so big? It feels like he has completely changed." Lip asked leaning against the pillar and taking a sip of wine.

"I don't know." Fiona shook her head and took a sip of wine.

"Actually, it's good to keep losing your memory like this, but if you recover your memory, you will definitely become the same as before. You'd better not have any expectations." Lip reminded.

"I know, I never expected Frank," Fiona said.

"That's good. I'll go back to the house to read the book first. The weather has become colder and colder recently..." Lipp turned around and went back to the house.

Fiona sat on the steps for a while, patted her face and turned around and entered the house.

"I'll go to school tomorrow, go to bed early..." Fiona shouted to everyone who was nestled on the sofa and watched TV, especially Debbie and Carl.

Frank was pulled by Debbie to the bathroom to wash and then sent to the room.

"My kids..." Frank thought as the corners of his mouth raised, closed his eyes, and fell asleep quickly.

Frank remembered many things in his dreams, and this time no one disturbed him, interrupting Frank's memories.

When the sun shone through the window and shot into the room, Frank opened his eyes and looked at the strange ceiling, staring blankly for a while, as if he was tidying up his thoughts in his mind.
