5. Chapter 5

Many years ago, the Golden Lion Empire was once the most powerful country in the northern part of the mainland, no doubt about it. But now, the entire northern and even most of the eastern part have been switched to the Northern Jade New Calendar.

This small country, which originally lived in the ice field, became accomplices for tigers after being surrounded by sand ghosts, quickly expanded its territory and swallowed whales. For nearly 730 years, it has firmly controlled the entire Northern Continent. And its current ruler, Sapir King, is a complete fool.

I don’t know what was wrong. He was born to love to be unable to get along with the Golden Lion Kingdom. Although the latter has long been no longer glorious, he even got together with a city-state like Leiyin City under the ruins of the previous enjoyment emperors. But he still enjoyed it and regarded the Golden Lion Kingdom as a thorn in his side.

He always tried his best to humiliate the Golden Lion Kingdom, either explicitly or impliedly.

For example, the blind lion in front of you.

"Ten minutes ago when the sand ghost passed by, these idiots were kneeling on the ground and kowtowed to see their ancestors' trip." Osvid said with a cold face and meanness: "Now I have the intention to laugh at others."

Long before his succession, when talking about Northern Jade Kingdom and Sapir privately, there were only four words of evaluation: "It will be over sooner or later."

Now, he stood in front of the swaying humiliation of the Northern Jade Kingdom, but did not take it for granted and threw out the four words. Instead, he narrowed his eyes and turned his head to Kevin and said, "I hate this action of kneeling, and I hate it very much."

Kevin's eyes moved, and the disabled lion in the cage picked up his chin: "Who isn't it?"

Who is not?

Even if he was blinded, broke his claws and became disabled, no one wanted to kneel down.

The lion who was pushed into the iron cage suddenly roared, and the limp front paw grabbed the ground twice, forcing his legs to stand up straight.

Its body was shaking wildly, not sure if it was too painful or too hard, but in short, it was definitely not because of fear.

In fact, although its blind eyes look terrifying, its shaking head always gives people a sense of confusion - it seems that it can't figure out where it is or what kind of danger it is about to face. All the subtle voices from its opponents are covered by the noise and sharp whistles around it.

The Gary black-eared wolf opposite seemed to have been drugged or moved other hands and feet. His eyes were red and almost bleeding, and his white tines were covered with minced meat, which seemed not far from madness. When it saw the lion entering the cage, it paused for a while.

He tilted his head and hung his front paw, carefully observing his opponent this time.

Soon, its front paws slowly fell to the ground and continued to circle around the iron cage. Relying on the fact that the lion was blind, it even hit it twice when it passed by the lion, making a low snoring sound in its throat, not knowing whether it was a warning or a provocation.

"This is a wandering lion we caught in Skeleton Valley. He was probably lost and lived by eating garbage." A young man standing by the iron cage spoke arrogantly. He turned the gem ring in his hand and said slowly: "It is so pitiful, so we want to change his life. This game is not a bet on life, and it will be stopped. If this old guy wins, all the money will be his. I will buy it the best meat, hire the best veterinarian, and then give it a delicate and comfortable cage. If you lose..."

He paused and said indifferently: "It doesn't matter if you lose, you just have fun. The money belongs to you, and we will continue to rush forward at dawn."

After listening to his fart, Kevin commented concisely: "Little beast."

Osvid frowned: "I know him, Sapir's youngest son, Bot, has a short life look of sharp-mouthed monkey cheeks. He spends money like flowing water, goes from heaven to earth to find excitement, and has a personality...I agree with your point of view."

The whistle was louder in the crowd, and the servants who had disguised themselves were barking particularly loudly.

The owner of Grimm-eared Wolf opposite had no objection to Bot's idea of "coming to give money when he was idle", and happily suppressed the chips and nodded at the referee.

The black-eared wolf still turned around the lion like a provocatively, and its thick tail swept across the lion's claws from time to time. The snoring sound at the bottom of the throat never stopped, as if it was not afraid of it at all.

The referee picked up the huge copper bell and shook it twice.

The owner of the black-eared wolf shouted impatiently: "Don't turn!" Then he waved the steel whip in his hand, and thrust hard on the black-eared wolf with a "bang", instantly, and his flesh was blooming and bloody. The black-eared wolf trembled suddenly, and howled and bared his teeth and pounced on the cage. The owner suddenly retracted his hand, skillfully took a step back, threw away the whip, and said indifferently: "You'll get better after you squeeze it twice."

The black-eared wolf's eyes were so angry that it shook its tail and retreated to its area, lowered its shoulders, arched its back, and posed in an attacking position.

Kevin followed Osvid, unknowingly, from the end of the crowd, to the front, close to the edge of the cage. The place where they stood was facing each other through the cage, close to the door bolt of the iron cage.

"Have I ever mentioned to you that I can understand the beastly words?" Osvid took advantage of the noise of the crowd and whispered in Kevin's ear.

Kevin was stunned: "What does it mean?"

Osvid still squinted his eyes and looked inside the cage. He didn't explain much, but just asked, "Are you afraid of lions?"

Kevin sneered: "How is it possible? I beat the lion several times last night."

Osvid keenly captured the keyword: "Last night?"

Kevin: "..." Not good! He let out a sigh of relief.

Osvid said "Oh": "I understand, I will settle the score with you later."

After saying that, he stared at the copper bell in the referee's hand, shook his head and said, "I'm sorry..."

Kevin: "What are you sorry?"

His eyes moved and fell on Osvid's quietly raised hand, vaguely guessing what the ancestor wanted to do.

The referee raised the copper hammer and knocked it hard on the copper bell.

when!

It was almost time to say that, as the bell sounded, the sturdy black-eared wolf, as strong as a bear, jumped up, and shot straight into the lion like a heavy arrow. With a sharp howl, it pounced on the ground.

Two huge beasts rolled into a ball on the ground, unable to stop the car for a while, and hit the iron cage heavily.

The heavy claws hit the cage with a "bang", just like a sharp axe, directly hooking the iron railing, and the gap between the railings became widened instantly.

The sharp claws of lion and wolf were equally similar and poked out directly from the gap.

Bot, who was closest to the point, could not dodge, and a piece of flesh was directly scraped off his arm.

"Ah--" The crowd rioted in an instant, Bot screamed, covering his arms on his hands, squeezing wildly, trying to stay away from the iron cage.

Neither the owner of the Black-Eared Wolf, the referee, or the people who had been watching before, they did not expect the battle to be so intense.

"Crazy! They are crazy!" Screams kept erupting in the crowd, pushing the tables and chairs in the casino, and rushing outwards.

Osvid sneered, looked at Bot and his group closest to the cage door, and finished the previous words: "I'm sorry you're not afraid of them--"

After saying that, he pulled the cage door with his fingers, and heard a "click" sound. The iron cage door opened in response to the sound, and a huge beast rolling into a ball rushed out of the cage instantly.

"Let's go!" Osvid pulled Kevin and ran away.

Behind him, Bot howled, crying and shouting, rushing around in a group of his guards, crowding together.

"Have you got into your mind?!" Kevin ran and wanted to roar with his ears.

Osvid turned over and jumped over the gambling table, rushed out of the door with Kevin, galloping like a gallop. After walking around a corner and couldn't see the beast, he took the time to roar and replied: "I said I can understand what they are communicating! Can you wait until it's safe before scolding me!"

Kevin rushed up to a low wall and climbed up the roof with a short knife in a few seconds: "Who is the hell of this?! Do you have the face to say it?"

Osvid without a knife: "…"

The entire scattered land was chaotic by two beasts, screams and fire everywhere.

While quarreling, Kevin and Osvid wanted to slap them twice, while walking in the houses in an extremely coquettish manner, trying to roll back to the crow's nest and the ruined temple as soon as possible.
