Chapter 1 Nanjing Locker

Let me talk about something interesting first.

Tian Youjin is a drug dealer in Cordyceps sinensis business. He has close contact with my previous generation and is an uncle in the category of "who hugged me when I was a child".

In the late 1970s, Tian Youjin had a trip to the lineup in the mountains of Inner Mongolia. What he talked about most was the story of himself and the Maggie Team being separated, wandering on the grassland for two months, and taking her flocks to escape the mountain wolf and being saved.

Every time he reunited with his comrades, he would drink too much and say it, which has become a part of his character. In his narrative, that period was a rare rainy season in Inner Mongolia, with heavy rainstorms pouring in the deep mountains and lightning scattered throughout the sky. It was the most beautiful and terrifying scenery he had ever seen.

In 2013, Tian Youjin began to lose liver failure due to years of alcoholism, which led to failure of the whole body. When he was dying, his comrades came to see him. With regret and comfort, he spoke out the second version of this experience for the first time.

In previous versions, he experienced all this alone, and when he told the story for the last time before his death, there was one more person in the story. He never mentioned the existence of this person for decades.

Tian Youjin met this person in the second month after entering the depths of the grassland. It was raining heavily that day. He looked up in the valley and saw that man standing on the ridge of the no-man's land, staring at the lightning in the entire sky.

The person was unable to see clearly in the heavy rain. He only saw that the person from afar pointed him in the right direction, and then disappeared into the forest. There were no horse teams or herders behind him, only one person.

According to Tian Youjin, this was an extremely magical moment. The place was nearly a month away from the nearest gathering area. Without horses and supplies, it was absolutely impossible for anyone to walk so far in the old forest.

A person suddenly appeared in this place, which was very suspicious. He almost felt that the other party was also missing. But the person did not ask him for help.

He also felt that the other party might have been a spy who entered the country from Mongolia, exploring the terrain here, or meeting a mountain ghost, and for a long time, he had never dared to say it. After he was seriously ill, the images in his mind became clearer and clearer, and finally he spoke it.

I saw this description in my grandfather’s notes. My grandfather asked Tian Youjin to buy the broken skin of Cordyceps. I don’t know who heard this story. My grandfather’s evaluation was very simple. He thought that the person Tian Youjin saw in the deep mountains was a tomb robber.

In Xu Ke's "Qing Bailai Chao·Thieves", he wrote the story of Jiao Si in Guangzhou. Jiao Si always approached Baiyun Mountain and took the career of robbing tombs. There were dozens of disciples, including listening to rain, wind, thunder, grass color, mud marks and other techniques. One day, he left the northern suburbs, and it was about to be caught. He asked everyone to go to all directions to observe it. He said that although there were thunder and lightning, it was storm and storm, he could not be stopped a little, and he had heard and recorded it silently. Jiao stood in the thunderstorm on the top of the ridge. After a while, the rain cleared, and a person from the east returned, saying that when the thunder and lightning were big, he felt a slight floating under his feet, as if he heard a sound from the ground. Jiao Xi said: "I got it."...

At the moment when the sky thunder explodes, the hollow caves and tomb chambers in the mountains will resonate, making it suitable for finding the location of the tomb in a huge area.

Inner Mongolia encounters such a huge rainy season, which is rare for decades. Being able to appear at the scene at this time must be the patient waiting and preparation of decades and two generations. Suddenly, such a lonely person appeared in this mountain. The purpose is not simple, and it should be a large tomb deep under the mountain.

However, the development of things is not that simple. The development of this story is completely different from my previous experience.

All this starts with my third uncle's text message.

The story between me and my third uncle has been told a lot before. After he disappeared in Tarim, although I always believed on the surface that he was no longer there, in my heart, I always felt that he was not so easy to die. During the Chinese New Year this year, I received a text message from a strange number, which contained a strange message.

Storage locker No. 221, Arctic Pavilion Meteorological Museum, east of Nanjing Drum Tower, Happy New Year.

I simply found something was wrong from this style of text messages that was tempted but stopped, without any hints. In the past ten years, this style was always with me. Everything that my third uncle sent me was easy to understand, but I didn't know what he wanted to do.

During those years, I had been looking forward to the day when Uncle San told me the secret in his heart. I wanted to see what was amazing that made him lie to me no matter what. Later, when I found out that he might not be my real Uncle San, I suddenly understood something. If a person carries too many lies, even if he wants to clarify, he may not be able to clarify.

The obsession I let go at that time was because I was afraid that what he really deceived me and could not tell me was my own identity. Maybe I was not me, I was born as a toad spirit, or something like a three thousand-year-old stone baby. Although I was very confident that I was an ordinary person since I was born, but what if I was really such a meaningless and prominent background, I don’t know how to face myself.

But I didn't go to Nanjing immediately. I went to Beijing first and suppressed the situation in Beijing, before leaving for Nanjing with Fatty. I kept reading the text message on the high-speed rail. I didn't try to call it back as before. I already understood that hiding myself first is the best way to get the lead.

The fat man asked me what I wanted to do. I kept thinking about it. First of all, someone would clean up things like lockers every night. If something was placed in the lockers, it would not be possible for the night. This was a very fatal thing. So I didn't think I could see anything in that locker. Even if someone really puts things, they would definitely be received by the lost and found office.

Of course, it may not be an item. It may also be that there is a message left to me or something posted in the hidden area of the locker, or simply written in it with a black light pen. In short, it may be a lot.

I have learned not to predict the results, and then I will reason when I see the clues.

The Arctic Pavilion has a very long history. It has always been very famous since the establishment of the Si Tiantai in the Southern Dynasty. In the early Ming Dynasty, a huge imperial rooftop was built here. I wonder if Wang Zanghai was involved in it at that time.

There were not many obstacles along the way, so we found the librarian, reported the locker number, and followed along.

No one used it on No. 221, and it happened to be turned on. I looked inside and it was indeed empty. The fat man helped me block other people's sight. I touched the cabinet and confirmed that there was no mezzanine. I illuminated it with a black light. It was very clean and there was no mark. I asked about the lost and found ones.

The fat man looked at me: "You're stupid, isn't it just a spam message?"

I shook my head, thought for a while, turned around and looked at the wall opposite the No. 221 storage locker. On the wall, there was a wall of guestbooks hanging on it. They were books that were written since the opening of the museum for people to read. I gestured at the location of the No. 221 storage locker, while walking towards me, and came to a guestbook, which was just opposite the No. 221 storage locker.

The book was nailed to the wooden strips on the wall with a thread. I turned on it and started to read it. After turning a few pages, I saw a passage written on it:

Transfer Statement

Here we will transfer plot No. 87, Section 1, Changping Road, Xiaosong Mountain to Wu Xie for free.

Transferor: Wu Sansheng

Assignee:__________

Other parts of this document have been registered with the law firm. The transfer of rights will be completed by signing and signing, and no other agreement is required.

There was a handprint on it. I was stunned for a moment, and the fat man asked, "What's wrong?"

I said, "My third uncle left me a piece of land."
