Chapter 54 Battle

The statue of Slytherin opened its mouth and revealed the dark hole.

A rustling sound came from the depths of the statue, and it gradually approached.

Harry took a few steps back and hit the dark wall. He shouted, "Close your eyes!"

Brian pushed down his glasses, squinted his eyes slightly, and looked at the ground. Ron retreated with his eyes tightly closed.

The huge body of the basilisk fell heavily on the ground. Brian's eyes could see the gorgeous green scales, even in the dark secret room.

"Kill the thing that's in the way!" Tom said in a hissing voice.

Brian knew that he might be within the "hindering situation".

He sighed softly, not trying to try whether the Basil monster would listen to him or whether the Basil monster would give up attacking him.

"Protect your body with armor!" He said softly, erecting a wall of light in front of him.

Just when he was using the Iron Armor Spell, the snake monster danced with a large amplitude, and the snake's tail swept over like a whip, covering the three little wizards.

Brian quickly grabbed Ron beside him with his eyes and hands, and then the two of them were blown away by huge force. Under Brian's control, the two fell lightly on the ground. Brian heard the sound of glass breaking from the wall of light beside him.

Ron, who was not crushed into meat paste, roared a spell randomly. His wand fell off the chain without any surprise. He was hit in the abdomen with the bounced back and flew out directly, hitting the stone pillar in the distance and then fell heavily to the ground, losing movement.

Brian shook his head and temporarily left the field with his legs. This is pretty good.

Fox flew up from Harry's shoulders, and it circled around the basilisk's head, making a pleasant low voice.

The snake monster rushed towards the phoenix angrily, revealing its long and sharp fangs as a saber, and its huge snake tail swept around, smashing the surrounding stone pillars torn and cracking.

Harry held the segregation hat tightly and opened his eyes a thin gap. He didn't know how the other two were doing.

Brian stood under the stone pillar in the distance, squinted at the phoenix teasing the snake monster. After dodging the stone pillar, he avoided the snake monster's tail attack, he waved his wand and swept Ron's body to the farthest corner of the room.

The phoenix suddenly swept towards the snake monster, and its long golden beak pierced into the yellow eyes of the snake monster. A stream of black blood splashed on the ground, like a shower. While the snake monster was dancing wildly in pain, Fox's long beak took the opportunity to peck at the other eye of the snake monster.

"Leave that bird! Leave that bird!" Tom's voice was hissing, "Behind you, you can still smell it! Kill them!"

The snake monster made a snoring sound in pain, and its eyes turned into two rumbling holes, gushing black blood, and its huge body began to dance wildly, causing stone pillars to collapse.

Brian opened his eyes, he carefully avoided the crazy snake monster, squinted at Tom behind the snake monster. At this time, Tom also looked over and showed a strange grin at him.

"Wear that hat, Potter," Brian reminded. He seemed a little interested, because the battle had no suspense from the beginning.

Harry lay at a loss on the ground, avoiding the snake monster's tail swept over. He heard Brian's words and randomly put the division hat on his head, thinking: "Save me! Save me!"

The hat became tighter and tighter, and then a very hard and heavy thing hit his head, making his eyes look like Venus. He threw the hat off and pulled out a shiny silver sword from it. The hilt was inlaid with egg-sized rubies, sparkling with dazzling light.

Harry stood up with his sword and pointed it at the Basilisk. He gasped, his face with a very firm expression.

Phoenix Fox flew towards Brian, and it landed heavily on Brian's shoulder, with black eyes staring at him very humanely, as if saying, "Why haven't you taken action?"

Brian blinked, he didn't find the need to take action. Since Fox has come, it means Dumbledore can come over at any time, or even already.

He sighed softly, touched his head and said, "The rooster's cry is fatal to the basil monster...Fox, since you are all birds...will you learn to rooster's cry?"

Fox's dark little eyes flashed with anger. It pecked Brian's head in annoyance, flapped his wings and flew away, and continued to peck at the snake monster's nose.

Brian covered his head, which was so pecked that it hurt, and understood what he had to do.

He easily avoided the sweeping of the snake monster, took out a large cage from his small bag, and kept a few slightly depressed roosters.

A large stream of thick black mist enveloped Brian, condensed into countless black giant snakes, with evil red light flashing in his eyes, revealing hideous fangs to him.

Brian hid in a short body, and the wall of light from the iron armor curse blocked the siege of several black snakes, but it seemed to be shaking. Obviously, Tom, who had absorbed so much vitality, was not as weak as last night.

He looked in the direction of Tom and found Tom looking at him coldly, with a gloomy grin on the corner of his mouth.

The black snakes were chasing Brian in the air. Fox, who was attacking the snake monster, flew over. A large mouthful of golden red flames spit out from the golden bird's beak, which made the black mist snakes crackle and let out a sharp and harsh howl.

Then, the phoenix flew to the snake monster again.

"Brian, are you going to stop me?" Tom whispered. He waved his wand and a dark blue beam of light hit him. Brian flashed to the stone pillar and avoided it.

"You seem to be planning to let the basilisk kill me, Tom." Brian looked at him with black eyes exposed from behind the stone pillar, "It's so bad, Tom."

"Who asked you to stand with them? You know, I don't want to kill my friend." Tom said with a smile, his eyes still looking at the direction of the Basilisk.

The phoenix was pecking at the snake monster, while Harry was in a hurry to dodge the snake monster's crazy sweeping and biting, looking extremely embarrassed.

Brian looked at the roosters in the cage in his hand. They were killed unknowingly, and their bodies were covered with dark blue frost.

He threw the cage aside and said slowly: "Do you think you can beat me?"

"This should be very obvious." Tom said meaningfully. Due to the oath, he could not reveal any news about Brian at this time, even if it was a passive disclosure.

Brian smiled and understood what Tom was referring to. He had to help Tom resurrect as much as he could, which was an unbreakable oath he made.

"So you think I shouldn't stop you, even if you want to kill me?" Brian tilted his head and said softly.

"Destroy your weapon!" He suddenly released a spell.

Tom gently waved his wand, and a wall of light bounced back the spell, and was moved sideways and avoided by Brian.

"So, I'm not the one who sits there and waits for death." Brian moved slowly, "even if you're the Dark Lord."

Tom squinted his eyes, and a strange red light flashed in his pupils, looking a little confused.

Do you know what is within your ability? When you feel that things cannot be done, you can choose to change the more likely way.

It was never Tom Riddle, who was going to be resurrected by Brian.

On the contrary, when Tom chose to get Harry Potter, this became an impossible task.

In any case, he could not complete his resurrection under Dumbledore's nose.

"You're too arrogant and too greedy, Tom." Brian said softly, "It makes you unable to see where you are."

Tom moved his footsteps sideways, staring at him with a cold look and said, "Okay, since you are looking for death..."

"Black of flames!" Brian pointed at Tom.

A beam of flame flew towards Tom like a pouring waterfall, then collided with a stream of water, and at the same time it disappeared, turning into a rich mist, filling the entire space.

Brian hid behind a stone pillar, pointed at the chicken cage and recited the restored spell. The chicken cage turned into a sturdy and arrogant rooster in a spiral twist.

After it changed back to its original form, it immediately whistled under the command of Brian's magic wand, and the screams seemed extremely loud in the claustrophobic chamber.

Tom also dispelled the thick fog at this time, and he stared at Brian fiercely, as if he wanted to kill him with his eyes.

"Transformation, Tom, this is what you taught me." Brian whispered, "As long as I think the cock is still alive, it will not die because of its long-term transformation..."

And the rooster was under the control of the Soul-Snatching Curse, and Brian could command it to sing at any time.

Under the screams of the rooster, the snake monster let out a miserable and desperate howl, struggling frantically, and its tail swung wildly, like a counterattack before death, but gradually lost its strength and slowed down its movements.

Holding Gryffindor's sword in both hands, Harry jumped from a collapsed stone pillar to the head of the snake monster. The sword pierced hard into the head of the snake monster, and it reached the hilt of the sword.
