Chapter 8 Diary

"bite--"

[Witness the Lihen Bookstore incident, witness point 0.5]

"That's fine?" Brian blinked and pinched his chin thoughtfully.

Seeing Mr. Malfoy leave, he merged into the crowd and took the textbook from Ginny's cauldron while it was in chaos.

Turning through the worn pages, he took out the black cover notebook that was sandwiched inside, and threw the textbook back.

He saw Harry staring at him with his emerald green eyes, with a look of confusion and anger.

Brian raised a finger on his lips and smiled softly, "Shhh-"

Then he squeezed into the noisy crowd.

"Oh, Fry, stop!" Harry shouted, watching Bryan disappear into the crowd.

"What's wrong?" Hermione asked with all her strength to pull out the corner of her clothes that was stuck.

"What's the bad thing he did?" Ron looked in the direction of Harry's eyes.

"I, I'm not sure...Fry seemed to have taken a book from Ginny's textbook." Harry said.

"Oh? Steal!" Ron said excitedly, "We have to check what we lost, and then we can tell everyone that Brian Foley is a thief!"

"But how is that possible?" said Hermione. "He doesn't have that need, his family should be very rich."

"Hermione, wait and see. I will prove to you that Foley is not a good thing at all!" Ron swears, "Don't be deceived by him. Mom said that the people in the Foley family are best at lying people."

"Wait a minute, Ginny!" Ron shouted after they finally squeezed out of Lihen Bookstore.

"What's the matter?" Ginny looked back and her cheeks quickly turned red after seeing Harry. Mrs. Weasley looked over.

"I tell you, Fry stole something from your cauldron." Ron smiled and searched for Ginny's textbook. "Which book is from, Harry?"

"It should be an old textbook?" Harry said inconclusively.

"Oh, that's impossible." Mrs. Weasley said kindly, "I carefully checked these second-hand textbooks when I just bought them. There are no missing pages and there are no things to hold, my dear."

Ron made Ginny's textbook mess up in disbelief, causing the little girl to pout her lips unhappily and snatch the cauldron.

"So, that's it?" Ron didn't notice that Ginny had lost any textbook, and asked with a questioning look on his face. "Harry, don't tell me that Fry stole a non-existent thing from a bunch of old textbooks?"

Hermione breathed a sigh of relief and said, "Maybe Harry was wrong? Brian is not such a person."

Harry grabbed his hair in confusion and doubted himself: "It's impossible, is it really that I was dazzled?"

"Okay, but we can't let our guard down!" Ron analyzed seriously, "Maybe Fry had a curse or applied poison to that textbook. He and Malfoy would definitely do such a thing. After returning home, you have to ask your father to check it out."

"Then remember to tell me what kind of evil curse it is after you finish it." Hermione hugged her shoulder and said, "Okay, I should go back, goodbye, Harry."

"Goodbye!" Harry and the Weasleys also returned to the Burrow through Floor fans.

...

"Bryan, where have you been?"

After Brian squeezed out of the bookstore, Draco, who was waiting beside him, felt a little impatient.

Mr. Malfoy stood beside him, rubbing the corner of his eyes that had just been hit by the book, but his expression was relaxed and happy, and there was a hint of sneer on the corner of his mouth.

"Nothing, do you have anything else to buy? It's time for me to go home." Brian smiled.

"Then you go back first, I'm going to go to the magic joke store to buy some gadgets," Draco said.

Brian said goodbye to Malfoy and his son and returned directly to the manor.

A large pile of magical items were piled on the stone bricks in front of the manor's door, forming several small hills, and Mr. Fry was putting them into boxes in different categories. Brian also saw some items from the Malfoy's house last night.

"Oh, this is really... I didn't find so many messy things in my house without cleaning it." Mr. Fley said, "That's right, the house is so big that no one knows what is hidden in any corner. Last time I seemed to have found a Boggart in some utility room."

"Oh? Where did you get Boggart?" Brian became interested.

"Let it stay there, that guy should be an old guy, too." Mr. Fly said casually.

"When I was cleaning this morning, I found a long-standing secret door at home." He said with great enthusiasm. "It was probably a secret ancestor who secretly created it. Guess what I found inside?"

"What did you find? A room of luxurious toilets?" Brian joked.

"Of course not, that's a woman's boudoir! There are traces of life inside." Mr. Fley said astonished. "I think ordinary rooms don't need to be hidden, right? Probably one of our ancestors is a master, tsk tsk."

"Do you want some gadgets?" Mr. Fry smiled and looked at Brian, pointing to two piles of things, "These are all things from magic trick shops, and these are the weird magic shops in Guli, which I bought when I was in school. Unfortunately, since the Ministry of Magic began to check these things, the store has closed down."

Brian picked up a weird red telescope and looked at it. Mr. Foley smiled and said, "You can try this telescope."

Brian looked at Mr. Foley's malicious smile, shook his head and threw it back.

"Well, you've learned to be smart. This gadget will only swell your eyes and then it won't be able to disappear for a week." Mr. Fley said with some regret.

Brian picked up some interesting gadgets inside. He picked up another pair of glasses that looked like goggles.

"This is a strange goggles produced by Guli. They will be invisible when worn, and anyone can use them, even if you wear them on the owl, it will be very suitable." Mr. Fly said casually, "It can be used for swimming and diving, but to be honest, a bubbly spell can solve all problems. Generally, it is used to tease Muggles. They will definitely provide this thing as a magical object."

Brian pondered and put it in his bag.

After helping to sort out some magic items, Mr. Furley refused to let him approach the dangerous items and waved him back.

Brian went straight to the study and placed the diary on the table.

The diary has a ragged black cover that looks inconspicuous, and the dates on the cover indicate that it was from fifty years ago.

Brian turned on the cover and saw a blurry signature on the first page: t.m. Riddle.

He closed the cover, crossed his hands and held his chin, and fell into deep thought.

"Do you really want to do this?" He frowned and lit his right hand on the desk, looking a little hesitant and nervous for the first time.

The plot of the next year is Slytherin's heir, so why can't it be him?

"Is Ginny's role important?" Brian closed his eyes and began to think from the perspective of others. "I don't think it's important, it can be anyone."

"Yes, I think that's the case..." He opened his eyes, with deep mockery and a little obscure uneasiness in his eyes.

"So, this needs verification..." His fingers lightly clasped the tabletop, and the "click" sound echoed in his ears. "As long as this is verified, it is worth wasting some testimony points because of this..."

It seemed that some secrets were about to surface, but he was not ready to accept it.

"It's really... unpleasant." Brian's black eyes were as deep as ink, making him look gloomy.

He placed his finger on the diary, gently opened the cover, and felt a faint fluctuation, which was the fluctuation of the minds that captured the gods.

"So weak." Brian used brain closure surgery to throw away some curiosity and excitement, and secretly evaluated the diary's ability at this time. "This is really good news."

This diary was produced during Riddle's student days. Even the Dark King was not much stronger in his student days. Especially at this time, he was very weak in the diary.

"As long as you control the degree well, you won't threaten me." Brian thought.

He took out the quill and ink bottle, pondered for a moment, and painted a smiley face on his notebook.

He thought in his mind: "This should be a powerful magic item, but how should we use it?"

The ink traces on the notebook flashed, and then disappeared without a trace as if they were sucked in.

Next, a line of handwriting was revealed on the page, using his previous ink.
