Chapter 59 The Future

That night, Dumbledore held a small award ceremony in the auditorium. The atmosphere was not warm at all, as heavy as if he was holding a funeral.

Brian received a thousand Gallon bonus for Best Warriors, and Cedric and Harry each won five hundred. Fortunately, the audience gave applause without hesitation.

Demstrong's students sat at the Slytherin table, Clum looked very low, his head drooping, his face as if water was about to drip. Berisha held his shoulders and stared at Brian. Although he had learned from others that Brian was pretending that night, he stubbornly believed that this matter was inseparable from Brian.

As for their principal Kakarov, he ran away the night Voldemort returns, but he will not end up being able to remove the Dark Magic mark.

A group of Boothbaton sat at the long table of Ravenclaw, and only Furong was left in the Warrior. She was now frowning, her eyes were red and lonely. Ms. Maxim sat on the teacher's seat, her eyebrows were filled with indelible melancholy, which made Hagrid frequently look at her.

The days that followed were very leisurely, and this matter was discussed seriously for a long time, but finally someone couldn't help but run to Hogsmeade Village to play.

Soon, the village of Hogsmeade was filled with laughter and joy again, fully demonstrating that human joy and joy are not consistent.

Mad-eyed Moody sat back in the teacher's seat, and no other student knew that he had been controlled by the Soul-Taking Curse. However, his paranoia of persecution worsened, and whenever someone talked to him, he would jump up in shock.

The newspaper was still arguing. Although Dumbledore confirmed the authenticity of Voldemort's return to the newspaper reporter, Forge was still fighting stubbornly, trying to shape Dumbledore into an ambitious man who relies on weaving fear to gather people.

But Foggy's resistance became paler, and the magic world was filled with a sense of distrust of the Ministry of Magic. These days, Foggy came to Hogwarts more than once and quarreled with Dumbledore, and then returned in disgrace in anger.

The principal of Hogwarts, along with the professors, has recently received numerous letters and several yelling letters, which those who do not want to believe it are in vain, as if this will make it false.

In a blink of an eye, the school year is coming to an end, the weather is getting hotter and the lake is crowded with little wizards who are enjoying the cool breeze.

Brian sat in the shade of the tree by the lake, watching Draco and the others playing wizard chess. Voldemort's return did not cause them much trouble. Although it was not very welcome, there was no way to do it since he came.

"Brian Foley," said a familiar voice. Berisha Beasley walked over from the lake and called Brian.

"Is there anything wrong, Beasley?" Brian said calmly.

At the warning of Berisha, Brian walked along the lake with him, and finally stopped by an uninhabited forest.

"I want to duel with you!" Berisha said coldly, pulling out his magic wand.

"You should know, it wasn't me that night." Brian pondered.

"But, can you say that what happened that day has nothing to do with you?" Berisha growled.

Brian fell silent, sighed softly, and took out his wand.

They bowed to each other from afar, and the battle ended quickly. Berisha's wand flew out of his hand, and he stood in dismay.

"Since you are so strong, why didn't you find it that day!" Berisha roared with red eyes.

"Sorry, it was too late when I arrived that night." Brian said in a low voice. He threw his wand back to Berisha.

"Do you know? I should have died that night." Berisha sat dejectedly on the ground, "If it weren't for saving me, she wouldn't have come out of her hiding place and be ambushed..."

"It's not your fault, you should hate Batty Crouch Jr. and his master." Brian said. The Prophet Daily has reported the incident that day, and the affairs of Crouch and his son have also been exposed. Crouch Jr. is about to be sentenced to death by the dementor, and Mr. Crouch will face several years of prison.

"Yes, I will..." Berisha laughed at himself, "I hope I won't see you standing on the side of the Black Devil in the future."

"Well, no." Brian looked up at the blue sky.

"Sorry, I lost my composure." After a long time, Berisha adjusted his attitude and said calmly, "I admit that I have taken my anger on you a little, and I apologize to you."

"It's okay, I understand." Brian shook his head.

"So, see you again if you have the chance in the future." Berisha waved his hand and walked towards their big ship.

Now he has less lazy and frivolous as he was, and seems to have grown up completely overnight. Although the price of growth is sad.

Furong waved to him from a distance by the lake, but the two enemies who had been tying each other at the same time have now become friends. Because they are about to part, they cherish the time they have been together more and more.

I have to say that Furong is indeed the luckiest one. She was knocked out by Moody who was patrolling outside the fence early on. After waking up, she was rescued from the maze and accepted one after another.

But she was very unfortunate. She finally made two friends, but she was about to lose them again. Yes, Furong has not had many friends. Although the boys were all pursuing her, the girls were envious and jealous of her, which made her isolate her.

Perhaps, the Trio Championship is a fantastic fairy tale for every Warrior. In the process, they gained something they once did not have, but incredibly desperate, they lost them again after the story ended.

Perhaps Cedric is only good. After experiencing hardships, he cherishes everything now and becomes more intimate with Qiu Zhang.

No one knows that the original ending of this story was supposed to be the only dead person.

This is the reversal, like a mockery of fate.

As the sky gradually darkened, they returned to the auditorium, had supper, and then went back to the lounge.

Some are talking about newspapers, some are discussing Hogsmeade Village, some are discussing final results, and some are talking about summer vacation trips...

"Is this what you said... the ending of the fairy tale? Brian?" Daphne hugged the cat in her arms tightly, with a sad expression.

"Maybe, unexpected, but reasonable." Brian nodded lightly.

"When the fairy tale ends, is it the adult story?" Daphne whispered Brian's original words, and the blue eyes seemed to have a thin mist condensed.

"Yes, the darkness is here." Brian said.

"So...what role did you play in it?" Daphne stared at him with clear and beautiful eyes, as if there was a certain fear hidden inside.

"I? A failed plot arrangement." Brian mocked himself.

"So, what should it be like?" Daphne asked.

"Originally..." Brian's eyes were a little hollow, "Originally, no one should have died...but darkness will always come."

"That's it..." Daphne suddenly laughed, as if flowers were in full bloom, "That's good."

"Why?" Brian raised his eyebrows.

Daphne lowered her head and said softly: "I am not afraid of the arrival of darkness, but I am afraid of the passing of life... I am afraid of the good death, and I am afraid of the people who caused all this..."

"I'm even more afraid that I'll get farther and farther away from you, Brian..." Her tone trembled, "or rather, I've never been close to you."

"Don't be afraid, I'm here." Brian comforted, "I look forward to you gradually recognizing me..."

"I will..." Daphne raised her head, with a firm look in her eyes, "I will see everything about you clearly and... make my choice."

"Actually, there is nothing wrong with this..." Brian said, "Even if there are countless changes in the future, it will not affect you too much..."

"But then I will be getting further and further away from reality." Daphne said, "You said, I am not a dodder...so, I will work hard to grow, and will not blindfold my eyes anymore, and pursue it with strength... whether it is hope and brilliance, despair and pain."

Brian stared at her in a daze, and the little girl was growing up.

"Well, I hope you get what you want." Brian said softly.
