Chapter 35 The Second Project

With Brian's unremitting efforts, he finally controlled his magic before the second project arrived, which is gratifying.

As the game approached, all the little wizards discussed the only topic of the Three Thousands Championship. They were extremely curious about how exciting the second event would be. The first event gave them too much shock.

On the eve of the game, the public lounge seemed a little noisy, and some people swear to ensure that the Warriors need to fight against a group of monsters in the second event, and that they must wear masks to avoid being fainted.

They tacitly did not disturb Brian, thinking he was nervously preparing for tomorrow's game. But in fact, Brian was just studying his flying magic.

It seems that it is difficult to choose the form yourself if the black magic deformation is needed, which will make the spell more complicated and it will be more difficult to cast.

But if it evolves freely, there is no way to guarantee what his flying magic looks like. Brian doesn't want to turn into a black fog with a terrifying spirit, or something strange... After all, it is a transformation of black magic, and the transformation will definitely not be a glorious appearance.

However, he decided to try it after the second project.

Daphne sat beside him, looking at a book of black magic defense spells, with a serious expression. Recently, she tried hard to catch up with Brian, which made Brian feel a little moved.

"Daphne, Brees, you need to come with me." The chief hurried in and said to the two, "Professor Snape wants me to take you to his office."

"Is there anything wrong?" Daphne said in surprise.

"I don't know...but, the dean is in a bad mood." The prefect shrugged, "No, I should say that I am in a bad mood and my expression is very gloomy... You guys ask for good luck."

Brees' face turned a little blue, and Daphne stood up uneasily biting her lips.

Brian narrowed his eyes and comforted, "Go in the past, nothing will happen."

"Really?" Daphne stretched out her frown. She nodded and followed the chief out of the stone wall. Brees's expression of pride made Draco laugh with gloating.

"It seems that the second project is still similar..." Brian looked at his textbook, "Daphne..."

Brian frowned and put down the book in his hand, suddenly feeling in a bad mood.

As the night gradually became deeper, the people in the public lounge gradually disappeared, and they were wishing him good luck tomorrow before leaving. Daphne's cat was entangled into a rice dumpling by Overg's, and was meowing.

Brian rescued Daisy, and Daisy jumped off the table and ran back to the girls' dormitory.

Neither Daphne nor Brees came back.

Brian yawned and went back to the dormitory to rest.

The next morning, they had breakfast in the auditorium, and Professor McGonagall called the warriors to follow her.

The audience walked through the venue under the guidance of the professors and walked towards the arena this time. The students chattered and looked very excited.

"Good morning, do you think it's not bad?" Cedric's eyes searched for the Ravenclaw student group, but he couldn't find a familiar figure. He seemed a little absent-minded.

"It's... not bad..." Harry smiled with a pale face, and staggered a little while walking, which obviously made people even more worried. He was holding a ball of gray-green things tightly in his hand, which looked like countless slippery rat tails, and his fingers were clenched white.

"Good morning, the weather was pretty good today, although it was a little cold." Brian said relaxedly.

They separated from the other students and came to the sunny field outside. The cold temperature made them tighten their clothes. They came to the side of the field and waited until the audience entered the table before entering the field.

The Warriors of Demstrong and Boothbaton were already waiting there, and Fleur Delakur also smiled at them. Obviously, their trampled golden egg did not cause them any trouble.

Hundreds of seats lined by the lake, shining in the sun. The students hugged each other and sat down, and the noise was buzzing, like thousands of bees flying in their ears.

After the audience sat down, Bagman hurried over.

"It's great to see you all so energetic!" Bagman grinned, always feeling a little excited and malicious in his smile.

"Come with me, dear warriors." Bagman waved, "I hope you have prepared in advance."

They followed Bagman around the lake, passed by the audience and walked towards the referee table opposite. A burst of cheers broke out in the audience, and everyone cheered for the people they supported.

Brian saw Draco, who was sandwiched between Crabbe and Goll, and the two big men were very eye-catching. He clapped his palms at Brian.

The most conspicuous one was Luna. She had the badge of "Support Brian Foley" on her chest, and a huge sign in her hand, which read in colorful words: "Support Brian! Warriors who support Hogwarts!" The sign also had long green feathers and several strings of red fruits on it.

Seeing Brian look over, Luna smiled and shook the sign in her hand. The eyes that were always wide open seemed to be wider.

Brian waved his hand at her and smiled, then walked towards the referee table with a golden tablecloth beside the water.

There, the referees were in place. Dumbledore smiled at them, Kakarov and Ms. Maxim just nodded slightly, and Mr. Crouch came, sitting at the referee table with a solemn expression, with his back straight.

Brian looked at Mr. Crouch calmly, and felt 90% sure that he was pretending to be Crouch.

"Listen, I will talk about the rules of this competition," said Bagman. "You need to go through the lake, overcome obstacles on the road, and find what you have been stolen! There is only an hour, and after time, there is no hope. It has completely disappeared and will never appear!"

"And what you were stolen... I think you should have found out what you have lost..." Bagman smiled mischievously, "Maybe after waking up this morning, you found that you have lost your close friends, lovers and even relatives... They are hidden in the lake."

All the warriors lost their smiles. Furong's face was as pale as if she had been soaking in the lake for a long time. She shouted "Gabri" in a somewhat collapsed voice, and then paced anxiously.

Clum began to go around and his face became even more gloomy. Cedric grabbed his hair, Harry's face turned pale, his eyes constantly swept through the dark lake water. Everyone showed anxiety and worry.

"Follow the map in your respective golden eggs and save your treasures!" Bagman was satisfied with the warriors' reaction to his words and said with a smile.

Next, he did not give the Warriors time to discuss with each other, instructing them to line up by the lake, with each team being more than ten feet apart. Each took out his wand.

Harry and Cedric took off their shoes and socks in a few seconds, but did not take off their clothes. The warriors of Boothbaton were too. However, the warriors of Demstrong were very maverick. Krum and Berisha shook off their clothes and only wore a pair of swimming trunks. Tereya was wearing a sexy swimsuit, outlining smooth and graceful body lines.

"Aren't they afraid of the cold?" Furong murmured, took off her coat, and hugged her shoulders tremblingly.

Bagman returned to his seat, pointed his wand at his throat, and said, "The sound is loud!"

His voice swept across the dark lake like thunder and spread to the stands.

"Very good, our Warriors are all here! As soon as I whistle, the second project begins." Bagman shouted, "They have an entire hour to regain what they have been stolen from their hands."

"Of course, maybe you can't see what's going on under the lake, but this time we convinced the mermaids in the lake..." Bagman said with a smile, "They will monitor the progress of the game for us... and report to us the progress of the Warriors! I will explain to you here!"

"Very good, then, I count to three and the game will begin!" Bagman shouted, "One...two...three!"

A sharp whistle echoed in the cold air, and cheers and applause burst out from the stands.

The warriors used various spells to themselves and jumped into the lake one after another.
