Chapter 66 End of Semester

As the Mandela grass in the greenhouse matured completely, Mrs. Pomfrey used Mandela herbs to awaken the petrified young wizards.

When Hermione woke up, she covered her chest in shock. When she saw Harry and Ron, she saw tears in her eyes. She hugged the two little wizards tightly and shed tears silently.

"Uh, Hermione... It's okay, everything is over..." Harry comforted her a little clumsyly.

"That's right..." Ron nodded his head like a chicken pecking at rice, and vividly told all the things that the secret room was solved, and emphasized that he had played an indispensable and important role in his actions.

Hermione listened quietly, she wiped the tears from the corners of her eyes and said with a smile: "Thank you."

She still seemed a little silent.

"Oh, Hermione, this school year's exam has been cancelled," Ron said, "You don't have to worry about not getting a general course score this year!"

"I'm not worried about this," Hermione glared at him, her mood becoming much more normal, "I've already finished all the courses of this year by myself... and the cancellation of the exam is not a good thing at all!"

They were talking noisily, and the atmosphere became much lighter.

"Okay, your visit time has come, she still has to rest for a while." Mrs. Pomfrey walked in and drove the two little wizards out.

Hermione was left in the room sitting alone on the bed, with an upset expression.

Brian found some time to visit Hermione, and when he pushed the door and walked in, Hermione was packing up her things and ready to leave the school hospital.

"Long time no see, Hermione." Brian smiled, his expression calm and gentle.

"Oh, Brian..." Hermione held a stack of books and clenched her palms.

"Sorry, I've hidden it before..." Brian said softly, but was interrupted by Hermione.

"I...I already know that things have happened, so it's not your fault, Brian." Hermione didn't look at him, "Okay, I'm going back, goodbye."

She lowered her head and hurried out of the door.

Brian looked at the direction of the door and blinked gently, with a puzzled expression on his pale cheeks.

He moved his foot slightly and glanced at the ward, his expression still calm.

He walked out of the school hospital, walked through the venue, found a place by the lake to sit down, watched the wind blow through the treetops by the lake, and listened to the rustling sound of the leaves.

"What are you thinking?" Luna sat next to him, her hair still messed up.

"I'm in a daze." Brian said with a smile, "It's good to empty your brain occasionally."

"Well, my brain is always filled with countless colorful and wonderful ideas. They are beautiful, but they can also make people feel messy." Luna said in a dazed voice.

"It's great to see you finally get rid of those harassing flies." She said softly.

"Yes, I've got rid of them." Brian held his chin with one hand, and his gentle black eyes seemed to have a rich night color. "I know what I'm going to do, probably."

"I wish you will get what you want, Brian," Luna said.

"So, what is your wish?" Brian looked at the ripples on the lake.

"The previous wish has passed, and I don't know the future, but the present has come true." Luna's eyes widened and she looked at him in a daze, "I made a few friends, Ginny, and you."

"Are we the only two?" Brian blinked.

"This is an amazing progress, a good start." Luna said seriously. A happy smile appeared on her face.

"Well, a good start." Brian said with a quiet look.

...

In a blink of an eye, this semester is about to end.

Without the pressure of exams, the campus is shrouded in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, and the sun is always dazzling.

As they were about to go home on the Hogwarts Express, Dumbledore called Brian to the principal's office again.

Hermione was there too, and she looked unnatural when she saw Brian.

"I think you will wonder why I asked you to come?" Dumbledore blinked mischievously, and kept his silence seriously.

Hermione pulled her robe nervously and looked straight at Dumbledore.

"Of course, it's not a big deal, but it's also very important," Dumbledore said with a smile, "I saw your third-grade course selection..."

"Miss Granger woke up and chose five courses, and Brian, you chose four. Unfortunately, we can't properly arrange your class hours." Dumbledore said in a relaxed tone, "After all, a person's day cannot be twenty-six hours."

Hermione sighed in disappointment and said anxiously: "But, professor, I really want to take those classes..."

"So too, I can't give up," Brian added.

"Oh, of course, given that you are really good, we decided to apply for two time converters for you." Dumbledore said with a smile, "Excellent students will always have some privileges."

"Time converter!" Hermione's mouth opened in an O-shaped shape, looking a little shocked and excited.

"I can't ask for it, sir." Brian smiled and said in a calm tone.

Dumbledore's blue eyes looked at the two of them and said slowly: "Of course, you must make sure that you will not use it for purposes other than learning, and keep it confidential to anyone... including your family and closest friends."

"Get it." Brian and Hermione nodded.

After filling out the application form, the two left the principal's office and looked at each other speechless along the way.

"You..." two voices rang out at the same time.

"Sorry, you can talk first..." the two of them said in unison.

"Bryan, what kind of attitude do you have towards us?" Hermione asked in a low tone with her eyes looking at the side.

"I think everyone is part of the wizarding world, Hermione. Nothing is different." Brian said softly in his voice.

"Is that so, no difference..." Hermione murmured, "Sorry, I have something urgent to do, I'll leave first." She accelerated her pace and quickly disappeared behind the corner in front.

Brian narrowed his eyes and sighed slightly, "She saw it..." The corners of his mouth raised slightly, as if mocking and playful.

...

This year's Academy Cup was undoubtedly at Slytherin Academy because of Brian's relationship, making Slytherin's little wizards proud.

"Gryffindor has the reckless Porter, but we have the smarter Fry!" said the chief, raising a cheer.

Snape sat in the teacher's seat and clapped, showing a rare smile.

Soon, the little wizards boarded the train home.

Harry, Hermione and Ron occupied a private room and watched the Weasley twins scattering their fireworks.

"Hermione, you've been depressed lately. What's wrong?" Harry approached Hermione and looked at Ron playing with a crackling bomb. "Has Foley bullied you?"

"Harry, I don't know...I thought I would die..." Hermione's shoulders trembled.

"It's all over, Hermione. You're fine..." Harry said with some concern. He thought the little witch was frightened.

"You don't understand, Harry, when I was petrified, I realized that it was a basilisk..." Hermione bit her lip, "I looked it straight in the eyes, Harry..."

Harry felt a chill that occupied his whole body. He stared straight at Hermione, his eyes as if he had seen something terrible. He opened his mouth but couldn't speak.

Hermione clenched her fists, her face slightly pale.

"Maybe you've read it wrong, Hermione." Harry could finally make a sound, and he said in a dull voice, "Maybe you saw the basil monster in the mirror and mistakenly thought you were looking at it..."

"I hope this is the case..." Hermione rubbed her messy hair randomly.

Harry sat in his seat blankly, thinking to himself, what was going on?

In another box, Brian was holding the roll of parchment paper and studying how to refine the time converter. But he soon discovered that his alchemy level was far from that.

He looked at the remaining five testimony points (he was rewarded with a testimony point at the end of the year), thinking about what happened next semester.

In any case, Hogwarts will be much more peaceful next semester, which is a crucial growth period for him, allowing him to truly reach the golden age of adult wizarding.

"Get the few peace time left."

Brian looked at the view flying past the car window, his black eyes like calm clear lake water.

As the train arrived at Kings Cross Station, in the crowded crowd, Brian found Mr. Fly.

"The weather is really good, Brian. Want a vanilla ice cream?" Mr. Fry waved at him with a smile.

Brian shook his head and smiled, "I want a glass of iced lemonade more."

"What a pity, I don't have ice cream or lemonade here." Mr. Fry spread his hands and said jokingly.

"That's a pity."
