21. The Righteous Wasteland Reclamation Group (Part 1)(1/2)

The time is pushed back to 1 hour ago.

"Buzz"

The blue light curtain shines in the cold weather of the Borean Tundra. On the edge of the Draenei's new city, a teleportation node is activated. Between the gathering and shining of magic, the door to the space is opened one by one.

Tear apart.

"It's so cold."

The first one to walk out of the door was Thrall, who was holding a one-handed warhammer and a shield. As soon as the young warlord stepped out of the portal, he felt that the climate in Northrend was not welcoming to strangers, and the cold wind beat him mercilessly.

Even though he had put on warm clothes, the broken wind still penetrated into his armor from every corner.

As a shaman, when he stepped into this land, Thrall felt that the elements here were abnormally active. Compared with other places in the world, the elements here were even active to the point of being almost "crazy".

This is obviously not normal.

"Orcs!"

The moment they saw Thrall walking out of the portal, the draenei defenders guarding the edge of the portal grabbed their weapons. Compared to the hatred between humans and orcs, the grievances between draenei and orcs were already nothing.

There was a blood feud in the true sense. It was a centuries-long mutual conquest between the two races. In the turmoil of the world of Draenor, the Draenei were almost wiped out by the violent orcs.

The cities they built in that world were all destroyed by the orcs.

In fact, if Grand Defender Maraad hadn't retained his sanity, the defenders here would have rushed forward with weapons in hand to give Thrall a good beating.

Although Thrall, who was born and raised in the new world, has nothing to do with hatred and war, his race has been resolved, and he has had to bear these... these heavy things since he was born.

The undisguised hostility of the Draenei was also keenly felt by Thrall, who held the warhammer at his waist with his left hand.

"Well, this place... doesn't look very welcoming to me."

"Calm down, draenei friends!"

Everyone who then walked out of the portal saw the tense scene in front of them. Archmage Modera, who had been sent by Dalaran to assist the draenei in surveying the terrain, took a step forward and faced the guard who was looking at them indifferently.

The official said:

"This orc is well-intentioned. He is also a member of this operation. The elemental spells he masters can help us travel quickly through the snow."

"The Draenei are willing to help the Human Empire because you have helped us."

Maraad glanced at Thrall, who focused on the human friends in front of him, and said:

"But you didn't inform us in advance that there are orcs who will join this operation. You should know the... grievances between the draenei and the orcs."

"Can you put your grudges aside for a while?"

Armed with two swords, Tanred Proudmoore impatiently interrupted the argument between Modera and Maraad with the impatience typical of young people. He looked around at the surrounding terrain and said in a deep voice.

:

"Where is my sister? That's all I care about now!"

"Ms. Jaina is at the port. We have prepared ships for you that can quickly cross the frozen sea between the Borean Tundra and the Dragonblight."

Maraad was also a man of general understanding. He glanced at Thrall one last time, turned around, and signaled the defenders to move away.

"But only this time, the draenei city will never welcome the arrival of orcs, especially... the bastards and liars of the Frostwolf clan!"

This obvious hostility made Thrall's face change slightly. He wanted to say something, but was stopped by Wo'jin who was holding the kukri tightly. As a Loa priest who was about to be promoted to Shadow Hunter, young Wo'jin couldn't help but

Even if they had to turn around, they could feel the energy reverberating around this place. The attack direction of those energies was obviously aimed at them.

"Follow me!"

The Grand Defender carried the purple crystal warhammer behind his back and walked forward quickly. A few minutes later, they arrived at the port of the Draenei. These people from the stars from another world are very good at masonry-style architectural art.

The port they designed is beautiful and elegant, even more majestic than Boralus Port in Kul Tiras.

Of course, the area and usage efficiency of the two are not the same.

On the pier of the port, a sailboat decorated with gems was moored in the blue water mixed with ice floes. There were some special devices on the ship that looked like the technology used by the Draenei people.

On the deck of the ship, there was a lady with a dark hood, blue and white robes, and a staff in her hand. After hearing the noise, she turned around, her beautiful face full of anxiety.

Her long golden hair mixed with white was flying in the wind. She waved to the people on the shore and shouted loudly:

"Come on! We have no time to waste."

Elite warriors from several human kingdoms and Dalaran quickly jumped onto the ship. The team of more than 30 people was distributed on the deck. The last person to board the ship was a bit surprising. Grand Vindicator Maraad said to the dock

The garrison officer on board said something, and then walked along the ship's plank and walked onto the deck. This surprised Archmage Modera. Her eyebrows arched upward and she asked:

"Is this it? Do you want to come with us too?"

"This is what the prophet asked for."

The brave Draenei warrior tilted his neck unnaturally, his eyes always wandering around Thrall from time to time:

"We have experience exploring Dragonblight, and you also need a guide. The most important thing is that I am ordered to protect you... That's it."

"boom"

The Delaney sailors activated the switch on the ship. After a buzz, the underwater propellers quickly started operating. Under the skillful operation of the sailors, the ship crossed the coastal ice floes at extremely fast speeds.

Rushing in the direction of Dragonbone Wilds in the freezing fog.

"We will land at the port of the Walrus People, which is nearly a hundred kilometers away from where the dark magic is floating. If we go in a straight line, it may take several hours of rapid march."

The Grand Defender spread out a simple map and placed it on the table in front of everyone. His fingers clicked on two locations on the map:

"This road is the shortest, but it is also risky. The spider demons have established an underground dark kingdom. There is an exit on this road. Although most of Azjol-Nerub was destroyed by the undead, the activities of the spider demons have become very active.

It’s rare, but we still can’t rule out the interference of those underground people, they are very difficult to deal with.”

"Why not go overland?"

Tanred leaned next to his sister, looked at the map, and asked in a low voice:

"The overland journey should be shorter."

"Because after the spider demons were defeated by the undead, they all moved underground to the northeast of the Borean Tundra, where there is an above-ground city of theirs. The road from the ground to the Dragonblight has been blocked by the spider demons."

The chief defense officer said with a gloomy look:

"First the spider demons, then the demons, and the undead are also trying to enter the North Wind Plains. The peaceful time only lasted less than 3 years, which is really frustrating."

"I can communicate with the elemental spirits and let us travel quickly on the snow."

Thrall's voice sounded from behind everyone. Jaina turned around and showed a smile to the young orc:

"Thank you, Thrall, I never imagined that you could do what you do now for Alsace."

"This is for peace."

Thrall shook his head, glanced at the cold-faced Maraad, and said:

"Besides, Arthas is my friend. When we were in Lordaeron, we were indebted to his care and we even fought side by side."

"Huh, friend?"

As soon as the orc finished speaking, the chief defensive officer snorted coldly, slammed the drawing pen in his hand on the table, turned around and left. This action made the people around him look at each other in confusion, and the conversation came to nothing.

The Grand Defense Officer walked to the edge of the ship's side. He looked at the sea blocked by white freezing fog. Some inexplicable emotions shone in his light blue eyes. Normally, he was not such a person, but Thrall was here.

The critical moment appeared, and the suppressed anger in his heart could no longer be maintained.

In other words, he was not targeting Thrall intentionally, but the Frostwolf emblem on Thrall's armor and his Durotan-like face reminded him of those terrible pasts.

"You hate me, I can feel it."

A deep voice sounded behind the Grand Guard Officer. Maraad turned around suddenly and saw the young orc standing behind him. The latter was looking at him with his own eyes. There was not much resentment in his eyes, and there was not much resentment in his eyes.

More of a curiosity.

"Is it my clan or my appearance that offends you? Why? Can you tell me?"

"You should go back and ask your father, the orc, to tell you about the blood on their hands. We welcomed your fathers with kindness, but where are they?"

Maraad clenched his fists, and with the sound of bones and steel interlacing, he looked at the young orc fiercely:

"They responded to us with deceit and war! You all deserve to die! All the orcs deserve to die! Especially the bastards of the Frostwolf clan!"

"I don't understand this!"

Faced with the sudden burst of anger from the Grand Vindicator, Thrall subconsciously took a step back, but he still gritted his teeth and said:

"I was born in Azeroth. I haven't seen my parents since I was born. I didn't find my people until I was 12 years old. No one told me what they did in the past. You look like

You are an insider, can you tell me?"

"Um?"

Maraad narrowed his eyes:

"Durotan is your father. I can see the liar from your face, but he is dead? How? Forget it...it doesn't matter. I can only say, die well!"

"Enough!"

Sal stepped forward, clenched his fists, and shouted:

"You are not allowed to insult my father! Draenei!"
