Feng Junzi also blinked: "It's a good thing, I haven't said it yet, you've guessed it. Do you already understand what it means?"

"That's not. I guessed it based on your language style. I guess you'll quote this passage from "Zhuangzi"."

Feng Junzi: "You have a much higher understanding now than before, and you can say it with just a word! In fact, the best-quality immortal fasting technique, the mantra and the mental method are all in this passage. It doesn't matter if you don't understand it now. After your alchemy cultivation reaches the realm of Yang Shen, you will understand it yourself. The most important thing about immortal fasting technique is not to 'not eat grains, suck the wind and drink the dew', but to the last three sentences in this mental method, "The spirit is condensed so that things are not flawed and the grains are ripe."

"What does it mean? I can understand the literal meaning, so how can it become a mental method?"

Feng Junzi: "The so-called fasting means not eating grains. What does not mean not eating grains? It means not taking acquired things, and concentrating the mind can help all things. Doing without relying on them, growing without slaughtering, and returning to the truth. Is this passage that you don't realize is very strange? Not eating grains can make the grains mature! This top-grade fasting technique of immortals is a great state and has nothing to do with whether you eat or not. You can't learn it, and you need to practice it yourself. I can only talk so much now. When you reach the state in the future, come and ask me again."

"What about the medium-grade fasting technique?"

Feng Junzi: "I have actually taught Liu Yiyi the middle-grade fasting technique. My former master had the Taoist method of using heaven and earth to achieve all things, but I have been driven out and cannot be passed on to outsiders. Fortunately, I am smart and have learned the essence of it and created the nine-door fasting technique. Among them, the method of picking the moon was taught to Liu Yiyi. What about you? Do you want to learn to collect the field or pick the sun?"

"Is there any difference? Can you learn it all?"

Feng Junzi: "According to the rules, I can only pass on one of you. However, after you have learned it, you can fully understand the other eight subjects. I think it is quite simple."

"Then learn to collect folk songs. I remember you said that the northwest style tastes bad, and the southeast wind has a qi. If you want to drink it, drink the southeast wind, and I will learn this." (Note: See Chapter 027 of this book for details.)

Feng Junzi was stunned for a moment, scratched his head again: "I almost forgot, I can't teach you how to collect folk songs."

"Then why are you talking nonsense? I can teach me how to pick Ri!"

Feng Junzi taught me the method of "picking the sun" in the middle-grade fasting technique. No matter which one I learn, the mantra is one sentence: "The mind of heaven is used to the spirit."

This fasting technique cannot be considered to be created by Feng Junzi. He only made a small change in the Buddhist practice of "outside view and inner view". The reason why the middle-grade fasting technique is the way of real people is because ordinary people cannot learn it. When I learned the alchemy, there was a mantra in the realm of spiritual alchemy: "God said 'there must be light', so there is light." When I confirmed it, I realized that the world and all things are born out of nothing. I can sense all things, and then I can control all things in the realm of reincarnation. However, this fasting technique emphasizes the use of the spirit of all things, and only after controlling their form can the spirit be used.

Although I know the art of controlling things, I cannot control the large shapes of the world! For example, the sun, I cannot lock the sun with my spiritual sense and let the sun revolve around me. If I want to use it, then I must use my spiritual sense to sense the gods of all things. Don’t misunderstand the meaning of the gods of all things. It does not mean God, nor does it mean that all things in the world have spiritual consciousness and souls like humans. It is very complicated, and I can explain it reluctantly.

Lao Tzu once said: "Thirty spokes are one hub, when there is nothing, there is a car. The trunk is used as a utensil, when there is nothing, there is a utensil. The utensil is used as a utensil, when there is nothing, there is a utensil. The utensil is used as a room, when there is nothing, there is a room. Therefore, it is used as a benefit, and nothing is used as a use." This is the meaning of the use of all things and form. In the West, Aristotle's book "Metaphysics", this is also repeatedly explained in trivial language. So if the sun's light and heat are used as nothing, what is the use of it? How to use the divine use of the heart of heaven? This is not something that ordinary people can do, and it needs to be realized in a series of steps. The mind method taught by Feng Junzi is divided into three steps:

The first step: Observe the outside world. This simple thing is to watch the sunrise every day. It is a very poetic and romantic behavior, which is not applicable to those who sleep in. This view is not simply to look at it, but is similar to the Buddhist "viewing" method. It is locked with spiritual consciousness, but cannot be touched (in fact, it cannot be moved). The fire that is touched but not moved needs to be found by yourself.

Step 2: Keep the inner scene of the primordial spirit. People who have not reached the realm of the alchemy do not understand what the primordial spirit is. The inner scene here does not mean looking inward, but refers to retreating from the spirit and looking inward, not looking inward. The true person's primordial spirit and the body and mind are united. There is no need to do this, but tolerate in the mind, without the size, far and near, and there is no boundary between the primordial body and the sun. This is the fusion of form.

Step 3: Use the mind of heaven to obtain the divine use. This mental method determines whether you have truly reached the state of fasting. You must be able to feel its divine use, turn the use of "birth and nourishment" into reality, and integrate it into the real person's furnace and cauldron. In fact, there is no need to describe it in words. When you reach this state, you will naturally know what's going on. If you say it too clearly, you will deviate from the true taste.

As for the low-level mortal fasting technique, it is simple. In short, it means not eating. If there is no mental method and formula, it is very close to Western hunger therapy. In fact, I don’t need to learn this. He asked me to teach Teacher Liu again. The formula only has three sentences: I have eaten it, and I am not hungry, and I eat it if I want to. The mental method is also very interesting, from the sun, moon, mountains and rivers, to the morning wind, rain and dew, as long as your mind can be purified, then concentrate on it. When there are five flavors in your mouth and salivation under the tongue, swallow it with your mind. You can also cooperate with the practice of meditation and practice. There are many such exercises, but Feng Junzi told me that you can teach Teacher Liu the skill of "Yuan Liquid and Longevity Wine". Teacher Liu cannot learn the state of alchemy, but it is also useful to learn it as the state of fasting. (Note: please refer to Chapter 029.)

It should be emphasized here that those three sentences are really three sentences, and they have nothing to do with psychological hints. "I have eaten" is indeed eaten, and you can eat the sun, moon, mountains and rivers in one thought; "I am not hungry", you are indeed not hungry, and it is not considered fasting when hungry; "Eat when you want to eat", that means eating when you want to eat, and you must not eat because of fasting. Feng Junzi told me that ordinary people do this according to this practice, of course it is impossible for ordinary people to not eat for a long time, but ordinary people have no problem in fasting for seven or eight days. Teacher Liu has Green Snow Tea and Huangya Dan, and can fasting for twelve days a month. When you don't fasting, it is best to eat vegetarian food.

The mantras and mental methods of the third-grade fasting technique have been taught. It is already late at night, so it is time to go find Liu Fei'er. Since I woke up, I have not said a word to her.

I think I have brought you too many accidents. Last time you almost died, this time, you almost died. I think we..."

Is this the reason why she has been avoiding me recently? I am afraid that's not the case! I don't want to be depressed with her depressed mood. I took the most direct way, ignored her words, but walked up to her, grabbed one of her hands and whispered in a quiet voice, but said clearly: "Fei'er, marry me, I must marry you."
