Chapter 28 The Bridge of Fairies(1/2)

After three days of rest in the Treewalker's Lodge, Lance was fully impatient and prepared to go to Ferrondor.

Hicks also returned from the north as Ekins said.

"In Ferrondor, be careful. There are many real masters in the inner domain, and they are not something that you can fight against." Hicks said solemnly: "In addition, I need you to bring a letter to the headquarters of the TreeWorders Cabin. After you join the Rainbow Island, you can go to the Wizards' Mall to find a TreeWorders named Akton and hand it over to him."

"This is my reward. I hope you can hand over the letter to Akton as soon as possible."

Hicks took out a letter and handed it to Lance, and at the same time took out a necklace made of unknown plants.

"This is a star and moon pendant. When you are meditating, you can increase the rotation speed of the spell vortex and increase the effect of meditation. It is not a particularly valuable thing." Hicks explained.

Lance happily accepted the letter and reward, and said curiously: "Doesn't there be a more convenient way to contact your wizards?"

"Of course there is." Hicks said bitterly: "It's just that my witchcraft roulette was accidentally smashed in the last battle, and it records the spell marks of all the tree worshipers I know. So I can't contact them before buying a new witchcraft roulette. As a leader, I can't leave my post easily. So I can only ask you."

Lance nodded: "I will find Akton as soon as possible and hand him the letter."

Hicks showed a hint of gratitude, and soon he took out a bottle of pink potion from the room.

Then he moved one of the seven bonsais erected beside the door of the TreeWorder's Lodge and placed it in the middle of the open space.

Hicks sprinkled pink potion on the bonsai while muttering words in his mouth.

A mysterious aura emanated from him, and Lance looked at all this curiously.

Under the dual effects of pink potion and Hicks' spell, Lance could clearly feel that a large number of spell factors were gathering here.

Soon, the strange plants on the bonsai suddenly began to grow wildly.

Three feet, seven feet, eighteen feet...one hundred feet!

The vine-like plant grew faster and faster, and became extremely thick. In the blink of an eye, it rushed into the sky.

A hint of fanaticism flashed in Lance's eyes. He had already vaguely guessed that Ferrendor's inner realm might be in the sky!

"This is the Fairy Bridge!"

Hicks pointed to the vine and said, his face a little tired: "Stand up, the Fairy Bridge will send you to the inner realm, be careful."

Lance, under Hicks' guidance, stood at a joint-like place of the vine.

Suddenly, a force came from his feet, holding him upwards.

At first, the speed was very slow. Lance could even see the earth and forests, see Hicks, the heavenly deer and the woodpecker turning into small black dots at his feet. Soon, he entered the clouds.

The Fairy Bridge carried Lance to rise faster and faster, the sound of the wind roared in his ears, and there was a vast white area in front of him.

He looked down subconsciously, and could only see the fog swelling and the clouds stretching under his feet.

The forests and the earth have long disappeared.

Lance was excited and suddenly felt a chill: If he fell from such a high place, he wouldn't he have to fall into meat sauce?

This fear didn't last long, because soon, Lance saw something that surprised him even more!

A huge shadow stayed there quietly.

"What's that?"

Before Lance could see the specific situation of the shadow, he was brought into a strange space by the Fairy Bridge.

All around him were blue, and he could see stars moving slowly in the distance.

"This should be the space-time fault layer in the outer and inner domains."

Lance noticed that the rise of the Fairy Bridge had slowed down, and a light green barrier spread around the vines, covering him.

Without this light green barrier protection, Lance didn't know what kind of danger he would encounter.

He stayed in the fault layer for about five minutes before rushing to a new world.

When you look up, you still have the sky, and when you are under your feet, you still have the land.

A lush forest appeared before Lance.

At this moment, the Fairy Bridge also stopped growing. Lance waited for a while, and found that there was no movement, so he walked down.

The Fairy Bridge disappeared immediately.

He walked into the forest, and soon he saw an ancient stone tablet with a word written in the Analects of Confucius, common and elves: "Ferrendor".

"Finally arrived!"

Lance clenched his fists excitedly, and in the legendary wizard world, he finally set foot on this mysterious land.

He walked along the path in the forest and could feel the active spell factors here.

There is no doubt that meditation here will be several times more efficient!

"I don't know where Rainbow Island is?"

At this moment, Lance came to a fork in the road. The road ahead was divided into three.

Fortunately, there were signs on the side of the road. Lance walked over and found three roads leading to "Rainbow Island", "Treewer's Hut" and "Scarlet Castle". According to the instructions on the sign, the road on the leftmost leads to Rainbow Island.

"Is it on the left? It should be right?" Lance pondered for a while, and chose the road with brisk steps.

Lance's figure gradually disappeared at the end of the road.

Five minutes later, two eyes suddenly appeared from the sign, and then a funny face.

The face giggled and said to himself smugly: "I cheated on another road deaf today! I am worthy of being the sign that Ferrendor is best at pranks."

Then he said to himself again: "Mr. Senluo will come over to check it out later, so I'd better change it back."

After saying that, the funny smile disappeared from the signboard. The names of the three wizard organizations suddenly disappeared and then reappeared, but the direction was lost.

I saw that the sign on the far left was marked: [Scarlet Castle]

The two bloody fangs below trembled suddenly.

...

"Why is this road getting colder and colder?" Lance muttered in his heart as he walked.

The trees on both sides of the road became increasingly rare, and instead they were sparse graves. What surprised Lance even more was that many of the graves were dug up.

How did Rainbow Island become a cemetery?

Lance was a little confused. Could it be that he had read it wrong?

Thinking of this, he stopped.

"It's better to go back and take another look, so I'll save myself from going the wrong way." The more Lance thought about it, the more wrong he was, and was about to look back.

Who knew that at this moment, a shadow suddenly flashed across the sky!

Lance was shocked, and he raised his head suddenly and a huge vulture pounced down fiercely.

He was about to resist when the vulture flapped its wings suddenly, and a strong wind swept over, so powerful that Reims could not resist at all.

He couldn't even use the Bileg's rotational force field, and he was grabbed by a vulture and flew up from the ground!

"Does he want to throw me to death?" Lance was shocked.

The vulture flew very high with Lance. He flapped his wings and suddenly said, "What a delicious flesh and blood. Are you from Rainbow Island?"

Lance changed his mind, but he didn't know how to answer for a while.

Suddenly, he suddenly saw a small metal nameplate hanging around the vulture's neck, with two interlaced fangs painted on it, and blood was still dripping from the fangs.

Lance felt a bitter heart, but soon reacted, and he pretended to be justified and shouted:

"I am the wizard who went to Scarlet Castle to learn! Who are you? Put me down!"

"Scarlet Castle?" The vulture showed a suspicious look.

Lance gritted his teeth. Now he was controlled by others, so he could only continue to talk nonsense: "Yes! I was originally a wild wizard. I had long heard that Ferrendor's Scarlet Castle is the most powerful wizard organization. If you want to join, you can put me down quickly."

Who knew that at this time, the vulture suddenly showed a smile of a successful plot: "Okay, okay! Since it is the wizard who wants to join the Scarlet Castle, it is his own person!"

"It's still a long way from Scarlet Castle. Since they are all my own people, I'll give you a ride!"

Before Lance could shout "no", the vulture suddenly flapped its wings and flew quickly to the distance.

The strong wind in the sky filled Lance's mouth and almost choked to death.

...

Five minutes later, a gloomy castle appeared in front of Lance.

The vulture landed suddenly and threw Lance onto the broken narrow bridge in front of the castle.

An old dwarf-like man sat there, with a table in front of him, and something seemed to be written in his hand.

"Old guy, this gentleman came here to join our wild wizard in Scarlet Castle." The vulture pointed to Lance and smiled at the old man and said, "The quota for newcomers this month should have passed."

The old dwarf glanced at Lance and nodded.

The vulture smiled and flew high, vanishing from the clouds.

The remaining Lance and the old dwarf looked at each other.

"I..." Lance was interrupted by the old dwarf as soon as he spoke:
