45 Fallen Dragon (14)

The eve of the storm was not quiet at all. The thunder and roaring sounds above our heads were still clearly heard when the whistling sound of the waves came through the forest. The leaves of the palm trees surrounding the triangle shed kept floating in chaos and made violent rustling sounds.

During the day, the two of them were busy strengthening the small shed, and at the same time, they placed dense shells on the surface of the flat stone not far away. Although they had a water source, the water source was turbid, and they could see a significant decline every time they took water, but they did not recover much the next day, so they would naturally not miss the opportunity to replenish new water sources.

But when the storm really came, they found that this preparation was useless at all.

The dark clouds covered the gloomy darkness of the originally clear sky. The strong wind fell down with countless bean-sized raindrops. The sound of leaves and heavy rain colliding with each other was mixed with the sound of violent blowing of the forest, which seemed violent and chaotic.

The heavier rainstorm poured down soon, and the huge impact from the sky mixed with strong winds directly blew the neatly arranged shells around, even if there were those who were deliberately fixed, most of them disappeared into the dark forest soon.

Renes was not worried about the occurrence of this storm. After all, she was no longer at sea at this time. At the same time, she claimed that she had never been sick. Even when the heavy rain just fell, she ran out and looked up to drink happily. Unfortunately, she came back like a chicken, with a look of bad luck.

"Can you imagine the feeling of being slapped in the face with water?"

Lan Li was staring at the straw sheds on both sides with vigilance, feeling a little worried about whether this residence that was covered with wind and rain could withstand everything outside. Hearing this, he glanced at the other party, but then he withdrew his gaze.

The other party's nagging did not stop.

"There has always been a legend in Valylia that the sunset land will give birth to disasters that will destroy the whole world. Therefore, the ancient dragon kings only built an outpost on Dragon Stone Island on the edge of Westeros, and did not really plan to come here until our family - I didn't believe it, but now I believe it."

As she said that, she suddenly discovered something and was stunned. Then she smiled sly, then took a step and deliberately swayed in front of Lan Li's eyes. However, she accidentally stepped on a small, slippery puddle that penetrated the edge, and even fell directly to a horse lying on it. Her already-like image made her look even more embarrassed.

Screams and laughter echoed in this triangle shed.

Unfortunately, they were not in the mood to play like this in a while-

As Ren Li was worried, the small shed couldn't hold on for long in the storm. When a strong storm came, the wooden frames firmly fixed on the ground and the tree forks on both sides could no longer support it. They collapsed directly to the side, and even the entire shed instantly shriveled and collapsed.

Even the two had to hold up a few large banana leaves and flee in a hurry, and then wilt on the side of the nearby big stone in the heavy rain.

Unfortunately, this stone cannot completely block the wind and rain, and even the two people leaning against each other were even more embarrassed.

The surroundings were filled with violent noises, and the black sky above us also rumbling. The woods in all directions were deep and dark, and occasionally the scene of a pale rainforest would appear as lightning bursts.

A voice came beside him, but it was hard to hear it because the noise around him was too loud. But after a while, Lanli felt the woman next to him shrink into his arms, and then buried her face in his chest and clothes. The warm breathing touched the cold skin made Lanli feel a little strange, but this emotion quickly disappeared without a trace under the constant cold.

The heavy rain was pouring, and the sound was hidden in the boundless darkness. The strong wind was blocked by the big rocks behind it, but it could not completely hinder its harassment. The surface of the rocks leaning against the back was higher than the surrounding land, and there was no water accumulation due to the heavy rain. However, the erosion that kept falling from the top of the head was still unbearable.

Being inside the woods, I could hear the sound of the surging waves in the distance hitting the reefs in my ears. A little brown squirrel, which was soaked all over, hid in some way. Now I was staring at Lan Li carefully, with a shrill nose. After seeing it, Lan Li picked it up and held it in his hand.

The humidity was everywhere, and the cold continued to penetrate and settle deep in the body. The continuous coldness made him feel a little confused for some reason. Finally, he even fell asleep, and all the chaos around him was left out of the darkness.

...

When he woke up again, the surroundings had become peaceful.

The sun was hanging high above my head, and the warm sunlight kept driving away the coldness in my body. The leaves and branches of the trees beside me dripped down. The ground on my palm was still wet, but the big stone behind me had become much dry.

The sound of the sea breeze blowing the leaves is slow, and the sound of the waves slapping the reefs in the distance is also clear and audible. The person in his arms has left at some point, and the little squirrel in his hand also disappeared.

As he stood up, his bones crackled when he stretched his body. Lanli glanced around and heard a vague movement. So he walked into the woods on the left, and within a short while he saw Renes, who was pinching his banana leaves.

"Come on, we're going to start over." The other party obviously heard the movement, so he shouted without looking back: "I won't get sick, but you may not be sure. You have to be glad that, otherwise we will have two troubles."

I hope you won't get sick. Lan Li thought to herself, but walked forward without refusing, and then collected the necessary raw materials for the heavy shed.

But he doesn't have much luxury for this.

"I have a premonition that doing this is just a waste of effort." After picking a banana leaf, Lanli said to Renes beside him.

"Why?" the other party turned his head and looked at him strangely.

"Of course it's a storm." Lanli replied: "I think it's the most frequent season of heavy rainstorms. Look at how many times we have encountered it."

This made Renes nod his head in agreement, but then he said, "You can't do nothing, you're willing to sleep on a stone, I don't want to."

Lan Li smiled when she heard this, and then changed the subject.

"I'll go to the beach to see, maybe something will be washed ashore."

"Come back early." Reness nodded, suddenly leaned over and kissed Renly on the left cheek, then smiled at him, turned around and continued to do work.

Lan Li was a little stunned at this and touched the kissed place. He couldn't help but say, "We won't be trapped here all the time. You don't need to - there is no need to be so desperate."

"Really?" the other party asked without looking back, as if he just thought he said casually

Even if this doesn't work, I can think of other ways. Even if nothing can work, it will be you who are trapped. And I... Lan Li stopped talking, looked at the other person's busy back, and sighed, then turned around and walked towards the beach.

He was a little absent-minded along the way, but when he arrived at his destination, he still cheered up and began to check his surroundings.

Unfortunately, he circled the entire island for a long time, and he did not see anything he expected. In the shallows of the sun-covered island, there were no other foreign drifting items except a few coconuts and a tattered wooden barrel.

Lan Li was a little disappointed because of this, but then he stopped thinking about it, took off his upper clothes, walked to the edge of the reef and jumped down.

After the thud, the black-haired figure completely disappeared from the shallows here. It was not until a while before he floated out of the water with an honest salmon and walked towards his residence.

The situation seems to have returned to the same situation as before.
