34 Call the Dead

The Black Dodge, who was driving along the highway, finally stopped outside a small town surrounded by mountains and forests.

The town is located in the southern Indiana area with hilly valleys. The only road leading to the outside world is a highway bridge sandwiched between two hills covered with fir trees. It is shrouded in the darkness. Looking around, the bridgehead has been blocked by several cars.

Facing the approaching black sedan, a man came out of a blue pickup truck blocking the bridge, looking at the coming vehicles and shouting in a deep voice.

"The bridge deck maintenance cannot be passed, so look for other roads."

The caller was wearing a brown leather coat, dark-faced, and holding a gun in his hand. As he spoke, four or five people emerged from the surrounding vehicles at the same time.

They were old and young, and they were all holding each other, and they looked hostile to the Dodge sedan.

Having the real eye and after glanced at these seemingly normal humans, Charles decisively turned the front of the car and left.

He looked at the passenger seat until he left their sight.

"Are you coming early?"

"It seems yes."

The female god of death Tessa appeared in the passenger seat since the sun disappeared, and nodded when she heard this.

"You are on the way very fast, and the demon poison has not officially exploded yet."

The so-called demon poison is the devil trick of the yellow-eyed demon that the female god of death mentioned - the other party has spread the "plague" to everyone in this town.

A plague that can cause a major change in temperament during the duration, and once the duration passes, it will die immediately.

"When will it break out?" Charles asked.

"About tomorrow morning," Tessa said: "I sensed that there will be a large number of deaths here around tomorrow morning, so I'll go in and observe it first."

As she said that, seeing that Charles had no objection, she turned into a cloud of gray fog and disappeared.

So Charles was left alone in place.

Looking around, outside the car window was a remote highway shrouded by woods. The rear was deserted and some armed personnel were in front.

Those who seem to be normal people, but in fact the prompts of the Eye of Real prove that they are very abnormal.

【A group of humans polluted by demon viruses】

[They are controlled by the virus and are full of aggressiveness]

...

"Several executive demons are located in a valley behind the town waiting for the virus outbreak. My colleagues are already in place. When the time comes, we can go find them."

Tessa, who left, returned again shortly after a while and said the above sentence.

"Your colleagues?"

"I'm more than one of the gods of death. They are a lot of them. In modern terms, they can all be called colleagues." Tessa said, and then said again: "I also met Dean and his brother."

The female god of death and the eldest in Winchester are actually old acquaintances - they met after Dean's death.

Charles had already understood this before, and Charles was not surprised by what she said.

The two brothers' mission this time was to investigate the town.

"Trailed inside?"

"Yes." Tessa replied: "The town is now full of humans who are infected with the demon plague. Several normal people are trapped in the town clinic. A demon is disguised as a human with them. Obviously, Dean and the others don't know this."

As she said that, she couldn't help but wonder when she saw Charles' expression on the same face.
