Chapter 69 The holiday is over in a blink of an eye

"Monlan, how many days have Hera been in the library?" Nick gently stroked the skin of the woman lying on the bed. Although her skin had long been loose and aging, she was always the person Nick cared about the most.

Manglan gave a standard chest-tightening gracefully, "Mr. Lesterlanch has been here for three days."

"Has it been three days? Didn't he say he wanted to come out?" Nick took back his hand and looked at Manglan with a little surprise.

"If I hadn't reminded him to eat, Mr. Lestrange would have forgotten to eat."

Nick stood up, not as weak as he was in front of Hera and Dumbledore. "Ha, so Albus really discovered a good boy!"

......

......

Hera read in the underground library hungrily. Nicolame's more than six hundred years of life was not in vain. His library alone was enough to make the world look up to.

The contents of the library on the first level are mostly customary biography, the second level involves some more commonly used magic, while the third level is profound, black and white magic that has never been heard of in Hogwarts.

As for the deeper fourth and fifth layers, Hera could only sigh that Nicolamee had accumulated a lot.

On the third level alone, he saw a lot of research on cutting-edge black magic, which has opened his eyes.

However, many of the black magics are somewhat harsh, and they are even a bit conscientious, including baby skulls, lover's spinal cord, parents' ashes, etc....

These all exceeded Hera's perception, and even though he had been in the 'marginal' industry before, there was no big heart to accept these.

However, some of the white magic tricks Hera can try. He has been reading a book explaining the guards of the gods these days.

This is obviously a very practical magic. The guardian can help the owner deliver messages, break the black magic, and drive away malicious accidents. The most important thing is that it is handsome!

......

......

When Dumbledore came again to pick Hera up, he only saw Nick Lemay.

"Nick, where are the Hera people?"

"He?" Nick held the teacup steadily and spoke slowly, "He has been in the underground library. If it weren't for Manglan, he would have forgotten to eat."

Dumbledore took care of his robe, leaned against the chair, and chuckled, "Would he have been in the underground library for a while?"

"The inside alone is enough for him to watch for a few years." Nick took a sip of black tea and said calmly. "But his appearance reminds me of someone..."

Dumbledore frowned slightly, and reached out to hold up the small teacup on the table, "It's all the past."

After saying that, I drank a glass of black tea in one sip.

"That curse has not been broken yet?" Nick asked with interest.

Dumbledore sighed lightly, looking through the floor-to-ceiling windows at the huge lawn and the cold lake water.

"That little guy's curse is quite powerful. No one has been able to teach Black Magic Defense for more than a year." Nick quipped with a chuckle.

Dumbledore rubbed his temples, and his eyes were already focused. "In fact, I think Tom can't blame him for a large part of the reason. He really can't find a particularly suitable candidate. Kilow... he didn't expect him to look like this."

"I think I already know the essence of Kilow," Nick picked up the dessert and put it in his mouth, and ate it slowly. "He has only lasted for half a year at most. He was possessed by Tom and drank unicorn blood again. He had no way out."

Dumbledore turned his head and looked at Nick, and his dark blue pupils flashed and he suddenly laughed.

"So I've found a professor of black magic defense for the next year."

"..." Nick's hand froze for a moment, and when he reacted, he smiled helplessly, "Sure enough, I knew you would be fully prepared, so which 'lucky one' did you choose?"

Dumbledore smiled slightly, not in a hurry to answer Nick's question, but asked back: "Do you remember the old Armenian wizard and the witch with a mouth?"

Nick was stunned for a moment, then laughed heartily, "You, you, there's really a way..."

"Okay, I'm going to prepare to take Hera away, and the students will be back in two days." Dumbledore picked up a few snacks on the table and stuffed them into his mouth. His eyes narrowed into a slit and showed a big smile. Where is the majesty of the strongest white wizard in the world?

He is like an old man who loves sweets.

......

......

"So, Professor Dumbledore, are we going back like that?" Hera frowned, holding a copy of "Vodoo Magic Analysis".

Dumbledore sighed heavily and glanced at Nick. Of course, it was just for Nick to shrugged helplessly. He did nothing, and even asked Manglan to take Hera to the underground library.

"I think you won't forget that you only have two weeks off, right?"

Hera slapped his forehead suddenly and reluctantly put down the book in his hand, "Oh, yes, of course I won't forget it. I just didn't expect time to pass so quickly."

"It's okay, there's still a chance in the future." Dumbledore said, "Okay, then let's go."

"Goodbye Albus!" Nick raised his hand and said goodbye to Dumbledore.

"Oh, I'm glad to see you today." Dumbledore nodded and said softly.

"Thank you very much for your care during this period, Mr. Nick Lemay." Hera politely bowed to Nick Lemay, and then put it on Dumbledore's forearm that stretched over.

"Goodbye..." Nick smiled and watched them leave.

There was another squeezing feeling, Hera sucked in the cold air at night and opened his eyes.

Sure enough, the experience of moving with others' phantoms was so bad.

"Professor Dumbledore," said Hera with his head down, "if I remember correctly, you seem to have come too early."

"Yes." Dumbledore nodded thoughtfully, "I'm so glad you still remember the day of school. I thought you were tempted by Manglan's craftsmanship and no longer wanted to go back to Hogwarts."

Hera wrapped his neck tightly with his cloak, and the cold wind kept pouring it in.

The courtyard where he and Dumbledore are now standing is like an abandoned courtyard, with a swan-shaped fountain and several benches standing in the middle.

Dumbledore smiled, identified the direction, and said, "Go here."

He walked with brisk steps, passing an empty tavern and several houses.

Although it was only eight o'clock in the evening in my heart, the village seemed to have fallen asleep.

"Then tell me, Hera," Dumbledore said, "what have you been watching during this time?"

Hera subconsciously stopped and replied with a careful consideration: "..."
