Chapter 441: The General's Blood under the Flesh Mill

At this time, Guo Xiaowu looked at Wang Yaowu, the commander of the 51st Division who suddenly arrived, stood up and walked over and asked, "Aren't you fighting a war? Why did you appear here!?"

General Wang Yaowu's body shook, lowered his head and did not respond. Xu Shiyou stopped saying anything. The two looked very ugly.

"Tell me!" Guo Xiaowu asked angrily.

"Defeated! All officers in the rear hospital must be transferred, I am here to pick you up! With my position as deputy commander, I believe that after the war, you can become the commander of the 51st Division." General Wang Yaowu finally replied, his body trembling slightly.

By saying this, we can see how painful he was for the failure of this war.

"Defeated!" Guo Xiaowu asked in surprise. He really couldn't have imagined that a million troops would be defeated in such a decisive battle with the Japanese army? He was really unbelievable and unbelievable.

Guo Xiaowu couldn't help but open his mouth, and his head was blank for a moment.

"On the eighth day of October 26, the Japanese army broke through the defense line, and now all troops can only resist. Most of the troops began to evacuate from Shanghai and protect Nanjing." Xu Shiyou replied with a sigh.

"On the eighth day of the 10th month, it's winter! Why isn't it cold? " Guo Xiaowu said to himself. It's still late autumn in his consciousness, but why is it winter?

"Brother Xiaowu, there has been charcoal fire in the ward! You have been treating your injuries, but you didn't notice that it is already winter." Lin Qiuxia reminded.

"Okay, very good! Hahaha... Nearly one million troops, the strength is almost four times that of the Japanese army. Four times the strength is! Still defeated, defeated." Guo Xiaowu laughed loudly, and tears came out of his eyes! It was difficult for him to accept this result, but he knew that the two people in front of him could not lie to him.

"What kind of battle is this? Haha..." Guo Xiaowu slapped his thigh and laughed with sarcasm.

Guo Xiaowu's laughter made everyone in the room silent. No one could accept this fact, and no patriotic general could accept it.

"How did this battle be like this? Haha... Wuwu..." Guo Xiaowu, who was laughing, suddenly hugged his head and cried! Only he could understand his current mood. Everything was wasted in vain! His soldiers were all defeated, and in the end, a million troops were defeated!?

"Our army suffered nearly 300,000 casualties, and the Japanese army may be less than 40,000 casualties. The Japanese army still has more than 200,000 troops. If we fight to the end, the casualties ratio is even more severe. The unpredictable outcome may be a complete defeat." General Wang Yaowu sighed and said, he did not continue to say it. He believed that he could understand whether he was or Guo Xiaowu.

"Look, Comrade Changlong should go to the New Fourth Army." Xu Shiyou said.

"Please leave." General Wang Yaowu said coldly.

"General Xu, you go back first!" Guo Xiaowu waved his hand and sat down.

"You! Alas..." Xu Shiyou sighed and turned around and left.

He couldn't say too much, he knew very well that Guo Xiaowu's true identity needed to be kept secret! He was important in the Kuomintang team and also in his own team.

Xu Shiyou is an old party member, and he still holds the position of deputy director of the School Affairs Department of Yan'an Anti-Japanese Military and Political University.

He has the right to speak. Now the new Fourth Army needs generals like Guo Xiaowu to rectify the troops, so he went there in person.

This was also the first time Guo Xiaowu met the senior executives and felt the importance of our party team. He was excited, but he could not follow him without the order issued by the Central Committee of our party. He had his own considerations.

Our party would stay in the National Revolutionary Army for one day without ordering him for a day, and he needed to continue fighting with the Japanese army.

Guo Xiaowu sat down and smoked, and fell silent! General Wang Yaowu walked to Guo Xiaowu and said, "Comrade Changlong, your decision is very correct. After all, the New Fourth Army is not a direct unit of the Party and the country. Your injuries have recovered well. In order to avoid the long nights and dreams, I will determine your position as soon as possible.

I have a military uniform to bring you warmth, and the rank of major general is left for you. I believe that the rank of major general will be yours! I also believe that you will definitely create new glory."

Guo Xiaowu stood up and stood attentively to General Wang Yaowu and saluted: "Yes! Master."

"Okay! I'll feel relieved after driving away the plague god! I will find the headquarters and Zhang Junzou explain everything. Please wait for my good news.

I will not delay my military affairs! I will leave my car for you, and I hope you will have a smooth journey." General Wang Yaowu said with concern.

"Thank you for your concern! I will definitely rectify the army, bring out elite troops, and live up to the support of the army." Guo Xiaowu saluted again.

"Okay!" General Wang Yaowu was very satisfied and returned a military salute to Guo Xiaowu in a serious manner.

Wang Yaowu left, and before he left, he glanced at Lin Qiuxia! After he left the ward, he asked the guards who were guarding here, "What does that woman have to do with General Guo!"

"The report master's seat, the woman named Lin Qiuxia is General Guo's wife, and she seems to be the second wife, but he is from the Red Party." The guard replied.

"It doesn't matter if it's just a little person! With General Guo's intelligence and talent, this woman can only stay with him obediently. Remember! As long as General Guo doesn't let go and want to take this woman, no one can take her away! If anyone dares!? Kill him." General Wang Yaowu said coldly.

"Yes! Master." The guard saluted.

A brand new general uniform, a leather coat and a pair of cotton boots were sent to the ward, which was the standard general equipment.

The general's uniform is American, but only when the leather coat and leather boots are matched can a special identity be reflected.

Guo Xiaowu put on the general's uniform and smiled while touching the leather coat and cotton shoes. This kind of general suit is not bad! In the National Revolutionary Army, this leather coat represents the status of a general.

After changing into the general's uniform, he put on a hat and looked like Guo Xiaowu was in a good mood! He also brought him a gun, a Walter PP series pistol made in Germany.

This gun is very special and famous because it killed a person. The famous Hitler committed suicide with this gun.

After Guo Xiaowu was dressed, he picked up a telegram that was still on the bed. After reading it, he put down his fingers tremblingly, turned around and stood in front of the battlefield where the fierce battle outside Shanghai was still fighting, and solemnly saluted the army.
