Chapter 305 Wudang's Qi Training II
Three flowers and five qi, which three flowers and five qi are they?
In fact, the Three Flowers Gathering is the ultimate effect to be achieved in Taoist internal alchemy practice. The 'flower' among them does not refer to the flowers we usually see. This is actually a homophone, "Hua", that is, "Sanhua Gathering" is actually "Sanhua Gathering". The reason why it is written as "flower" is because flowers can bloom and have the meaning of grand and strongness.
First of all, human flowers belong to the first stage of cultivation, human flowers correspond to the essence in our body.
When the essence reaches a state of fullness in the human body, people will have many desires, especially lust.
This is actually very normal in terms of human physiological reactions, but Taoist practitioners need to cultivate their essence, abstain from lust, wash away all the dew, and lose desire, and then they will have the first "human flower".
The second is the earth flower. The cultivation process of earth flower is actually a process of qi refining.
Human life cannot be separated from qi. Whether it is air or Taoist yin and yang energy, it is the foundation for our survival.
Qi means being content with Qi, being calm, not being happy with things or being sad with oneself, and reaching a state of not being moved by the outside world. In this way, you will not feel impatient and frightened when encountering things.
When our joy and anger are not reflected in our colors, the earthly flowers are refined.
The third is smallpox, which is a process of refining the gods.
When the human body has sufficient essence, you must refine your spirit and return to emptiness, be clear and awake, and be clear and transparent in your heart, and then you will be enlightened.
Taoism believes that once a human being’s “god” is sufficient, it will not cause sleepiness and sleep, and will be full of energy and full of energy all day long.
In short, the three flowers correspond to what we often call essence, energy, and spirit.
It is recorded in Xiao Tingzhi's "Golden Dan Collection" that gathering three flowers must start with human flowers and proceed step by step, so that the energy and spirit can gather in the entrance hall.
In Taoist teaching, the three flowers gather in the top of the immortals are believed to be the most important manifestation of immortals. In many immortal legends, we often see three flowers gather in the top of the immortals, and golden light shines everywhere.
After talking about the Three Flowers, let’s take a look at what “Five Qis to the Yuan Dynasty” is.
The five qi mentioned here are closely related to traditional Chinese medicine and the five elements.
The "Huangdi Neijing" believes that the five internal organs of human beings are the heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney, and the heart belongs to fire in the five elements, the liver belongs to wood, the spleen belongs to earth, the lung belongs to metal, and the kidney belongs to water. The above is the view of traditional Chinese medicine.
Taoism believes that the heart hides the spirit, which is the fire energy of the Red Emperor in the south, which is the fire energy of the Qing Emperor in the east, which is the wood energy of the Qing Emperor in the east, which is the earth energy of the Yellow Emperor in the center, which is the earth energy of the Yellow Emperor in the center, which is the soul of the White Emperor in the lungs, which is the gold energy of the White Emperor in the west, which is the essence of the White Emperor in the kidney, which is the water energy of the Mo Emperor in the north.
The five qi corresponds to the five internal organs and the five elements, and is also associated with the five gods and immortals in Taoism. This is the true meaning of the five qi facing the Yuan.
Whether it is "three flowers gather in the top" or "five energys facing the original", they are actually one of the connotations of Taoist culture. Taoist teachings believe that only by practicing the top three flowers and protecting the five energy in the heart can one become a Daluo Golden Immortal and thus reach a level that mortals cannot comprehend.
In essence, the three flowers gather on the top and the five qi are facing the Yuan, which is the highest stage of collecting qi. At this time, the body is filled with spiritual energy, the eight extraordinary meridians are automatically opened, and a large amount of compressed spiritual energy is also highly concentrated in the acupoints and eight extraordinary meridians.
Only one opportunity is left to form a pill.
And what is the situation of gathering the three flowers on the top?
When meditation reaches the stage of essence turning into qi, the unblocking of the eight extraordinary meridians, as mentioned in the past, has been verified step by step.
From then on, I gradually realized the feeling of forgetting my body. My whole body was soft and light like a baby, very comfortable and comfortable, as if I were alive or dead.
At this time, the only thing that still feels is the reaction of the mind. When gradually calm down, the eyes in front of you will be reflected.
At this point, you will suddenly enter a state of almost complete selflessness, with only the Nirvana Palace and Baihui acupoints above your head. It feels like the opening of a skylight, like the transmission of sunlight, and suddenly it becomes clear and cool, just like a clear and empty aura descending down and spilling throughout the body.
The so-called enlightenment in Taoist alchemy scriptures describes this state.
However, at this level, what I fear most is that I am unclear in theory and unclear in my concepts. If I have any fantasies in my heart, or have a strong religious consciousness in my subconscious, I may leave my mind; if I cooperate with other hallucinations, many mysterious scenes will appear.
These various situations must be eliminated one by one, and the final result is not to be completed.
Let’s talk about the situation where the five qi are facing the Yuan Dynasty: because the scene of the three flowers gathering in the top, at the same time, or after a little breath, I suddenly feel that the breathing will naturally stop completely, my whole body is soft, and I will not be warm and comfortable through acquired breathing. The so-called internal breathing (breathing of the Dantian) will also stop naturally at this time.
It was just a long time later, and it took an extremely slight breath once by chance.
At this time, it is like in the sunny scene where the breeze does not move, the water waves do not stir, the body and mind, inside and outside, the heaven and earth, all are not in a state of being content with neutrality, and they do not know that there is the existence of the self or the existence of the selfless body. These ordinary feelings and thoughts will naturally go without a trace.
If you can truly achieve the actual time of meditation or practice Taoism, the three flowers gather in the top and the five energys reach the original state as mentioned above.
Then, the basic work of refining essence into qi can be said to have come to an end.
However, this kind of foundation cannot be stopped at once. It must be "staying stable" and always be like this, and those who can make the decision freely must be like this.
If you have an accidental experience during meditation, you will have a similar experience. A blind cat hits a dead mouse and will never see you again at first sight, that is not worth it.
But from then on, to enter the realm of refining qi and transforming into gods, one must combine it with the concept of Tao, and it does not fall only within the scope of meditation.
This is the highest state of urging qi and collecting qi in the first stage: the three flowers gather at the top, and the five qi face the Yuan.
The state where the three flowers gather together and the five energys reach the Yuan Dynasty is the elixir.
After forming the elixir, you still need to collect qi. The state behind the elixir is that the elixir breaks the baby.
That is the Golden Elixir Stage and the Nascent Soul Stage in your novel "Seeking Immortals".
Okay, this is the entire process of practicing Qi. In the future, you can practice the five hearts facing the sky every day, meditate on the dantian, and the celestial beings are inducing, and the yang qi enters the body. Only then can you practice until you collect Qi?
"After listening to Ma Han's words, Bing Meiren said angrily, "You said we don't have the talent for feeling qi. I just want to ask, you have been adopted by your master since you were a child and cultivated as a key seedling. How many hundred-year-old Ganoderma lucidum and thousand-year-old snow lotus have you eaten? Have I ever eaten it?"
After hearing this, Ma Han immediately surrendered and said, "Okay, I admit that I have eaten it. Your master doesn't have that much money to buy you. From now on, you will ask the top scholar to buy it for you. You like him and he is a rich man. It is natural for him to buy it for you."
Chen Zhongtian said, "Hey, why do you two talk about me again? But I know that snow lotus is unique to women.
"The Talk on Poems of Recalling Old Travels" records that "The snow lotus has not transformed into the original snow for thousands of years. It looks like a lotus, and is about a meter high.
Take wine to double the spring scenery.
It means that the cathode and the yang is born.
It also gave birth to Balikun and other places."
Here we mention the effect of the yin pole of the snow lotus that can produce yang, and traditional Chinese medicine even advocates its function of dispelling rheumatism, unblocking blood vessels, and strengthening muscles and bones.
Therefore, overall, it is still very beneficial for women to nourish yin and blood, maintain color, and blacken their hair.
OK, I remember that if you have the chance, I will definitely buy some for you and make porridge for you every day.
"Guru Lan joked," Ha, the top scholar, I feel distressed now.
It seems there is a chance.
