Volume 9 Tao Te Ching

The car quickly drove onto the highway and arrived at the Xiyuan City Bus Station in just two hours.

Han Luo let out a sigh, and the illusion of being away from his hometown for seven years echoed in his chest, and a feeling of being very strange, but he had only been away for seven days.

Han Luo took the bus to Qingzhi Town and returned to Qingzhi Town two hours later, it was noon.

The sun was scorching, and Qingjia Town seemed to be igniting, like an oven. As soon as he entered his father's tobacco hotel, Han Luo saw his father having dinner.

Han Luo was very excited, as if he was returning home with glory, and his father was also very happy. Han Luo had dinner and returned to the courtyard.

Han Luo truly felt this illusion.

Han Luo returned to the room that had been away for seven days, took a deep breath, and the seven-day experience echoed his chest. The path of martial arts may not be worse than his studies if he continues. Didn’t Uncle Xuanguo also know a senior professor, and he talks more about knowledge?

Learning is not divided into regions, and learning with the heart is learning. The knowledge in martial arts is not much worse than learning. If you don’t want to study, you can’t learn in school.

Many college students do unethical things, and the education they received for many years is like a smoke and smoke.

It can be seen that human learning is a lifelong thing.

Han Luo sat on the bed, took a deep breath, and when he saw that level, he had a goal.

Han Luo's life has returned to normal, but he has to recite the "Buddha Pinzun Sutra" at around 4 o'clock every morning, then go hiking for twenty miles, then go up the mountain from the temple, meet his father, and practice Tai Chi for the early morning. In the afternoon, he returns to the room to read and cultivate his nature and appreciate the true meaning of learning.

Han Luo went to buy the "Tao Te Ching" and came back and read it carefully. He could not learn a lot of the knowledge in school.

"The immortality of the valley is called the mysterious female. The gate of the mysterious female is called the root of heaven and earth. If it exists continuously, it will not be used diligently."

Han Luo read lightly, frowned slightly, and his eyes flashed with insight. How can this sentence from the Tao Te Ching be related to martial arts?

In Tai Chi practice, breathing must be sustained in order to cultivate kung fu. Kung fu is the precipitation connotation of a culture, and martial arts is a gateway to knowledge.

Knowing martial arts does not mean having kung fu. Having kung fu means having kung fu is already in the classroom and has a profound martial arts background. Even if many boxing techniques are played a thousand times and tens of times without the guidance of a true master, they can only be regarded as the basics of martial arts.

And Kung Fu represents a martial artist who has obtained the true teachings.

The power of water softness, the force of thunder, and the momentum of wind, are kung fu. Kung fu is very vague, and it can be said to be a concept of mixed philosophy, martial arts, and cultivation.

The Tao Te Ching is obviously a Taoist knowledge, so how could it be related to Tai Chi?

Han Luo read carefully and stopped at the immortality of the Valley God. He thought to himself, could this God God God not die, that is, the respiratory system?

The God of Ceres, perhaps speaking of the valley path, is the esophagus.

Han Luo didn't know my experience, and he had just heard of this name vaguely, and only knew that he had lived for a long time.

When Han Luo read his works for the first time, he was shocked that Taoist knowledge can actually be related to martial arts, and even have similarities.

"It's so dark, there's essence in it, and its essence is very real." When Han Luo read this sentence, he slightly concentrated his eyes. This actually involved the skill of martial arts?

When Han Luo was secretly surprised, he felt that although the words and sentences were short, they contained a very large philosophy.

Tai Chi has three steps to harden softness, practice softness into hardness, and combine hardness and softness. Tai Chi has been tempered and hardness and softness, which means treating the body as a "hard brick furnace". Practicing softness into hardness means softness into hardness. After reaching this step, the arms seem soft, but they contain hardness, and there is no force to urge them.

As for the last step, the combination of hardness and softness is to achieve the state of being soft and hard, both soft and hard.

If Tai Chi has not gone out for ten years, it is necessary to practice the second step before it can take action. At the third step, it has become a famous boxer in the world.

Han Luo is well aware of these theories, and the darkness is in it, and the essence is true. It is clearly a phenomenon when he has seen a high level of martial arts.

However, Han Luo saw the description of the realm of martial arts in Taoist philosophy books. Is martial arts really similar to Taoist philosophy?

Han Luo took a breath, and he seemed to have a preliminary understanding of the mystery of Taoism. Taoist culture is completely another world.

Taoism, maybe you can learn about it if you have the opportunity in the future.

Han Luo closed the book and recalled his three years of practice boxing. It took him three years to complete the first step of hardening and softening. As for practicing softness to become hard, I don’t know how many years will happen. This period cannot be interrupted, otherwise all previous efforts will be wasted.

Kung fu is like sailing against the current, if you don’t advance, you will retreat.

Han Luo opened "Psychology" again and read it. Psychology and martial arts are also connected. A sentence in psychology touched him deeply.

“No permanent luck, nor permanent misfortune.”

And the next story touched him violently.

"When graduating from college, the old professor asked the students a question: "When the storm comes and the mudslides roll down, you happen to stand at the foot of a big mountain. At this time, are you running to the top of the mountain with severe wind and rain, or retreating quickly to the flat depression?"

"Of course, it was retreating to the flat depression." The students replied without thinking.

"Wrong." The old professor said calmly. Next, the old professor said something that made the students suddenly realize it.

If you run to a flat place, no matter how fast you run, you will never be able to pass the mud and stones that have been leaking thousands of miles caused by the mountain torrent. These mud and stones may bury you silently at any time.

If you continue to climb to the top of the mountain and trek upwards, although it is very slow, at least there is no mudslide on the top of the mountain, so you will lose a danger. You are creating a safe environment for yourself and moving step by step towards the hope of survival."

After the story is over, the philosophy the professor wants to teach students is: no matter what the situation is, no matter what kind of dilemma is, they have to move towards storms. Sometimes the method that seems more difficult is often the shortcut to success.

Han Luo pondered deeply. No matter how storm it is, is it the right way to face it? Just like martial arts, no matter how difficult the road ahead is, is it the best way to face it?

Perhaps, psychology is right.

Han Luo started reading again, but the one below is about "Psychology" which talks about a social phenomenon.

We live in a society where competition is so fierce, and everyone wants to succeed and make a name for themselves. However, the experiences and lessons of success and failure prove that on the road to the peak of life, we must always defeat others but ourselves. The powerful enemy who often hurts us is deeply hidden in our own hearts.

Therefore, in the continuous struggle and struggle, only by cultivating first-class psychological factors can we overcome all weaknesses deep in the soul and always remain invincible.

After reading it, Han Luo closed the book, stood up, closed his eyes, and let out a long sigh. Only the first-class psychological factors can be invincible?
