Meng Chang came out and descended

After Kuizhou, Liu Guangyi will no longer have any big battles along the way. The only suspense is who will go to Chengdu first when competing with Wang Quanbin. But this comparison is a bit unfair to Wang Quanbin because they encountered a small challenge along the way: the road is gone.

At present, Wang Quanbin is following the Taurus Road. This road has a long history and has been repaired a thousand years ago. In order to seize the rich Sichuan land, Qin Huiwen of the Warring States Period composed a story about the Taurus Bull to coax the King of Shu to destroy Shu. Now that the Shu soldiers were defeated, they used their ultimate trick: burn the plank road! Shi Yande's mouth probably had been bright, and he said whatever he said. The Shu road turned into ashes, ascended to the sky, and became the road of heaven.

Chengdu is not a Rome with all the roads that can be accessed. There are only a few more people who can travel to the army. There are even fewer people who can transport military rations. Now, the most important road is gone. However, on the other hand, Chengdu is not Huashan after all, and there is only one road.

Wang Quanbin wanted to go to Shu on Luochuan Road. This road was three points higher than Jinniu Road. Kang Yanze came out to dissuade him, "It is better to divide the troops to repair the stack, advance separately and join forces to cross the deep." Wang Quanbin adopted it. So he led half of the people to enter Shu from Luochuan Road. The deputy commander Cui Yanjin followed the original route and rebuilt the plank road.

The plank road was a real miracle road made by the ancestors who had no roads, inserted wooden beams, laid wooden boards, and supported them with inclined columns. Once it was burned, it restored the original appearance of the cliff. But can the plank road burn? The most important and time-consuming task of the plank road is to drill holes. You can burn wooden beams, but you can't burn those holes. If there are those holes, the plank road is easy to repair.

At this time, Zhuge Liang and Wang Zhaoyuan, who had been waiting for a long time, finally appeared. He and the army supervisor Zhao Chongtao were in charge of Lizhou. They set up large and small villages in the dangerous terrain in the north of the city. They felt that this was foolproof, and the plank road had been destroyed, and the enemy could not fly. As long as they persisted for a while, the enemy would know the truth. But he did not expect that Song Bing would be so arduous and start to repair the plank road. He did not expect that the comrades in front of him had sent enough food to the enemy. Of course, what he did not expect was that the enemy construction team would be so fast. In just a few days, the destroyed plank road was built.

The situation became too fast, and the enemy rushed up and ate his small Mantian Village in one bite. Another enemy also rushed over from Luochuan Road, and the two enemy evil forces were merging in deep crossings. The next day, he ate his Damantian Village in one bite. Wang Zhaoyuan panicked and hurriedly lit up the whale-faced army to block the attack. However, the enemy had just eaten large and small steamed buns, and his appetite was strong. Wang Zhuge was defeated in three battles and three times. Wang Zhaoyuan was angry. Haven't the northerners heard of Zhuge Liang? Wu Hou only attacked but not defended all his life, so why not let me, the successor, inherit his ancestors, and taste the taste of attacking? The bloody fact made Wang Zhaoyuan understand that Zhuge Kongming was not something that anyone could do. Now the entire Shu Kingdom no longer hoped that he was Zhuge Liang, but only hoped that he could be Jiang Wei and guard the peerless natural sword gate that had never been breached head-on before.

On the 30th, Wang Zhaoyuan decided to stay in the green mountains without fear of no firewood, so he led his troops to retreat to Jianmen. But he left in a hurry and forgot an important thing. He did not burn out all the firewood in Lizhou City. The 800,000 hu of food in the city was accepted by the Song army. Wang Zhuge, who escaped into Jianmen, was a little calmer. This is the world's most dangerous pass, Jianmen Pass! Jiang Wei led 30,000 Shu soldiers here and blocked Zhong Hui's 100,000 Wei soldiers, forcing Deng Ai to roll all the way from the hillside of Yinping Path to the city of Chengdu. Liu Chan finally surrendered. This is a natural danger in the natural danger, the last barrier of Shu Kingdom, and it is also the last glimmer of vitality for all Shu people. Before that, Jianmen Pass had never been lost on the front. But the great records were left to the "great" people to break.

It is the end of the year, and Wang Quanbin will send someone back to Beijing to report the latest battle situation to the emperor in the rear. History says that when Zhao Kuangyin received the battle report from Wang Quanbin, he was sitting in the palace martial arts lecture hall. The outside was snowing and the palace was warm and spring. The emperor surrounded the small room with felt, and charcoal fire was burning in the middle. The emperor was wearing a sable fur, wearing a sable hat, and sitting upright. Hearing the good news he was looking forward to, Zhao Kuangyin breathed a sigh of relief and suddenly stood up and took off his sable fur and hood. "I am so covered in this way, and my body is still cold. I think the generals of the Western Expedition are invading Frost and Salt, how can I bear this?" He ordered the fast horse to go day and night to give Wang Quanbin a sable fur, and Quanbin was so moved.

Since ancient times, there have been famous sayings that natural dangers are not enough and majestic passes are irresistible. Jianmen Pass is so famous that many people have been thinking about how to break it. In the first day of the first lunar month in the third year of Gande (965), Wang Quanbin convened a military meeting. Some surrendered soldiers from Shu Kingdom who were familiar with the local mountainous landforms revealed the cover of Jianmen Pass: There is a narrow path southeast of Jianmen Pass to call Su Zhi. The Shu people set up fences on the opposite bank of Jiangxi, but they could cross it. Then they walked 20 miles south and reached Qingqiangdian to reach the official road. In this way, they could go around behind Jianmen Pass.

Alas! It is difficult to Shu Road, but why are there so many left-wing roads in the side? Wang Quanbin is good at this again. When he heard that Su Xiaozhi came, he immediately came to the scene and rolled his armor to go there. But this is too risky. If Wang Zhaoyuan set up an ambush halfway, Wang Zhaoyuan became Jiang Wei? Kang Yanze said, "The Shu people were defeated in several battles and were brave enough to take down. When Su Sazhi came, the commander should not take it by himself, and he could send a side general. At Qingqiangdian, the army was attacked by the sword gate, and Zhaoyuan and others would be captured." It is not impossible to be in danger, but they should not be in danger. Wang Quanbin listened to his advice. He ordered the pioneer Shi Yande to divide his troops to come to Su Road, and he was in line with elite troops. After Shi Yande arrived at the pass, he could attack from north to south.

Shi Yande easily arrived at Qingqiang Store. But he discovered a strange thing: Wang Zhuge is no longer at Jianmen Pass! Perhaps he knew that Jianmen was not relied on. So he only ordered a side general to guard Jianmen Pass and led his large army to Jianmen Pass on a higher Hanyuan slope. Lizhou was lost, he still had Jianmen Pass, Jianmen Pass, and he still had Hanyuan Slope. But what else did he have? Wang Zhuge didn't have time to think about it, maybe he thought he was Zhuge Liang, and he had three tricks at one step, and it would be too late to think about it.

As he expected, Jianmen Pass could not defend it, and it was lost under the attack from front and back.

Wang Quanbin came to Hanyuanpo and once again discovered a strange thing: the coach opposite was not Wang Zhaoyuan but Zhao Chongtao. What about Wang Zhuge? He suddenly lay on Hu's bed and couldn't get up. He had a stroke? Historical books did not record the reason why he could not get up to fight. Based on my villain's heart, I came to a conclusion: Our Wang Zhuge might have been wet his pants.

He didn't expect the enemy to break through Jianmen Pass so quickly. He didn't stop his anger and went straight to his Hanyuanpo. At this moment, he didn't expect where to retreat to the next stop. Of course, he was in a hurry... so for the sake of face, he had to lie down and watch his army kill him.

Although Zhao Chongtao slashed and killed several Song soldiers with his own hands, he was still captured alive in the end. At this time, our Wang Zhuge no longer cared about face. He jumped up and changed his clothes (look! Why did he change his pants without wet) and ran away.

Wang Zhaoyuan hid in the house, heartbroken. He was Zhuge Liang's rebirth! But the enemy was all illiterate and he didn't talk about routines when fighting. When I was at Jianmen Pass, you should attack under the gate, and then let me shoot arrows and throw stones. How can I take a small path from behind? I was at Hanyuan Slope, you should surround me, why did you charge at the moment? You didn't talk about formations! As I thought about it, I murmured at Zhuge Liang's poem "Random and heroes are not free" written by Luo Yin, a talented man in the late Tang Dynasty, to this point, he still wanted to recite this poem

.And I selectively forgot the previous sentence "When it comes, the world and the world all have the same power." Deep in my heart, Wang Zhaoyuan always thought that he was Zhuge Liang. Today's failure has nothing to do with talent, it is really bad luck. Zhuge Liang had the good luck of "when it comes, the world all have the same power". But he only had the bad luck of "fortunate, the heroes are not free". Of course, he didn't know that he was lucky to hide in the house, and he was even more free. On the 2nd, Wang Quanbin seized Jianzhou. He was captured. Now, he really responded that poetry is not free.

However, Wang Zhuge was still a little bit stronger than Zhuge Liang. Zhuge Liang devoted his entire life to his death. Wang Zhaoyuan also bowed, and he bowed to Zhao Kuangyin and survived.

Once Jianmen Pass is lost, it is time to change the master of Shu. Meng Chang learned from his prince Meng Yuanzhe that this was so bad that it could not be broken anymore.

On the first day of the first lunar month, on the same day when Jianmen Pass was lost, Meng Chang sent his crown prince Meng Yuanzhe as the head coach, Li Tinggui and Zhang Hui'an as deputy generals to lead more than 10,000 troops to support Wang Zhaoyuan. The prince went on an expedition and caused a sensation in Shu. The people were like watching rare birds and beasts, watching the excitement and strangeness, and even praised: The prince is the prince, and the guard of honor is indeed unique, and the flags are all made of Shu brocade! How gorgeous and royal style! The energetic prince probably wanted to rely on this unparalleled lineup to directly treat the rude men of the Song Dynasty as dementia, and then they felt ashamed and retreated with tactfulness.

But the crowd's eyes were bright, and they looked at it and felt something was wrong. After a closer look, the flag was actually down! Alas! This can only be blamed by God. Who made it rain just now? In order not to wet these beautiful Shu brocades and affect the overall effect of the guard of honor, the prince ordered the flag to be taken down and put it away, and then raised it. Now the sky is clear. But the Shu soldiers were so busy that they were dizzy that they made mistakes and pretended to be reversed.

As soon as the prince arrived in Mianzhou, he heard that Jianmen Pass had fallen and Wang Zhuge was arrested. He hurriedly returned home and reported the news to his emperor's father. And he said proudly - Dad, I've got everything done. Now from Mianzhou to Chengdu, there is nothing left. I've burned all the things I can. A veteran general named Shi Fengbao also told him that the Song army was coming far away and could not last long. As long as we have a strong wall and clear field, we can still defend Chengdu. Meng Chang sighed, "My father and son."

Forty years of nourishing men with clothes and food. Once you encounter an enemy, you can't shoot a arrow for me to the east. Even if you want to close the wall, who will die?” At this time, his prime minister Li Hao came over and said mysteriously, "Your Majesty, don't be desperate. I have already found out clearly. Gao Jichong and Zhou Baoquan lived well in Kaifeng... I also heard that Emperor Song built a big house for you, which is as big as five hundred rooms." A strange smile appeared on Li Hao's face again, "Your Majesty, if you agree, I will do my best to do this."

Meng Chang looked at him and suddenly realized. Then a more indescribable smile appeared on his face, and he waved his hand, "You go and do it! I remember, you are doing this." After saying that, he stepped out of the palace and would not look back.

40 years later, history repeats itself. How did the former Shu fall? Now, the latter Shu is not distorted, and even the writer who wrote the original penalties has not changed.

It is said that the Prime Minister Li of Houshu returned home that day, brushed the paper and held the pen without adding any points in the article. A post was reduced to the end. Then he was a little proud. For 40 years, the world has changed and the mountains and rivers have changed, but I have not been old. I still have to do what I did back then after 40 years, and I am still very comfortable.

On January 7, Li Hao handed over the surrender to Yi Shenzheng and asked him to meet Wang Quanbin. On the 13th, Yi Shenzheng presented the surrender to Wang Quanbin of Weicheng. On this day, Prime Minister Li returned home and found that there was a piece of paper on his door. The black and white words on it were exactly the words that clearly stated his greatest achievement in his life - the Shi Xiu surrendered the surrender to the Li family! Justice and freedom are in the hearts of the people. "Eat his salary and kill his master, live in the land and offer his land" is the reason Zhuge Liang wanted to kill Wei Yan. Although Li Hao did not kill Wang Yan and Meng Chang, he insulted his two masters in succession. As for the land, he not only offered it once, but also offered it a second time!

So, troops were sent out on November 3, 964, and Meng Chang surrendered on January 7, 965. In just 66 days, 46 prefectures in the Houshu, a total of 534,029 households in 240 counties changed their owners from then on.
