54 Looking for Unicorns

Sherlock and his group were at the entrance of the Forbidden Forest, and Hagrid strode towards them from the darkness, with Yaya following behind.

Hagrid carried his huge stone bow and hung a full quiver on his shoulders.

"It's almost time." He said, "I've been waiting for half an hour, how about it, Harry, Hermione?"

"We shouldn't be so polite to them, Hagrid." Felch said coldly. "After all, they came here to receive punishment."

"That's why you're late, aren't you?" Hager frowned at Felch and said, "I've been teaching them a lesson, huh? This is not the place for you to teach people. Your mission is completed, and I'm responsible from now on."

It seems that the punishment for being confined to the Forbidden Forest this time is equivalent to helping Hager.

"I'll be back at dawn," Felch said. "I hope you can come out of the forbidden forest intact under the protection of Mr. Sherlock, and don't let me clean up your wrecks." He said viciously, then turned toward the castle, and the lamp swayed and disappeared into the darkness.

"Okay." Seeing Felch walk away, Hagrid looked around everyone.

"Now listen carefully, what we are going to do tonight is very dangerous. I don't want anyone to encounter danger. Come with me first."

He led them to the edge of the Forbidden Forest, raised the lamp high, and pointed to a path that gradually disappeared into the depths of the black forest.

They looked into the forbidden forest, and a breeze blew on their hair.

This was the first time Sherlock went to the Forbidden Forest, but she was not as timid as Malfoy Harry and the others. Ashinsha seemed to yawn more easily. Anyway, why did her brother worry? Hermione envied Ashinsha's mentality. In fact, she was not very scared after Sherlock appeared, but she became nervous.

"You look over there," Haegel said.

"See the shining thing on the ground? Silver-white? That's the blood of a unicorn. A unicorn in the forbidden forest was injured by something and was seriously injured. This is the second time in a week. Last Wednesday I found one dead. We want to find the poor unicorn and free it from its pain."

"Unicorn? Haig, the magic power of an adult unicorn is comparable to that of three or four adult wizards. Do you think that the existence that can kill it alone can be dealt with by these first-grade students?" Although I had known that the guy was absorbing unicorn blood in order to revive his life, after hearing Hagrid's statement, I still felt that the school's punishment this time was too risky for this group of first-grade wizards. Even if Hagrid met the other party alone, there would be no good results.

"Of course I know this is an extremely dangerous thing for them, but the key is that I didn't want you to deal with the murderer who killed the unicorn. You just need to find clues in the forbidden forest." Hager waved his hand and explained, "Okay, now we have to divide the troops into two groups and search for the blood. There are blood everywhere. Obviously, it has been stumbled and lingering everywhere since at least last night."

"No matter how you allocate, I will naturally be with Mr. Sherlock." When he heard that the troops were to be divided into two groups, Malfoy couldn't help but tremble inexplicably and quickly expressed his request to Hager in a righteous manner.

Hell, an existence that can kill a unicorn lurks in the forbidden forest. If she doesn't act with Sherlock, even if she is separated from Hagrid, Felch might really have to collect his wreckage tomorrow.

Hager thought for a moment, then nodded, "Harry, you and Malfoy, Ashinsha and Sherlock all the way. I will take Hermione, Ron and Yaya to the other side. If anyone finds a unicorn, they will fire green sparks. Do you understand? By the way, if anyone encounters trouble, they will fire red sparks. We will come to find you. Be careful, let's go."

Ron and Hermione were reluctant to walk with Hagrid, and it was safer to be with Sherlock. As for Hagrid, they could expect the other party to use bows and arrows to fight against an existence that killed a unicorn!

The forbidden forest was dark and silent.

They walked in and reached the fork, Harry, Sherlock and Malfoy and Ashinsha took the left road, Hagrid and Ron took Hermione and Yaya to the right road.

They walked silently, staring at the ground.

From time to time, a moonlight shone down from the branches above, illuminating a silver-blue blood on the fallen leaves.

Sherlock pulled out his golden magic wand, and a little in the void, and a ball of fire flew out from the front of the wand's tip. Prometheus's appearance immediately illuminated the dark night nearby. Harry looked at Sherlock with great admiration. As Sherlock, a living body created by magic, Homiz was not only very loyal to the master, but also strong. Of course, Sherlock did not announce the fact that Homiz's creation needs to be filled with human souls.

So the wizard outside only knew that Homiz was created by Sherlock with magic and was loyal and powerful.

Harry looked at Sherlock walking beside him.

"Can we be the werewolf kill the unicorn?" Harry asked.

"At the speed of a werewolf, you can't catch unicorns. As an existence that is almost at the top of the biological chain, few creatures can hunt unicorns alone." Sherlock briefly explained to Harry that unicorns, which represent light and holiness, will generally not be attacked by other creatures.

To a certain extent, every unicorn has the meaning of the right way. Dare to kill such a creature is tantamount to challenging the right way in the dark.

"Who cares what killed the unicorn? Haven't you heard what Hagrid said to us before? It's just to explore clues, clues." Malfoy sarcastically mocked Harry. No matter what, this cruel and dangerous creature is not easy to deal with, or search for clues in full!

"Hmph!" Ashinsha snorted coldly beside her. Apart from her brother, Hogwarts' boys really looked down on him.

Each one is both timid and incompetent.

The four of them stride into the depths of the forbidden forest. They had been walking for nearly half an hour and went deeper and deeper into the forest. Later, the trees became extremely dense and the path was almost impossible to access.

Harry felt that the blood on the ground was getting denser and denser.

A lot of blood was splattered on the roots of a tree, and it seemed that the poor animal had twisted and struggled in pain nearby.

Through the tangled branches of an ancient oak tree, Harry could see a clearing in front of him.

"Stop!" Sherlock stretched out his hand to block the three of them walking forward. An unprecedented solemn expression suddenly appeared on his face, which was calm and composed all the way. A hint of surprise flashed in Harry's eyes. Since he met Sherlock, he had never seen such a stern and serious look on the other person's face.

Standing in place and looking forward, a white thing shining on the ground.

That's right, that's a unicorn, but it's obvious that the other party is already dying, and his pure white body is still slightly undulating.

Harry had never seen such a beautiful or miserable scene before.

Its slender legs maintain its posture when it fell, stretching out unnaturally; its mane is spread on the dark leaves, feeling as if it is pearls.

Sherlock was a little surprised at the unicorn lying on the ground. He should have died, but now he has not died immediately. I guess they were traveling too fast. While thinking, his eyes were now completely focused on a place in the darkness that could not be touched.

Malfoy looked in that direction a little strangely, and there was only a deep darkness in his eyes.

"Come out, this meaningless hiding has no effect." A trace of solemnity flashed through Sherlock's pupils.

A bush on the edge of the clearing ground was shaking, and then a hooded figure slowly walked out of the shadow. The air suddenly became a little sticky, and the clearing in the forest under the faint moonlight darkened inexplicably. Even not far away, there were unicorns that still emitted light and struggling to survive, and Prometheus above his head illuminated the night.

It was of no use to this sudden darkness. An extremely uncomfortable and dark aura enveloped the surroundings. The man stopped in the darkness and stood quietly on the spot and looked at the three of them. The untall figure seemed to have become the only existence in the world.

The other party's cold breath was like a twisted black snake.

Under the man's eyes, Malfoy suddenly felt a suffocation, a trace of inexplicable fear appeared on his pale face, his body gradually became numb as if he was in a cold ice cellar, and a great fear of life and death suddenly hit his heart.
