If you don’t want to sell the community commercial street shops in Xinmei Xincun at a cheap price, you can only set up a commercial company under Zhujiang Construction to be responsible for the operation of the commercial street, gradually build community commercialization, and increase the rent, that is, investment returns. At that time, whether it is mortgage loaned to the bank or divided and sold, it will be more beneficial.
