Chapter 228: The Problem of Axioms

Since the Czechoslovak crisis in February 1936, General Hesman's infantry has been staying in the Eastern Front Command in Dresden, waiting for orders from Berlin to go to war with Czechoslovakia at any time!

Three armored divisions, three motorized infantry divisions, eighteen infantry divisions and two mountain infantry divisions have been arranged in place. ≤≤Little≤State said that thousands of combat aircraft of the Luftwaffe Fourth Air Force also arrived at various frontline airports. More than a dozen "Ferrena" radar systems developed by Gema were deployed on the northern line of the Gedde border before the end of 1935.

The Miuta Special Forces squad under the Military Intelligence Agency has also infiltrated the Sudeten area and joined the German Party. The German Party was infiltrated by the Stasi organization as early as the 1920s. Most of the leaders of the party were Stasi's cooperation informants. A large number of weapons and equipment were also sent to these special forces squads and the German Party through border smuggling and night airdrops.

The Germans in the Sudet Mountains have begun to be armed. A war to invade Czechoslovakia seems to be about to break out.

However, military invasion has never been Hessman's first choice. It is the first plan in the Green Plan.

On April 5, 1936, a one-month investigation by the League of Nations finally gave the results:

First. The Czech and Slovak people are not the same ethnic group, and the basis of the Czechoslovak nation-state does not exist;

Second. The population of the Czech people is only about 5.95 million, accounting for 47% of the total population of the Czechoslovak Republic;

Third, Czech politicians Masarik and Benes used fraudulent means to deceive the Allies in 1919, making the Czech ethnic group, which accounted for a minority, the dominant race of Czechoslovakia;

Fourth. The Czech people have long monopolized the politics, economy and cultural education of Czechoslovakia, and have oppressed and discriminated against the Germans, Slovaks, Hungarians, Ukrainians and other ethnic minorities in their territory;

Fifth. There is a lot of evidence that the Czech army genocided the Hungarians and Slovaks in the Ukrainian region of Slovakia and Carpathian during the Hungarian War;

Sixth. There is no evidence that the assassination of former Czechoslovak President Masarik and the Sudeté German Party;

Seventh. The Czechoslovak army entered the Sudetenland area in large numbers, posing a serious threat to the survival of the Germans in the region!

The above seven opinions were later called by later history: Seven Articles on the Demolition of Czechoslovakia.

However, they reflect the real situation in Czechoslovakia at that time. In the original history, after the Germans, Poles, Hungarians and Ukrainians who were cleared (Carpathians and Ukraine belonged to the Soviet Union), the country Czechoslovakia still could not be maintained. In the dramatic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, through this historical fact, we can imagine what Czechoslovakia was like before World War II.

After the announcement of the "Seven Regulations on the Demise of Czechoslovakia", Hessman was recalled to Berlin to participate in a joint military and political meeting aimed at completely resolving the Czechoslovakia issue.

The meeting was held at the German Presidential Palace at 73 William Street, where the elderly Rudendolf personally presided over the meeting.

After Ribbintrop, a representative of the League of Nations investigation mission sent by Germany, reported the results of the League of Nations investigation. The German president coughed gently and said in a low voice: "Well, the situation in Czechoslovakia is very clear. This is an illegally established country! So what should we do?"

"Mr. President is right." Hessman immediately took over the topic, "Czechoslovakia was established by a minority of Czech politicians using conspiracy and deception, so we must ask the League of Nations to determine it as illegal... The Czechoslovakia region should first return to its status before the signing of the Saint-Germain Treaty.

Then, the Czech, German, Slovak, Hungarian, Ukrainian and Polish major ethnic groups, under the auspices of the League of Nations, are formed with a multi-ethnic confederacy democratic state based on the principles of democracy, national self-determination and local autonomy."

Hessman proposed the "Confederacy" rather than the "Confederacy".

The two are not the same concept at all. A typical modern federal state is the United States. Although the central government and local governments implement the decentralization of power, the central government still has relatively large powers, and the federal constitution and laws are also higher than local constitutions and laws. In fact, the federal system in the United States is a multi-center compound republic.

Moreover, after the Civil War, the authority of the US federal government increased significantly, and localities basically did not dare to fight against the federal government.

In addition, in the 1920s and 1930s, the United States was a country with ethnic groups divided by skin color, with mainstream white people dominating the whole family and basically no **********.

The "confederate system" that Hessmann was preparing to impose on Czechoslovakia was similar to the Holy Roman Empire. The states that formed the Confederate had their own "small central government" and also had military and diplomatic powers. There was no Confederate Central Army.

"What does it mean to restore to the state before the signing of the Saint-Germain Treaty?" Adolf Hitler had heard another trap from Hessman's words. "Would we restore the Bohemia Kingdom and return Slovakia to Hungary?"

"This is impossible," Hessman smiled and shook his head. "English and France will definitely not agree, but we should fight for property for the brothers of Sudeten and Austria... Since the Czechoslovak government is illegal, its confiscation of German property is also illegal and should be returned first. Then discuss whether it should be confiscated again in the Confederate composition negotiations."

During the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the German nation was a ruling nation and naturally had a high economic status. In the Bohemia Kingdom at that time, a large amount of land, castles and industrial and commercial enterprises belonged to the Germans. After the establishment of Czechoslovakia, most of the German property was confiscated.

The "return" request made by Hessman will immediately lose a large amount of property in the Czechoslovak central government or the future state government of the Czech national state. At the same time, it can please the German nobles and capitalist class of the Austrian system, most of whom own property on the original Bohemia kingdom.

"It is completely legal to take back the property!" Hessman smiled mockingly and said, "I have consulted legal experts. The confiscation between 1919 and 1920 was based on the laws of the Czechoslovak government. If the government promulgated the laws was illegal, then the legality of the laws would not exist. So these properties should be returned!"

Hessman's move was even more poisonous than Hitler played back then. Hitler took the reckless approach, and Hessman was a reasoned person, and the axiom was on the Germans' side in history, and the truth was actually on the Germans' side.

Czechoslovakia was established by making fake accounts. Moreover, after the Czechs took power, they kicked the Slovaks aside, and the entire country's economy was controlled by the Czechs, whose population accounted for less than 50%.

If the Allies made some sense in 1919 and 1920, Czechoslovakia should be a federation composed of the Czech, German, Slovak, Hungarian, Ukrainian and Polish peoples.

Of course, the Germans today not only had axioms, but also had airplanes, cannons and tanks, but also many.

...

"The Germans are right!"

In the British delegation to the League of Nations, Neville Chamberlain, who came to attend the League of Nations meeting, had just sent off Ribbentrop, the head of the German delegation, and then said to Edward Daraday, the French Minister of Defense who was standing beside him:

"Czechoslovakia is an illegal republic... What should have been established in that year was a federal or confederate, and it was definitely not a nation-state. 47% of people were enslaving 53% of people. This is a scandal and must be corrected!"

"Yes, it must be corrected!" The French Minister of Defense, who was short, bald and fat, nodded repeatedly. "We can't think of a reason to oppose the Germans. Now it's different from that in 1919."

In 1919, Germany and Austro-Hungary had already kneeled, and now the Germans stood up again, looking like they were still hooking up with the Soviet Union!

"Yes, the situation is different now," Neville Chamberlain and Dara turned to the building where the British delegation was located. "It is necessary for the Czechs to return the property they occupied, but... the existence of this country is still beneficial to the stability of Central and Europe, which we should insist on."

If Czechoslovakia is dispersed, the Germans are likely to swallow the entire Czech region. The German-speaking regions of the Czech Republic are distributed around the entire region, forming an encirclement of the Czech-speaking regions. If all the German-speaking regions of the Czech Republic are added to Germany, it will be difficult for the remaining regions to survive independently.

In this way, the industrially developed Czech region will be annexed by Germany and will not only obtain a large number of factories, but also increase their population by more than 9 million, thus reaching 75 million.

If we count Austria's 8 million and Baltic's 4 million, Germany will have a population of 87 million, which is more than the combined UK and France!

"Maybe it could be formed a loose Bohemian Federation," said Neville Chamberlain, who disapproved of the Confederacy, which was too loose.
