Chapter 416 The Battle of Liaohe (2)

Moreover, in the battle with the Russian army, only the enemy's artillery is usually the enemy's artillery. However, once the ground troops launch an attack, the enemy's artillery will not open fire easily. Of course, during the attack of the enemy, soldiers will also raise their guns while rushing, but this kind of shooting is too blind and cannot form a scale, and it does not pose a great threat to the defense side. Therefore, the machine gun team on the defensive position basically does not need to change their own positions frequently.

However, in the face of the People's Army's attack, the Japanese defense line clearly felt that the opponent's counterattack was extraordinary. Not only was the firepower density high, but the accuracy was also not bad. As long as the head was exposed a little more, there was a danger of being hit by the enemy. Moreover, the machine gun team was still dangerous. Often, the machine gun team did not know how many shells flew from there before the machine gun team rang, exploded near the machine gun team, and then completely silenced.

In fact, the People's Army used the three-three tactics created by the ancestors of the time and space of time. This is a battalion-scale offensive tactic suitable for light infantry. The dominant idea is to appropriately disperse the density of troops to avoid being killed by the dense enemy firepower, and emphasize the close coordination between various combat groups, advance layer by layer, and alternately cover the attack. The three-three tactics first originated during the Anti-Japanese War in the old time and space, matured in the civil war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, and was widely used in the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, and became famous in one fell swoop, becoming one of the iconic tactics of the ancestors of the time and space. Before crossing, the Marines' time and travel warriors learned and received training in this tactic.

The combat principle of the three-three tactics is: divided into three combat groups in squads, each group is in a triangular offensive formation, each soldier has a clear division of labor, and the responsibility for attack, cover, and support is respectively responsible for attack, cover, and support, and according to the battlefield situation, the regular triangular formation and inverted triangular formation are changed, and each soldier maintains a distance of about 15 meters in height; three combat groups form a combat squad, and each combat group maintains a distance of 30-40 meters; three combat squads form a battle group, and the attack is spread in a scattered formation, and the combat formation is changed according to the instructions of the group leader or squad leader; and after the battle group is expanded, tactical instructions are conveyed in "spoken language", "sign language", "museum" and other methods. Such a combat group is about 30-40 people. After it is fully expanded, it can cover an 800-meter-wide front.

When conducting offensive operations, the first thing to do is to clarify the attack direction and available terrain and landforms, and determine the tactical key points of each group of stages. Then the combat team will adopt formation evacuation and advance in a low position, accompanied by light machine guns and heavy machine guns behind them, and the soldiers form a layered breakthrough. Each group charges forward in the front triangle or back triangle formation, echoing front and back to avoid the killing of dense firepower and ensure the continuity of the attack.

After the machine gun group enters the first shooting position, each group will maneuver towards the first cover point. After reaching the first point, it will deploy firepower to kill the enemy and cover the machine gun group to maneuver. After the machine gun group is in place, it will suppress the enemy and cover other groups to maneuver forward, thus forming a wave attack. At the same time, a mortar is generally arranged at the enemy's firepower dead corner, and a special shooter is usually arranged next to the machine gunner to shoot the enemy commander or machine gunner.

In addition, during the attack, the entire class will be concentrated according to the battlefield situation, clear the exposed enemy fire points, or use smoke bombs and light bombs to aim directly to guide the enemy's positions with heavy firepower.

The advantages of the three-three tactics are: they can promote their own firepower and greatly expand their frontal strike range. At the same time, because they have their own covers and take care of each other, when they are close forces, they can avoid being surrounded by enemy troops alone, and can also be spread to the opponent like a net to surround the enemy, making up for the shortcomings of individual combat quality; they can allow groups to advance alternately, cover each other, disrupt the enemy's sight and judgment, and form attack power from multiple directions and angles; they can avoid excessive losses when encountering artillery fire and dense fire strikes; they can facilitate command and maximize attack power.

The biggest weakness of the three-three tactics is that the tactics are too complex and have high requirements for the quality of soldiers. It also requires cooperation between the troops and cooperation. Therefore, it must be carried out for a long time and rigorous training to implement this tactic. If you want to achieve the level of proficiency in your application, you will have to go through several practical combat exercises.

In addition, the three-three tactics are only the combat tactics of small-scale troops. Usually, they can only reach the company level, and at most they can only reach the battalion level. Of course, this does not mean that the three-three tactics cannot be used in the battle at the regiment division level. After all, no matter how many troops there are, they are composed of companies and battalions, and even smaller troops. However, when fighting at the regiment division level, it is not possible to rely solely on the three-three tactics, and they also require more macro-tactical command.

After the East China government entered the stable period, the three-three tactics became one of the key tactics for the various units of the People's Army. So far, most soldiers have more than one year of training, and it can be said that they have mastered the basic tactical principles and application. Of course, due to the different war modes of the two eras, the three-three tactics of the People's Army have also been improved. The biggest difference is that in the old time and space, the People's Liberation Army was organized with a squad of 9 people, which just formed three 3 tactical teams. The People's Army organized with 12 people in one squad, and conducted multiple rounds in the selection of 4 3-person tactical teams or 3 4-person tactical teams.

The line was measured and finally formed into three 4-man tactical teams, but each team still formed a triangular formation, but the tip of the triangle was composed of two soldiers. In this way, when casualties occur in combat, someone can replace and supplement the combat team immediately to keep the combat team intact. In addition, each squad of the People's Army has two sets of grenade launchers, which can be used by more soldiers. Moreover, the range of the grenade launcher is similar to that of rifles, and it is very convenient to carry and use, which can strengthen the combat firepower of the entire squad. Once the enemy's firepower points are discovered during the attack, the grenade can be used first to strike, reducing the laziness of the mortar and machine gun, which is conducive to catching fighter jets on the battlefield.

However, since the People's Army lacks practical experience in the three-three system tactics, although it is well used in daily training, training is not a real battlefield, so it still seems a bit stiff when used on the battlefield, but it is completely enough to deal with the Japanese army of this era. After all, it was the first time that the Japanese army faced such tactics. After getting used to the simple, rough and direct tactics of the Russian army, it was very unaccustomed to the fact that they competed with the People's Army with extremely high technical content.

, You should know that in the old time and space, the US military, who never cared about ammunition consumption in war, was also beaten and turned when facing this tactic for the first time, and was extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, the Japanese firepower has never been known for its fierceness and strength. Therefore, it is naturally more difficult to deal with the People's Army's attack now. It seems that all the cognitions in the past have changed. The opponent's army seems to be everywhere, with countless numbers, and no matter how they fire, they can't kill many people.

After more than two hours of fierce fighting, three positions were invaded by the People's Army. Fortunately, the Japanese army had strong hand-to-hand combat capabilities, so they fought hard and repelled the People's Army's attacks from two positions in succession. However, in the end, there was Xishoukou and the two positions in Jiutaizi Village were lost.

The Japanese commander Haruki Tooya was also shocked because the Liaodong Manchu Army Command gave him the order to hold on for three days, but now it has only been fighting for a long time, and two positions outside Shaling Fort have been lost. If this continues, I am afraid that it will not be able to hold on for even one day. Therefore, Haruki Tooya also ordered all positions to be defended to the death. If the positions are lost, the soldiers must all stand on the positions and cannot take a step back.

After receiving the order from Harukami Toiya, the Japanese troops in various positions also knew that the responsibility was heavy, so in the afternoon battle, the Japanese army could only rely on frantically shooting and strengthen the intensity of firepower to block the People's Army's attack, and did not consider the bullet usage plan at all. As a result, in less than two hours, the bullets from five positions were completely destroyed and rescued at the command center.

Harukami Toriya could only order to release all the bullets in the positions and allocate them to each position. As a result, in the afternoon's battle, he did not lose his position anymore, but the bullet consumption of each position was at least more than three times that of normal. Shaling Fort itself was just a temporary position and it was impossible to store too much ammunition. Therefore, in the first day of the battle, the Japanese army used up all the bullets.

The next morning, the People's Army launched an attack on various positions of the Japanese army again. After the first day of battle, the People's Army was more comfortable in the use of artillery tactics and the three-three tactics. First of all, the artillery bombardment was not about scattered shooting, but focused firepower, bombarding a position or a certain section of a position. In this way, the target of the strike was more concentrated and the strength was naturally greater. Therefore, the same 30-minute artillery bombardment almost completely destroyed a position.

The People's Army used the three-three tactics and was more proficient and free. It was because it was in the transition of formation, or from attack to defense, and from defense to offense, and the change of the change, the offense was more resolute, the cover was more active, and the firepower support was more accurate. In addition, due to yesterday's battle, the Japanese army consumed a large amount of ammunition, and it was difficult for them to no longer maintain the firepower intensity of yesterday. Therefore, in the morning's battle, despite the Japanese army's desperate resistance, the Madaokou formation around Shabao Ridge was fought several times and was finally captured by the People's Army. In addition, the Tangshulinzi position along the Liaohe River was also declared to be lost.
