427. Sweaters and waste

Massachusetts.

Most people may not have any impression of this name, but its nickname is Massachusetts or Massachusetts, which is familiar to many people.

Several of the most famous universities in Mold Country, Harvard University and MIT, which are also world-renowned institutions, are located in the state.

Massachusetts is not just a cultural and educational state of the bad country, but an educational center for the whole world.

Of course, this world is not limited to the Muggle world.

In the world of wizards, Massachusetts also has its special status.

One of the greatest magic academys in the magic world, Ifamoni Magic Academy is located on the top of Mount Greylock in western Massachusetts.

This is also a magnificent castle, with powerful magic being exerted by the wizards of the Muggle Country. In normal times, Muggles cannot see the full picture of the magic school.

Sometimes you can only see some looming stone walls under the clouds.

This time is the summer vacation, and the castle of Ifamoni is very empty. Except for Pukech, who is patrolling around (a distant relative of the British fairy, who has a good relationship with the founder of Ifamoni, who once helped the founder of the Magic Academy to resist foreign invasions, and later served as security guards and construction workers at the school), there are few wizards to be seen.

In a narrow office.

All kinds of crystal balls and tea cups filled the place, and the remaining space was a bit difficult for both of them to squeeze in.

At this time, two people were squeezed out from the small room.

"Why don't we go out to talk, we have to be here every time?"

The person who spoke was Tina Piqueli, the director of the Serious Case Investigation Department of the Devils of the Mold Country.

She is a well-dressed witch. She looks young, about thirty years old, wearing a light long windbreaker, and sitting in this small room with a twisted posture.

Sitting opposite her, drinking hot tea peacefully was a middle-aged witch with black cloth eyes covered in black.

The witch looked unwell at all. He lay comfortably on the recliner that stuffed the small space full of the small space, his voice gentle and clear.

"This is the environment I am most familiar with, which can relax my body and soul. It is definitely not a simple matter for you to come to me, so of course I should also hope that I can be in the best state, right?"

His reason is justified, and Piqueli has no room for refutation.

The director of the Serious Case Investigation Department took a deep breath.

"Well, I do have important questions today. Have you heard of the plan the Executive Division is about to start?"

“I heard something.”

"So can you see its future clearly?" Piqueli asked cautiously.

The blindfolded witch smiled and shook her head, but he was not denying it.

"Remember what I said to you the last time we met?"

"What?" Piqueli was stunned.

"You are a senior official in Congress and I can understand that you are very busy with work every day, so I can tell you again."

The voice of the male witch is very nice, like a whirlpool in the water, which can firmly attract people's attention.

"There is no difference between prophecy and spell transformation magic in essence. They are all the abilities obtained by generations of wizards after mastering the laws of using magic. However, most people cannot see through the laws of prophecy, but as long as they master the methods of seeing through these laws, the result of prophecy is actually a sweater composed of strands of wool. If all the threads are woven into sweaters according to the established trajectory, the prophecy will become reality. But if one of the lines is wrong, the sweater will become a waste.

Do you know what the most error-prone thread in every sweater is?”

"No, don't know."

The witch clearly covered her eyes, but she still gave people the feeling that he had been looking at Piqueli seriously.

"Will I say this prophecy? This is the line that is most likely to happen.

Everyone in Europe knows that the most famous prophecy in the second half of the twentieth century was the death of Voldemort.

Voldemort knew that he would be killed by the boy who was born that night. Although he was lawless and did not believe that he would have such a fate, he still planned to kill him on the night of the boy's birth, but you also know that he was defeated by a newborn baby.

If this prophecy was not known to outsiders when it was said at the beginning, then there might be a different development in the future, and the sweater woven into a finished product would become a useless waste."

Piqueli whispered: "You mean, if Voldemort hadn't heard the prophecy about his death, he wouldn't have died?"

The witch shook her head.

"It's just that there's a possibility, or that wizard who predicted Voldemort's death was even more clever. She saw the influence of this line and knew that if this prophecy was made public, it would turn into a finished sweater.

But my level is not yet at that point, and I don't know if the prophecy I made would become a reality if it were said, just like last time, if it weren't for your people who stole the crystal ball, I would never have spread that prophecy."

Piqueli defended: "It wasn't that we stole it, it was just that we just happened to catch the thief who stole things..."

The witch did not argue with her, nodded and agreed, "Okay, then let's take it that way."

Piqueli's face will not blush and his heart will not be beating. After becoming an official for a long time, not only will his heart become darker, but his face will also become thicker.

"After Fontana's plan failed, Dumbledore held Congress accountable for this matter in the Joint Parliament of International Wizards. Congress has not expressed his opinion and denied that it has something to do with us. He has been vetoing all proposals in Congress in the Parliament, but it is an irrelevant little thing compared to that prophecy."

"So do you think the actions we take after we know the prophecy will turn into the consequences of Voldemort? Don't tell me the result, you just need to tell me whether the consequences are good or bad."

The witch still had that kind smile.

"The future I see is not ideal for Congress."

Piqueli suddenly stood up from the small stool.

"As you said, the prophecy may become a complete sweater, or it may be just a piece of scrap. I think about the prophecy you made three years ago, we will turn it into a piece of scrap."

The witch shrugged, looked at Piqueli's departure back and whispered to herself.
