55. Aftermath

"Wang Yao, what's wrong with him..." Ron hid behind Harry, looking scared. The previous scene was a nightmare for him.

The wind poured in through the hole, blew the three little guys' robes and made a sound. Lightning flashed past, but no more thunder sounded.

The three of them stared at each other for dozens of seconds. Harry woke up as if he was dreaming, took off his robe and put it on Wang Yao, and said to Hermione: "I'll hold him."

"I'll do it, he's very light." Hermione rejected Harry. Harry felt that she was in a strange mood and did not take it to heart. The unconscious Wang Yao made him very worried.

"Rejuvenate!" The milky white light flashed from the magic wand and penetrated into Wang Yao's body.

Hermione turned her head and looked at Harry who was casting her spell, frowned slightly: "What are you doing."

"I'm... making him feel better." Harry said, he couldn't tell Hermione the secret. In fact, he had a sudden idea, thinking about the scene where Wang Yao swallowed the blood of Riem's cow.

Hermione glanced at Wang Yao, and a bloody color appeared on his pale face.

"Continue." Hermione said. Harry nodded and continued casting.

A few minutes later, the sound of rapid and messy footsteps rang in the corridor, and Dumbledore and Professor McGicrow were coming.

"Just say you summoned the giant guardian to solve the monsters, and I will deal with them." Hermione hurriedly instructed Harry, and at the same time winked at Ron and told him not to talk nonsense.

Ron coughed and blinked his eyes to indicate that he knew.

"Why? It would be better if it was the guardian god summoned by Wang Yao." Harry had no selfish desire for Wang Yao, and he did not want to take credit for himself.

"Because you are Harry Potter, they will believe it." Hermione's methodical answer, which made Harry believe most of the time.

"My God, what happened!" Professor McGonagall rushed over and exclaimed a few meters away. His tone was a little disappointed because of his excitement: "You three must explain it to me!"

Dumbledore and Professor Quirrell followed behind, carefully passing through the blue bricks scattered on the ground, and the mess of the lawn outside the hole shocked them.

The light green lawn is covered with ugly and uneven soil, covered with chaotic and directionless gullies. Ten meters away, there is even a deep pit like a meteorite falling. The giant monster is lying inside, with a broken arm on the edge of the deep pit.

It's a mess.

"Uh...uh..." Facing Professor McGonagall's aggressive tone, Harry was a little panicked. He glanced at Wang Yao who was hugging Hermione and calmed down slightly. According to Hermione's words, "It's all my fault. Professor McGonagall and...Professor Dumbledore."

Dumbledore came and made Harry panic with his wand tightly clutched, and his sharp blue eyes could almost see through a person's heart.

"Don't be nervous about the child." Dumbledore's blue eyes under the crescent-shaped glasses became soft and comforted softly.

"Thank you, Professor Dumbledore." Dean Dumbledore, who was kind and as kind as an old man, asked Harry to calm down again. When he spoke, he forgot what he said.

"It's all my fault!" Hermione saw this and quickly took over the topic and attracted attention from Harry. "I ran to find the mountain monster. I read the mountain monster in the book and thought I could deal with it. But I was wrong. If Wang Yao and Harry hadn't saved me in time, they might have died."

"Mr. Wang Yao?" McGonagall noticed Wang Yao, who was unconscious in Hermione's arms.

"In order to protect me, he was knocked unconscious by the stone bricks, Harry summoned the patron saint to subdue the monster..." Hermione pointed to the giant monster unconscious in the deep pit in the distance.

"I've never heard of a patron saint who can deal with creatures other than dementors." Professor McGonagall's tone was full of doubt.

"There's nothing to do." Dumbledore's dumbfounded Hermione explained: "The patron saint is not static. When it suffers a major blow or an accident, it will change. Other than that, there is nothing to explain, these four little guys have caused this scene outside."

"Well, Professor Albus." Professor McGonagall agreed with this statement, but his tone suddenly became harsh: "Since that's the case, your behavior is so stupid. I thought you would be more rational. I was very disappointed with you. Miss Granger. Gryffindor will be deducted 10 points. Because you have a serious lack of judgment, it has also caused injuries to your companions."

"As for you two and Mr. Wang Yao who was unconscious..." Professor McGonagall turned to Harry and the other two, and Ron was actually scared. "Your luck is so good. Few students can subdue adult mountain monsters and come back alive."

"Five points." Professor McGonagall's words made the two present feel hearted.

"You two add 5 points each, and Mr. Wang Yao adds 10 points because he protects his companions."

"Mr. Wang Yao handed it to us to the medical room, and the monsters are handed over to Snape. You can go back to the dormitory." After quickly giving all the matters, McGonagall took Wang Yao as light as paper and left quickly with Dumbledore.

"You guys did it great." Chilopi smiled and his eyes twitched, and praised Harry and the other two, and followed him away.

"Let's go back." Hermione greeted the two and walked in front. But Snape, who was gloomy, came.

He always seemed to be a dead face. Harry couldn't help but talk. He hated this person. He hated it from the bottom of his heart.

Snapeli ignored the three of them and walked straight to the huge pit. Harry suddenly Snape's pace was a little strange.

"The professor just let us go so easily?" Ron said unbelievably, and the trio walked quickly in the corridor, their robes were agitated by the wind. They were moving towards the Gryffindor Tower.

In Ron's opinion, it was incredible that such a big disturbance was added to the top ten.

"Director Dumbledore must have discovered something!" Hermione replied. She did not think that her little girl could hide it from the recognized greatest dean of Hogwarts ever.

"Then why didn't he say it?" Harry asked, as they came to the moving stairs and stood on the platform waiting for the stairs to move.

"I don't know, maybe I was wrong." Hermione shook her head and said she didn't know.

After a moment of silence, only the sound of the stone steps moving was left. Harry suddenly spoke: "I just discovered something."

"What?" Hermione turned her head to look at him.

Harry hesitated: "Professor Snape is injured. I saw some monster bit his calf and limping."

"What do you think is biting that?" Hermione asked, moving the stairs to the platform, and the three of them stepped up, waiting for it to lead to the dormitory platform.

Harry didn't answer, but asked Ron: "Ron, you said you saw a three-headed dog guarding an entrance in the room on the third floor, right?"

"What do you mean?" Ron responded half a beat slower when he was suddenly called.

Harry's face was full of seriousness: "I guess Snape put the monster in and hit the crowd, so he could take the opportunity to pass the three-headed dog level. He was bitten, so there was a wound in his legs."

Ron wondered: "Why did he get close to the giant dog?"

"The day I went to Gringott on school, and Hagrid took something from the vault. He said it was Hogwarts' top secret. The three-headed dog was probably guarding it, and Snape wanted to steal it."
