Chapter 33 The Journey Continues

Fabian looked at Marquis still not moving. The woman standing beside him pressed the number on the phone again, and Fabian's phone rang again. The sound seemed to stimulate Marquis. Seeing that Fabian was not moving, he reached out to Fabian's pocket by himself. Fabian saw Marquis covering his pocket quickly, and his movement made Pitt and others raise their guns one after another. The other policemen were in a panic and didn't know what to do. Some of them raised their guns and pointed them at Pitt and the others, while others tried to help Marquis or pull them away, and a few were still standing there at a loss.

"Don't move around!" The woman not far from Marquis signaled to Pitt and the others, and then shouted to the police in Spanish.

Marquis pushed Fabian away and shouted a few words to the police standing beside him. After looking at each other, the police around him pressed Fabian down together, while one of them quickly took out the phone and handed it to Marquis.

Marquis quickly opened the phone and looked at Fabian who was pressed to the ground and said something angry. The woman seemed to be not very relevant to what they said. She said directly Marquis: "So, can I ask you to do me a favor now?"

Marquis held the phone in his hand and turned to look at the woman. He looked embarrassed and looked extremely bad at this moment. Pete even felt that the policeman could shoot the guy named Fabian at any time.

"Are you going to let me hand over this traitor to you?" Marquis shook his head without waiting for the other party to answer, saying, "This is not possible. He is a policeman, and I cannot hand over a policeman to a foreigner, even if he is a traitor. I am very sorry for what has happened. I am very sorry. I don't know how to express it, but it is definitely not possible to ask me to hand him to you."

"No." The woman sneered and said, "I'm not interested in him." She said, taking out another phone number and then looked at it. "I hope you can tell me about this matter to the Governor of Chihuahua. We can't continue to follow the planned itinerary like this. If there is no reasonable arrangement and explanation, we will leave here after dawn."

Marquis looked at the woman in a dilemma. This incident made him lose face. If Bell Bray returns, then this incident will be completely messed up. At this moment, his expression was extremely wonderful, which was formed by the interweaving of many negative emotions. Simply put, it was anger and helpless, and he wanted to vent but tried hard to restrain himself. He did not want to be coerced by the woman in front of him, but there was no way. Suddenly, the guy turned around and rushed towards Fabian who was pressed to the ground, and then he kicked Fabian several times in a row. These few kicks were extremely hard, and the last kick kicked Fabian out of the last.

"Okay!" After Marquis vented, he seemed to be much better. He took the phone number handed over by the woman, and did not hesitate to report to the governor in Spanish in front of everyone.

The result is conceivable. Pete could hear the roar from Marquis at some distance. After being scolded for more than two or three minutes, Marquis returned the phone to the woman. The first thing he did after returning the phone was to kick Fabian, who was still unconscious, and then signaled to others to take the guy away first.

Pete looked at the policeman Fabian who was dragged away like a dead pig and looked at the woman not far away. He saw that the woman just glanced at Fabian and stopped paying attention. Obviously, this policeman was useless to her.

She walked aside with the phone number, which took about five or six minutes, and then handed the phone to Marquis. While Marquis was talking, she walked to the Man-Eater Shark Squad and said, "Today's matter is over."

"We will send it out to Chihuahua after dawn," the woman said.

"Still continue the trip?" Jeff pointed to the concentrated corpse and said, "So many people are dead. Are they still going to continue?"

"These are just thugs. The governor said he would strengthen security and ensure everyone's safety." The woman said.

"Forget it." Donovan smiled disdainfully when he heard this: "The policeman who is an eyeliner is their guarantee. This is not the first or the last one. It is the same as Ochoa said. The person he should rely on the most cannot be trusted. What else can he guarantee?"

"He promised that if it works, then what are we doing here? Haha" Morris smiled disapprovingly.

When Pete heard Morris' words, he couldn't help but smile. Although this sounded very unpretentious, it was a fact. Who would like to be protected by a group of armed personnel? Who would like to live such an insecure life? But Pete also chuckled when he noticed the woman. The smile was strange because it didn't feel like she chuckled because Morris and the others said it was funny, nor was it a helpless smile about the status quo, but more like a little proud, as if something had succeeded.

"Okay." After a smile, the woman said this and walked towards Marquis, and walked aside with the policeman after Marquis' phone number ended. Finally, after reaching some agreement, the woman took Fabian's phone number and retreated back to the yard with the men-cannibal shark team.

That night, Pete did not have a good rest. It was probably a mission after joining Helmet that made him a little excited. Although he was a little tired, he was not sleepy. However, he was not idle and he was not idle. In addition to having to stand guard as arranged to serve the night, he also checked all the vehicles with Evans. He found that one of them was seriously damaged, which means that he could only use three cars to go to Chihuahua tomorrow.

"How does it feel today?" Evans asked while checking the vehicle.

"You're going to have a gunfight tonight?" Pete asked and sighed, "It feels good. At least there is no accident, nor does he meet a powerful character."
