Section 1 Death and Withering

Under the dark sky, the whole town was silent, with blood and corpses everywhere, looking like hell. In the square in front of the church, Sauron, in a black robe, stood there quietly, caressing the feathers of the black phoenix.

"Since you're here, come out." Sauron said softly, but his voice came from a very clear distance. He smiled contemptuously, "Or, you don't even have this courage."

As he finished speaking, several figures suddenly appeared around him and looked at him vigilantly.

"We are members of the American Wizards Association." A man walked up and said in a deep voice, his voice exuding anger and alertness. He was wearing a delicate black suit, with leather shoes under his feet stepping on the stone floor, making clear footsteps, "Notify your name, Black Wizard."

"American Wizards Association?" Sauron snorted coldly, "When will the exiled dare to call himself a wizard."

"Stop the mouth." The people around him shouted angrily, and the two walked forward, "You are not welcome here, the black wizard, you will be expelled from this land for abuse of black magic and massacre of civilians."

Sauron sneered on his face and looked at them calmly, "Just yeah."

The surging magic spread from Sauron, with a terrifying pressure. The powerful and desperate force made it difficult for the people around him to breathe. The few people pulled out their wands at Sauron in a hurry.

Several people confronted Sauron, and finally, one of the women could not bear the pressure and waved their wand. A bright red flame was wrapped in powerful magic power and shot towards Sauron.

Sauron did nothing, and before the spell touched him, it was quietly annihilated in the surprised gazes of the people around him. Sauron seemed to have just noticed the woman and turned his head to look at her.

"Be careful!" The man in a black suit appeared in front of her instantly and put his wand in front of her. The next moment, the air around them twisted and fluctuated violently like the water surface, and the invisible force field crushed a large area of ground around them into fine sand.

Soren raised his eyebrows and slowly clenched his left hand that was hanging beside him. The man opposite, who was struggling to hold on, groaned, spit out a mouthful of blood, and fell down in a daze. The wand in his hand exploded into pieces and scattered all over the ground. Soren raised his arm and grabbed the man from the air, as if an invisible hand strangled his neck and carried him into the air.

"Have you been staying in this wild land for a long time, and you have forgotten the power of the demigod." Sauron looked at the man struggling weakly in the air, with a hint of hideousness in his eyes, "Or, our hands have not been stained with blood for too long, so that you ants dare to provoke the majesty of the demigod."

As Sauron said, the black flame suddenly ignited around him, and behind him, he gathered into a pair of burning black giant wings. He glanced at the people around him who were lying on the ground under his pressure, turned to the wizard who was still struggling, and sneered: "Open your eyes and see, maybe this will make you recognize your status."

The wings behind Sauron slammed, and the blazing black fire rushed around like a huge wave, instantly devouring the people who fell to the ground, burning their bodies and souls to ashes.

"No!" the man hissed, but could only watch as everything happened, he struggled violently, looking futile and pathetic.

Sauron sneered, and the man hit the ground in front of Sauron hard from mid-air, and the violent impact made him spit out a mouthful of blood. The man struggled to get up, but soon lay on the ground in vain again, and the originally neat suit was covered with dirt and blood.

Soren grabbed his neck, picked him up, and looked down at his face condescendingly. The man looked very weak, his limbs hanging weakly, but he still stared at Soren fiercely, and the anger and hatred in his eyes seemed to be about to burn.

"Very good looks." Sauron said softly, with a cold light shining in his dark golden pupils. "Anger and murderous intent, what a wonderful feeling, like a mellow wine mixed with poppy, deadly, but irresistible."

He stretched out a finger and pointed it on the man's forehead.

"Ah!" The man let out a painful howl and trembled violently. From where Sauron's fingers touched, the intense pain like a flame burning the soul swept across his body like a tide, making him wish he could die immediately.

"Remember this pain, remember the hatred in your heart." Sauron sneered, his fingers still pressing on his head, "Let them take root in your heart until they possess your soul."

Soren let go of his hand, and the poor man fell to the ground, gasping weakly, twitching in pain. He clenched his fists tightly, tears dripping from his eyes, mixing with the soil and blood on the ground.

A roar came, and Sauron looked up at the sky. From outside the town, more than a dozen helicopters were flying here. Following the helicopters, several infantry fighting vehicles were passing through the empty town and gathering here.

"Another group of little bugs, isn't it?" Sauron said to the man, "a futile and ridiculous resistance, just like your ancestors."

The soldiers quickly established a defense around the square. Several searchlight lights shone over, making everything brighter. Some soldiers slowly approached the two people in the middle of the square under the cover of infantry vehicles.

"Power, you are surrounded, I want you to put down your weapons immediately." Someone shouted through the tweeter, "If you resist, we will destroy you immediately."

"It doesn't seem like an ordinary army." Sauron said to the man without caring any attention, "I can feel the psychic energy from those soldiers, and their equipment is not an ordinary military weapon."

The wizard did not speak, but someone in the surrounding troops began to shout again - "Let down your weapons immediately, otherwise we will open fire to destroy you."

"Destroy me," Sauron sneered disdainfully, "just this bunch of critters?"

There was a silence, and the shouts sounded again, with anger faintly visible in the voice, "The last warning, now the 'F.E.A.R' troops that are specifically against you, you, surrender immediately, otherwise we have the right to destroy you." The man paused and said in a threatening tone: "Maybe you are strong, but you cannot compete with the federal government."

"Hmph, hahahahahaha-" Sauron laughed loudly, as if he was listening to a joke. He raised his hand and waved it gently, and a huge force crushed the soldiers and vehicles in the front to pieces. "Let's fire! Open fire!" the voice shouted. Immediately, the soldiers and vehicles began to shoot at Sauron, and the powerful firepower instantly covered the space around Sauron, but what was hopeless was that there was an invisible barrier around Sauron. All the bullets burned into a black flame at the moment they touched the barrier, turning into nothingness.

"Poor mortals, you always don't understand--the master of this world has never been you." Sauron said coldly. He closed his eyes and recited a low and ancient spell. On the wings behind him, black flames burned violently, as if they were thrilling for the impending destruction and killing-

“In my name of Sauron

With the glory of darkness

Rose from Hell

Under my curse

Withered, broken

Destroy all this

Bury all the warriors, castles, and kings' glory

And with poignant withering

Comfort the loneliness of the eternal night—”

Sauron opened his eyes suddenly and said in a low voice like rolling thunder: "—Death wither!"

In an instant, a fierce storm rose up on the ground, making a scream like a group of ghosts crying. With Sauron as the center, everything around him began to decay and collapse quickly, and in the blink of an eye it turned into dust and dissipated between heaven and earth.

Everything happened in just a few breaths. When the magic of tyranny gradually subsided, the original town had disappeared, and only a piece of yellow sand was left wherever it was sight. Sauron looked down at the safe and sound male witch, sneered, and together with the black phoenix on his shoulders turned into a ball of black fire, dissipating in the void.

After a long time, the thick dark clouds in the sky began to gradually dissipate. When the clouds dissipated, the sun was already hanging in the center of the sky. The witch who was lying on the ground woke up. He struggled to sit up and looked at everything around him, speechless for a long time. The blazing sunlight shone on him, but he only felt a chill.

After a long time, his eyes gradually became cold and deep hatred. A trace of black air flashed away in his eyebrows, so fast that even he himself did not realize it.

Section 2 Residue

On the old house on Oak Road, Sauron sat quietly on the sofa. Opposite him, a tall and handsome young man was sitting, with a stack of documents placed on the table next to him.

"Forgive me, sir," said the young man. "Although these Muggles have achieved some success in their research, it is just a trick for us, and I don't see anything worth our intervention."

"No, Ibikos." Sauron shook his head gently, "I know better about Muggles than you, and there are some things that can exert greater power in their hands."

Ibikos nodded thoughtfully and thought for a moment. He frowned and asked, "But we don't have much staff now, so it's impossible to invest too much to promote research."

"Haha, never underestimate the power of desire." Soren sneered, his eyes gradually became cold. "We only need to hand over things to them. Driven by greed and interests, the group of stupid Muggles will take the initiative to study it, and we just need to wait in the shadow." Soren picked up the materials on the table, took out two of them and put them back on the table, and threw the others into the fireplace. Ibikos looked down at the documents. Those documents were all sent by him to investigate, so he was not unfamiliar with the contents in the documents, and almost all of them were materials from some research institutions in the Muggle world.

The cover of the document is marked with bold black characters. Ibikos glanced at the two documents, and the two names came into view, namely "TheUmbrella" and "TheArmacham".

"The world has been silent for too long," Sauron said, looking at the burning fire in the fireplace, narrowing his eyes, and the light of flames reflected in his blade-like pupils. "Maybe, it's time for a little excitement."
