Chapter 9 A Show

After a full meal, Du He's anger calmed down a lot. The young man was strong and he didn't sleep all day long. However, Du He was not sleepy at all, and he was only eager to try because Lian Kui Ban had a performance today.

Originally, Jiang Ling didn't want Du He to know, but there were too many people in the canteen, and coupled with the introduction of Tu Dachun's honest and enthusiastic young man, Du He quickly became familiar with most of the people in the class.

When everyone heard that he was a choreographer, and Gui Jiangling was in charge, he immediately felt very sympathetic to Du He and almost told everything.

Then Du He heard that the class was going to go to the concession to do a performance today.

In fact, it is normal. Foreigners have been sent to Shanghai. Half of the business can't continue, and half of the business is busy. They die of drought and flood. Liankui's class was very popular at the beginning, but later the business shrank and the performances gradually decreased. In this way, in a month, there were at least seven or eight performance appointments, and the class held it themselves, and there were always more than a dozen events, which was enough to support the population of the team.

In this year, even Kuiban can eat meat-vegetarian food every day, which is a good place that many people cannot envy.

But Du He is a young man. Except when he was a few years old, he almost never had the opportunity to get close to the operation of the magic team. At this time, the opportunity was right in front of him, and Du He was even more excited than when he returned to China.

Without caring about so much, Du He waited for the time and saw that everyone started to gather in the warehouse, he immediately followed and made up his mind to see how Lian Kuiban completed a performance.

But before he could leave, Du He's collar was pulled, and Jiang Ling appeared behind Du He's back in a dim light, and asked coldly: "Where are you going? Ah."

Du He calmly pointed to the direction of the warehouse, "I want to help. There is a performance today, so everyone will definitely not be able to do it."

Jiang Ling nodded after hearing this and said pertinently: "I am really too busy..."

"So?" Du He looked at Jiang Ling with hope.

Jiang Ling grinned and took Du He to a room next to the warehouse. He watched Du He pass by the warehouse reluctantly, and then kicked several large boxes inside, "Here, I have to ask you to help me! Everyone is too busy, you won't cause trouble for everyone, right?"

Du He looked at the boxes and opened one, a pile of colorful fabrics and some scattered beads, full of them, at least dozens of kilograms.

Du He couldn't help asking, "What are these for? Are the goddesses scattering flowers?"

He thought this was a prop to help move to the performance site, but he didn't know that Jiang Ling had the hint of his father and didn't want Du He to get involved at all.

He reached into the box and fished it out. Jiang Ling took out a red cloth, shook it open, and put it on a large table next to him. He turned around like a magic trick, and there was a sewing basket on his hand, blinking his eyes at Du He.

Du He murmured: "It's not that I'm going to be a tailor... I don't know how to do this."

Jiang Ling smiled and pressed Du He to the table, sewed the needle and thread for Du He step by step, spread the fabric, pointed to the thread drawn on it and said, "The dotted lines will be sewn together, and the solid lines will be cut open. If you follow the clothes, you won't break it. You can't learn it, take your time."

As he said that, he walked out with his hands behind his back, leaving Du and the others dazed there.

Before leaving, Jiang Ling suddenly remembered the same thing, clapped his hands, attracted Du He's attention, and then said slowly and organizedly: "The materials in these boxes must be sewn before tomorrow, because they will be used for the performance the day after tomorrow, and they will have to try them on tomorrow. Can you finish it?"

Du He wanted to shake his head, but noticed the faint mockery in Jiang Ling's eyes. He bit his teeth and said in a deep voice: "I can finish it! I can't finish it and I'll be all night tonight!"

Jiang Ling's smile stopped, and he looked at Du He in surprise, then curled his lips and slowly walked out with the people who loaded the car.

Du and I sat alone in the room, watching the cart leave enviously, turned around and looked at the box on the ground, sat down worriedly, and muttered in a low voice: "Stupid girl, haven't taught me how to tie knots yet..."

Four boxes, thirty-nine pieces of clothing decoration, and even the tailored materials were a huge challenge for Du He, second only to the impact that medical anatomy class had on him.

Even when Du He got his hands again, he felt guilty for the first time. He felt that the clothes his mother made for him were common sense, and he never realized that making a piece of clothing was so hard and laborious.

He was already dizzy after just sewing half of a skirt. His hands holding the needle were already shaking and he had to hold it with his other hand to pierce it into the material. He didn't know how he persisted in the thick coats made by Mom.

Late at night, when the people from Liankuiban came back from outside with great enthusiasm, they looked from a distance and suddenly found that the lights were on in the yard, and waves of tempting smell came out of the yard. The members who worked hard for a day and looked at each other for a few sips, couldn't wait to speed up their pace.

After socializing for half a night, Jiang Zhongye, who was a little nervous, also smelled the smell. He raised his eyebrows unexpectedly and asked Jiang Ling next to him: "What did you ask that kid to do?"

Jiang Ling shook his head strangely and said in confusion: "Ah and that guy should still be with the material now, so how can you have time to work on these?"

Jiang Zhongye didn't say anything anymore and took the lead in entering the yard. He saw that clothes were hung on the equipment in the yard, some were crooked and most of them could barely see. Du He wiped his hands and greeted him from the kitchen, smiling and asked everyone to drink some soup to warm up their bodies, which won the cheers of the young people.

Jiang Zhongye also followed everyone's wishes and shouted: "Then drink the soup first, and after drinking it, you will go to bed. Get up tomorrow morning and then unload the things!"

As he said that, he went to the canteen first. Sure enough, in a big pot, the fish head was cooked sour, emitting an attractive aroma. A basin of bread was placed next to the pot - these were soon surrounded by magicians like hungry wolfs, but Du He disappeared.

Jiang Ling frowned, thinking that Du He was not doing this, but the clothes had indeed been sewn. Although this was obviously unreasonable, it was already there, and Jiang Ling really couldn't find any major problems.

This is very strange.

The first thing Jiang Ling thought of was, was it because Aunt Chu helped Du He do the work?

But Aunt Helping Chef only cooks two meals a day and won’t come tonight. How could she help Du He? Could it be that the two met before?

The more Jiang Ling thought about it, the more strange it became. He didn't care about drinking the soup, so he got up and went to find Du He to solve his doubts.

But Du He's room was already off.

Jiang Ling didn't believe that Du He could fall asleep in a while, and felt that Du He had a ghost in his heart. He couldn't help knocking on the window frame and shouted: "Du He, come out!"

There was no sound in the room.
