According to Qi Jiguang's ninth-level technical standards, they must reach fourth-level or above and pass the assessment and can be hired. The draft of the new camp system of the Ming Dynasty was also released. In the new camp system, the Ming army was divided into three levels, namely the Jingying, the Xiangying and the Tuanzheng. Among them, the Jingying was "the guards of the emperor to defend the capital and prepare for the garrison". The Xiangying was "the soldiers in various provinces to defend the place and prepare for the garrison." The Tuanzheng was "selected from household registration, so that they can unite and train, and think that they are defending."

In order to facilitate meritorious contributions, promotions, salary, unified orders, command and dispatch, etc., the three-level system uses a system of management and unified battalion organization.

Specific battalion system: The entire army is divided into why, flag, team, capital, camp, town, and army (Note: battalion is the basic combat unit set up at this stage. The town is the highest combat unit permanently established by the central and local governments, and the army is organized during wartime and disbanded after the war).

Ten people are headed by Gash, and one vice-chairman is one of them, a total of twelve people are formed into one.

The Sanshijia General Banner and the Deputy General Banner are each composed of thirty-eight soldiers.

The four flags are a team, including three flags of war soldiers, one flag of auxiliary soldiers, one flag of auxiliary soldiers, one chief officer, deputy chief officer, and one officer (inspector). (Note: The crossbow firearms and cavalry are all under the jurisdiction of three teams, plus the total number of auxiliary soldiers is directly under the jurisdiction, and 500 auxiliary soldiers are organized into Yidu). Each chief official is called Dutou, and there is a guard directly under the jurisdiction. The Dutou has one registered officer (in charger), two deputy chief officers, and one Dianjun. Among them, the Dianjun is responsible for organizing the military team, with a flag of soldiers, maintaining military discipline on weekdays, and supervising battles in front of the battlefield during wartime (Note: Supervising soldiers is directly under the Dianjun to prevent rebellion from officers). There is a sharp soldier who is the exclusive flag bearer of the Dutou, responsible for protecting the flag.

The four cities are the first battalion, one of which is the firearm, and both killers are added to the battalion headquarters to fight in total, with about 3,000 auxiliary soldiers. In the first battalion, three,000 auxiliary soldiers are used as a basic combat unit.

The head of each battalion is called the commander, the commander of the first battalion, with a flag guard and a personal guard commander. The battalion headquarters also has two deputy commanders, one military commander (supervisor), one military commander, four military commander, and one military commander, and one military commander under the jurisdiction of a team of soldiers, responsible for maintaining military discipline (note: the supervisor is directly under the Recording of the Dian Army to prevent rebellion by officers). Two sharp soldiers, namely the flag bearer of the battalion and the battalion drummer, are six combat soldiers under the jurisdiction of guarding the flag and beating drums and trumpets, and convey orders to the entire battalion. One medical officer, twenty medical guards under the jurisdiction of twenty medical guards, organizes medical teams, responsible for military medical treatment and wartime treatment. One military commander, one military commander, is responsible for military merit records, military education, food and salary management, and the team's finance and other logistics and supplies.

If a cavalry is added, a baggage, artillery team and scout team can be used as a mixed battalion that can fight alone. In the mixed battalion, the number of auxiliary soldiers is more than 4,500, each battalion is under its jurisdiction, two killers, one cavalry, one crossbow, firearm, two baggage, one scout, and one artillery team.

The third battalion is a town, each town has three ordinary battalions, one artillery capital, two to four cavalry capitals, one scout capital, two baggage capitals, and one town has a total force of about 12,000. In summary, the chief officers of each battalion are from low to high, the chief flag, the chief team, the head of the capital, the commander, and the commander. One of the army is the governor.

The chief general of the governor level corresponds to the second-rank general of the sanqi; the chief general of the commander level corresponds to the sanqi; the chief general of the commander and the head of the commander level corresponds to the sanqi; the chief banner and the team corresponds to the chief lieutenant at all levels.

Military uniforms are divided into court uniforms and combat uniforms, and there are two sets of summer and winter.

The court robes are divided into nine grades and eighteen levels, with the scattered rank as the basis, with traditional Hanfu as the style and red as the main tone, and the original court robes are improved, with the scattered rank marks embroidered in the front and back to divide the levels.

The battle uniforms are based on the Ming Dynasty military uniforms and mandarin duck war jackets. They are all wrapped in iron mesh and heart protection mirrors are used as protection. If conditions permit, they can wear cotton armor, leather armor, iron armor and other armor to protect the body, and the chest is embroidered with loose-level marks to divide the levels.

The military flags of each battalion stipulate that the military flags begin to be owned at the self-operated level, and one military flag represents an army. If the flag is there, it can be rebuilt even if the army is exhausted; if the flag is destroyed, it must be disbanded even if the army still exists.

The military flag is based on fire red, and the middle is embroidered with a black dragon ball into a sun round shape on the left, and a fire phoenix flying into a half-moon shape on the right, forming a word "Ming". It means the Ming Empire, trapped the dragon and went out of the sea, the phoenix reborn, and was reborn from the fire. The top of the new military flag is embroidered with "The sun and the moon will not set, and the Ming Dynasty will always shine on the Ming Dynasty", and the numbers of each department are embroidered on the right.
