Chapter 935: Plan the Tomb of the Two Thieves, and then attack Wu Si Zang

In fact, the ancients avoided digging pits and graves. Since the Han and Tang Dynasties, almost all regimes have laws and regulations. Those who are good at digging pits and robbing property will be a death sentence.

Even in the Republic of China era, except for a limited number of warlords, there were few measures to openly excavate the tombs of the emperors of the previous dynasty. Generally, the new dynasty was established, and officers and soldiers were still sent to protect the tombs to show their preservation and respect.

But at the end of the Ming Dynasty, the Manchu Tartars were extremely abominable. When they entered the pass, they threatened the Ming Tomb of Changping many times, and even burned the De Tomb of Emperor Tianqi when they first entered the pass. Li Xiao remembered these evil deeds one by one, so he decided to dig out the tombs of Lao Nu and Huang Taiji, thinking that the emperors of the Ming Dynasty would take revenge. Although this kind of behavior was a harm to the good deeds, he would also repay his grievances with a straightforward way. What if it was impossible?

What's more, the Qing army first killed poor Han people in Liaodong and then killed rich people, slaughtered hundreds of thousands of Han people in Liaodong. During the Chongzhen period, they entered the pass several times, burned, killed and looted, causing countless Han people to die, causing countless women to suffer lust and humiliation. These wronged souls who died have spirits in heaven. If they cannot avenge their revenge, wouldn't it be a monarch?

Li Xiao claimed to be the lord of the world, so he naturally had the responsibility to seek revenge for the millions of unjustly deaths of the Han people. This was the responsibility and obligation of the Chinese emperor.

Because Lao Nu and Huang Taiji were both Emperors of the Qing Dynasty and had a noble status, the luxury of the tomb chamber and coffin was far superior to that of other nobles of the Qing Dynasty. Of course, although their coffin could not be compared with the Emperors of the Ming Dynasty, it was also a great knight in the country. The large and sturdy wooden coffin was made very exquisitely. It was washed by urine and the dirt on the coffin was completely removed, which made it a different style.

"Open the lid of the coffin! Take off the property and then kill the corpse and destroy the traces!" Hao Zeren shouted coldly.

"Get orders!"

The greedy Tang soldiers could no longer hold back and immediately pried the coffin and smashed it to the ground. When the lid of the coffin was removed, the gold, silver, jewelry and precious antiques in the coffin almost blinded the eyes of the krypton-gold dogs of the Tang soldiers.

However, although they were almost dizzy by the gold, silver and jewelry full of coffins, under the strict supervision of the civil servants of the governors, no one dared to privately hide their wealth. They had to reluctantly search out all the goods of the coffins and hand them over to the civil servants of the governors' department for statistics.

Soon, among these two coffins, only Lao Nu and Huang Taiji were left with black and shrinking bones.

"Your Majesty has an order, and the two thieves are full of evil and are extremely guilty. Although they are lucky enough to die, their crimes cannot be forgiven and their feelings cannot be forgiven! If they do not punish and punish the crime, how can they be convinced by the people in the world? Each corpse beats a thousand whips, thinking that our soldiers and civilians who died in the Tang Dynasty will take revenge! "Hao Zeren gave a cold order.

"Get order!"

After the order was given, dozens of soldiers waved thick iron whips and beat the two corpses in turn. On the side, there were civil servants from the Supervisor's Office counting coldly.

After finally counting these thousand iron whips, the two corpses of Lao Nu and Huang Taiji were beaten to pieces, leaving almost a pile of black powder.

"Come here! Scatter all these two piles of corpse powder into the cesspool." Hao Zeren sighed softly, but the smile on his face was extremely bright.

Although it was autumn at this time, the heat had not faded, the toilet was filled with flies buzzing and flying, two balls of bone powder fell down, and even more feces were splashing, and green-headed flies were flying all over the sky, making it indescribable to describe the disgusting degree. After the body was processed, Hao Zeren ordered the two coffins to burn on the spot. For a moment, the fire rose and the thick smoke rolled. It took more than an hour to burn two piles of black ash.

Hao Zeren ordered people to shovel the ashes into the nearby wilderness, throwing them all, and finally there was no trace.

After doing all this, Hao Zeren sighed secretly, thinking that when these two thieves were showing off their fierceness and acted as a blessing, they would never have expected that such shameful retribution would be left in history for thousands of years.

To punish evil and eliminate evil, to make people clear, the Tang Dynasty has achieved the rightness of the country, and it is beyond the present!

At this point, the body and coffin of Lao Nu and Huang Taiji were processed, and Hao Zeren immediately sent a letter to Fei Ge, saying that he would report the matter in detail to Emperor Li Xiao.

Li Xiao received the letter and felt very happy.

Now the Qing Dynasty is trying to die and seek self-destruction, which gives it a hidden danger. It saves oneself from finding ways to incite Wu Sizang to take action after destroying Wu Sizang. Such an ending is not bad.

So, now Li Xiao can focus all his thoughts on conquering Wu Sizang.

This plateau that has gradually integrated into the Central Plains since the Tang Dynasty, must not be missed in your own hands!

If we don’t take advantage of the time when the Tang Dynasty is strong and the troops are strong, we will make progress and capture the enemy again. When will we wait for it again?

As long as you can finally take over this homeland of China, no matter how many military troops are sacrificed, it is worth it.

In the Tang Dynasty, how can the golden bowl be scarce?

At this time, according to Li Xiao's original order, the troops who had withdrawn from Siberia had also divided into two groups and came to the east and west sides of Wusizang.

The Tang army had a total force of more than 300,000, each with a force of up to 150,000, and a large number of firearms to assist. Their attack speed and power were completely different from that day. Although the advancement speed was still not fast due to the terrain and weather, it could basically move forward step by step.

Moreover, in addition to military means, the Tang army also had affiliated political measures.

That is, after taking down a place, all the powerful people, chieftains, monks and other powerful people were beheaded or detained according to the size of the crime, and another Han official was sent to manage the local area.

At the same time, it also implemented extensive Chinese education for local people, speaking Chinese, wearing Hanfu, and raising Han hair, making this illiterate land that is basically illiterate and finally has the budding of culture.

Originally, Li Xiao wanted to move a large number of Han people from other places to settle down, or move the local indigenous people as before, but after careful consideration, he still did not do this.

This is because the geographical conditions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are too harsh and the land is barren, so it is extremely difficult for the Han people to adapt to the local climatic conditions, so it is difficult to settle here. These places cannot become uninhabited wild places, so it is difficult to move local indigenous people away.

Therefore, it is best to remove the original powerful and educate them on the spot.

As the Tang army came to attack with such a huge momentum, the leaders and chieftains from all over the country were constantly sending envoys to ask for help from Lhasa.

At this time, Tibet's nominal rulers were Gushikhan, Borjijin and Tulubaihu.

This Usizang ruler, also translated as Gu Shikhan, was the leader of the Hoshuot tribe to Weilat (Erut Mongolia) in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, the leader of the Hoshuot Khanate of the Qing Dynasty (a vassal state) on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. His surname was Borjijin and his real name was Tho-rol-pa'i-hur. He was the 19th generation grandson of Habtu Hasar, the younger brother of Genghis Khan. His ancestors were the leader of the Hoshuot Khan for generations.

This person is a turning point super figure in the history of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. He was invited by the regents of the Yellow Sect of Tibet, Sonam Qunpei and the Fifth Dalai Lama, and the Fourth Panchen Lama to help the Yellow Sect. He overthrew the regimes of Qinghai and Kangba on the way. In 1642, he went to Tibet to overthrow the Tibetan Pakhan Kingdom of the Karma Kagyu Sect, established a new generation of Khashot Khanate and the Ganden Pozhang (administrative) government inside, established the leadership position of the leaders of the emerging sect Gelug Sect in Tibet, rebuilt the Potala Palace and expanded the Jokhang Temple, rebuilt the Potala Palace in Tsai Shihlunpo Monastery, and influenced the history of Tibet for hundreds of years.

In real history, this person is also a very strategic, bold and meticulous person.

In the eighth year of Chongzhen, he disguised himself as a pilgrimage to the Buddha, passed through Qinghai from Xinjiang to Tibet for on-site investigation and found out the enemy's situation. He happened to meet 10,000 Mongolian cavalry led by Arslan, the son of Ketu Khan, heading towards Tibet, preparing to aid the Pahan of Tibet and eliminate the Gelug Sect. Gu Shihan and Arslan walked together. Along the way, Gu Shihan persuaded Arslan not to be hostile to the Yellow Sect, and Arslan changed his attitude. The Mongolian cavalry led by him listened to the preaching of the Fifth Dalai Lama Awang Luosang Gyatso. In the end, Arslan's behavior was reported to the place of Quetu Khan by the Karma Kagyu Sect, who was very angry and ordered his generals to assassinate Arslan.

Gu Shihan, dressed as a pilgrimage, and his party arrived safely in Lhasa. In the ninth year of Chongzhen, the Dalai Lama presented Gu Shihan with the title of "Tenzeng Kejie" (meaning the Dharma King of the Teachings). Gu Shihan secretly discussed with the fifth Dalai Lama and the fourth Panchen Lama, and decided that Gu Shihan would lead a large army to Qinghai from Xinjiang, saying that he would eliminate Ketu Khan, then destroy Bailitus Dunyuedorji, and then march to Tibet to eliminate Disi Tibetba.

The following year, Gu Shihan led his troops, together with some of the Junggar troops of Baturhuntaiji, to enter Qinghai. The battle was held between Ulan Heshuo (now in Gangcha County). As a result, Gu Shihan defeated Ketuhan with fewer and defeated Ketuhan and captured Ketuhan. This battle was called the "Battle of Blood Mountain" in Qinghai history.

Gu Shihan attacked the Zi area in May of the following year and destroyed Bailitusi. After the war lasted for a year, Gu Shihan occupied all the areas ruled by Bailitusi. The tribes such as Dege, Ganzi, Dengke, Baiyu, Shiqu, and Markang in northern Sichuan became the ruling areas of Heshuot Mongolia. Gu Shihan captured and executed Dunyuedouji, and released all the Gelug and Sakya sects who were imprisoned by Bailitusi. As a result, Gu Shihan received admiration and gratitude from all the lamas of various sects in Tibet (except Bon religion).

After Gu Shihan successfully eliminated the two enemies of Quetuhan and Bailitusi, Dixizangba became his last target of attack.

In the 14th year of Chongzhen, Gu Shihan was unexpected and the strange troops entered Tibet and occupied most of the former Tibet first. Tibetan Pakhan led the remaining troops to retreat to Hou Tibet. Gu Shihan took advantage of the victory and marched to capture Karma Danjiong Wangbo alive. He put this leader who had always opposed the Yellow Sect into a cowhide bag according to the custom of executing Mongolian aristocrats and threw them into the turbulent Yarlung Zangbo River. The Kagyu Karma regime, which ruled Tibet for about 24 years (1618-1642), officially ended, and the Gelug Sect got rid of the crisis. The Gelug Sect group achieved great victory with the support of Gu Shihan and had an absolute advantage in religious power and economic strength. Gushi Khan also ruled the entire Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

After this battle, Tulubaihu finally conquered most of Tibet and officially became the supreme ruler of Tibet.

However, after the demise of the Ming Dynasty, Turubaihu was greatly weakened due to the lack of support from the sect leader. Except for the main forces in Lhasa, the rest of the places were basically in an autonomous state. Even the Yarkand Ju Kingdom and the Junggar Khanate in the north often had the idea of attacking Usizang, which made Turubaihu very depressed.

However, he could barely endure the result of this. After all, such small-scale fights and small-scale autonomy in various places have not affected his ruling foundation. Now, with the Tang army attacking in such a large scale, Tulubaihu finally knew that his biggest and most dangerous opponent had finally arrived.

In the hall of the Lhasa Palace, Turubaihu sat around the seats with his ministers and nephews.

On this table, the fifth Dalai Lama and the Dibasun Qunpei appointed by Turubaihu to manage administrative affairs, as they were foreign ministers, all stood up to pay tribute to Turubaihu, and Gu Shihan also smiled and returned the greetings.

Tulubaihu looked around everyone and couldn't help but sigh: "Oh, now the Tang army's soldiers are both at the ends of Wusizang, and they are using troops to fight against me Wusizang. Although the progress is not fast now, if this continues, I am afraid that one day I will attack the city of Lhasa. I am very worried! I want to use troops to the west of Mo. King Junggar Khan invites us to fight against the Han army together. Everyone, how do you think we should deal with it?"

Everyone looked at each other, but none of them answered.

Tulubaihu showed dissatisfaction. He looked around everyone and finally his eyes fell on Sonam Qunpei, his most trusted subordinate.

Sonam Qunpei knew that it was impossible to be a turtle again, so he could only sigh and stand up and speak: "Oh, I think that since the fall of the Ming Dynasty, I have always been uncontested by the world and have no conflicts with the emerging Tang Empire. However, I did not expect that I, Wu Sizang, adhered to my duty, but was invaded by it, and was even in danger. I think it is really hated!"

"Sonam Qunpei, what do you have to say, please be honest." The Fifth Dalai Lama interrupted.

This fifth-generation Dalai Lama, who was only over 20 years old, had a very outstanding temperament. His eyes were cold and quiet, staring straight at Sonam Qunpei's face.

The Dalai Lama bet on him, and the rest, including Gu Shihan Tulubaihu, also turned his eyes on him.

Seeing Tulubaihu's attention staring at himself, Sonam Qunpei continued, "You can see that in the past few years, the Tang Empire has been using troops everywhere and constantly invading other countries, almost endlessly. The Great West, Dashun, Yarkand Khanate, Junggar Khanate, the Qing Dynasty, and Southeast Asian countries have all been attacked and destroyed by them. Now this greedy empire is finally going to attack us Wusizang. In fact, this is simply inevitable."
