The price of domestic three-coordinate CNC vertical machining centers is a little more expensive than that of domestic CNC lathes. Next to a Shenyang CNC lathe, there are more than a dozen paddle shaft blanks. These blanks have used an end face reference and an outer circle reference to be used for processing by counting the vehicle.

The so-called processing reference is the points, lines, surfaces, etc. used to correct and locate during the mechanical processing process. The end surface reference and outer circle reference are all reference surfaces. First, the reference surface is processed and then the subsequent process is processed. This is the basic process principle.

In addition, due to the large machining allowance of the paddle shaft and the inside and outside, the paddle shaft has to undergo several car counting processes. The first car counting process on this Shenyang CNC lathe.
