The processing of the first batch of titanium alloy receivers is basically described as failure. One batch of two receivers is completely scrapped.

The second batch of processing was because of the first processing experience. The processing technology was summarized and improved based on the first processing. The processing condition was slightly better, but it was not qualified.

This is the third batch of processing. However, these two gear installation holes not only have dimension requirements, but also have different axial and verticality requirements, and both are very strict. Whether it is coaxial or verticality, they are required to be within two wires.

The two gear mounting holes have a coaxial degree of 8000 and a slight verticality, which is completely within the middle difference, indicating that the processing is very good.

Looking at the measurement sheet, Zhang Guangjun said: "Mr. Zhao, we have finally passed the processing!"
