In foreign countries with developed aviation industry, aviation engines do not replace bearings every time they are overhauled, but Tianfeng Technology Company has no choice. If there is no high-quality aviation bearings, it can only replace the bearings of this engine every time the engine is overhauled.

Most domestic aviation companies do this, such as the various aircraft engines of the e Factory. Every time they are overhauled, a lot of bearings have to be replaced to ensure the service life and quality of the engine after overhaul.

Of course, when the engine reaches its service life and returns to the factory for overhaul, it is also necessary to replace many parts, which are divided into necessary parts and sometimes replaced parts. When an aircraft engine is used in an outdoor field, the outdoor field maintenance personnel often need to pull out the filter when checking the engine to see if there are metal chips or foreign objects in the filter. If these things are present, it means that there is a problem with the engine and you must find out the root cause of this problem.
